I have been unjustly banned on Xbox twice within 4 days for no apparent reason. The same player, 'mourningmeat59', is consistently reporting me even though I have already blocked them. This situation is unfair, and I would like to request assistance in having the ban lifted and my account name, 'fkinhoon69', reset at no cost. It is frustrating to be penalized when I am not engaging in any inappropriate behavior. I hope for a prompt resolution to this issue.

I am experiencing the same issue on both my original One and a One X consoles, which seems to have started after the last patch. The "My games and apps" section is no longer functioning properly. When I access the UI, Apps, Updates, and Gold show a loading animation, then the screen goes black. I can go back to the home screen by pressing the lit X and launch games from the store. Even with a large USB drive containing many games, the crash takes longer to occur. I have tried a factory reset on the original console, but the issue persists. Variants of the UI, like manage game and add-ons, also fail to load properly with waiting animations on ready to install and updates. Should this problem have been identified already, or do you need more information? Gamertag: Azdano

I purchased the disc version of GTA 5 and have been playing online. However, yesterday I encountered a problem where I couldn't access the online feature and it prompted me to buy Xbox Live Gold, even though I already have a 12-month pass. I don't want to pay for something I already have. Please reach out to me via email at [redacted] or at [redacted]. Thank you.

I noticed unauthorized charges from Microsoft Xbox on my bank account six times in the past three days. I've been hospitalized for a week now, and my home Xbox is also broken and won't turn on when I press the power button. I prefer speaking with someone over the phone rather than through email. Could you provide me with a contact number? Additionally, I need help canceling Game Pass on Xbox Live, but I can't do it from home due to the broken console. These surprise debits are a financial strain for me during the holiday season.

I used my grandmother's email to create my Xbox account. Recently, I realized that items claimed through Microsoft Rewards were sent to that email that I can no longer access. I want to maintain that email as the account's primary email but have any future claims sent to my own email address.

I'm having trouble accessing my Xbox and guest accounts after moving and not using them for a while. I forgot the code and password. We bought a Live account two months ago but haven't been able to use it. I've been attempting to contact support by phone but can't get past the automated options. I want to recover the game progress saved and reset my login credentials. The account is [redacted], and the gamertag is Kimfoster24. My phone number is [redacted].

I am currently unable to access my account due to forgetting both the password and sign-on code, which happened when we recently moved and didn't use the account for some time. I am requesting assistance in resetting the password and sign-on code to regain access to play our games and recover our progress. I attempted to reset the password without success. The email associated with the account is [redacted], and the game tag for our Xbox One is kimfoster24. I can provide details from the back of the console and mention a credit card previously used. For communication, my current email is [redacted], and you can reach me at [redacted]. My name is Kim Hentges.

On my Xbox One S, I have Forza Horizon 4 installed. However, when I turned on my Xbox, it unexpectedly rebooted and prompted me to create a new account. The new account is now SatinyWorld65883. Unfortunately, when I tried to play Forza Horizon 4, it indicated that I needed a code or to repurchase it. In the past, when I bought my first game, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, it included a code. I have attempted troubleshooting Forza Horizon 4 multiple times without success, and I have not received any assistance. Could you please provide me with a code for Forza Horizon 4? If possible, kindly send it to my Gmail or via text message. Thank you.

Today, I bought Minecraft. After the purchase, I tried to install the app and noticed I was logged into the wrong account. Even after switching accounts, it prompted me to repurchase it. Upon checking on Microsoft, it showed as purchased but when I tried to install, it redirected me back to the store asking for another purchase. I am stuck in this loop and don't know how to proceed. Can someone assist me with this issue?

My name is Dakota Osmer, and I recently noticed a charge for a 3-month Xbox Live subscription that I believed I had canceled. I was charged $24.99 again a few days ago. I am kindly requesting a refund for this charge and requesting to cancel my Xbox Live subscription. I no longer have an Xbox and do not have access to the account information, as it was on a friend's console that I used to play on. Since my friend has moved, my account is still being charged for the Xbox Live service.

My boyfriend bought a one-year Xbox Live subscription. I was enjoying playing Sims and Borderlands, but when my son tries to play Roblox, it asks us to subscribe to Xbox Live, which we already have. We redeemed it under my Microsoft account "[redacted]" We've tried calling the number and using other methods to contact someone to solve this issue without success. Please reach out to us at [redacted] or through Gmail.

My son has been locked out of his Xbox account for two weeks. It's Christmas, and I urgently need to add my information to the account to take over billing so he can play games. We are unable to log in and unable to retrieve the password from his dad currently. There must be a way to add my information and take over the account for him to access his purchased games and saved progress. Could you at least assist us in logging in temporarily? I have previous login codes.

My son has an Xbox, and I usually give him my debit card to buy coins for his game. I've instructed him to remove my card details. For the past two months, there have been unauthorized charges of $10.69 for Microsoft Live, even though he hasn't made any purchases. I had to cancel my card previously and prefer not to do it again. How can I receive a refund for these charges made on my card without authorization from this site if no purchases were made?

I am experiencing issues with my Xbox One X console. The left stick is not functioning properly, and there are problems with the disk tray not aligning correctly and with dust accumulation. Since October, Microsoft Xbox Live has been charging my account $9.99 without my authorization. This account belonged to my son, who deleted it and canceled any recurring payments some time ago. Despite this, the charges have persisted and I only became aware of it when I reviewed my recent bank statements. The unauthorized debits occurred on 10/15/[redacted], 11/02/[redacted], and 12/23/[redacted]. I kindly request assistance in recovering these funds and preventing any future payments from being deducted from my account. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

I recently discovered that my son's Xbox Live subscription renews automatically, which I was unaware of. I bought gift cards for renewal but can't return them. Is it possible to disable the automated renewal feature? Additionally, I noticed a charge of $63.74 on December 24, [redacted]. I'm not sure if this is related to the subscription. Can this charge be refunded as I wasn't aware of it being purchased? Thank you for your assistance. His login/ID is pjc565.

I am having trouble canceling my Xbox Live account because I no longer have access to my Xbox or remember my password. I believe the email associated with the account is [redacted] When I tried to recover my password, I was asked for credentials and additional information, but my answers were deemed insufficient, resulting in being declined. This has happened twice now. I am uncertain about what steps to take next as I wish to stop paying for a service I am no longer using.

My brother and I share Xbox consoles in our home, we had set it as our home Xbox, but after I restored the console to factory settings, the home Xbox assignment was canceled. Initially, it was set up with my mother (3 consoles with mother), but it kept glitching and canceling it. Now, I need to reassign the home Xbox with my brother (2 consoles with brother). Is it possible to renew the home Xbox transition? Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased a new Xbox One X to upgrade from my sold and wiped clean Xbox One S. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced my login details. When I try to use the email address I believed was linked to the account, [redacted], I am prompted to create a new gamer tag. Is there a way to recover my old account with the gamer tag TheStarky2112? Any assistance would be highly appreciated.
