My Xbox One does not recognize that I have a headset plugged in. I am currently using a $60 pair of Astro A10 headphones with an original Xbox One S wireless controller. I have been facing this issue for over 5 months. I have tried using the Xbox app on my phone to communicate in parties, but the quality is poor and inconsistent. I have tested the headset on my phone and it works perfectly, and I have also purchased a brand new controller to eliminate that possibility. Despite ensuring the headset is not muted and the controller is clean, the Xbox does not acknowledge that the headset is connected. Even in-game chat does not work, as voices come through the TV instead of the headset. I have attempted troubleshooting steps including hard resetting the Xbox and controller, adjusting headset volume settings, and trying different headsets. This ongoing problem has no solution yet. I am frustrated with being banned unfairly due to issues with the system. I recently purchased a brand new Xbox One X and a new modem for my internet connection. My Xbox has a hardwired connection with an open NAT type and good services. My internet package offers speeds of 200mbps download and 20mbps upload. However, when I try to stream on Mixer, I am only able to run on IPv4, resulting in a grainy 368p resolution. After running a detailed diagnostic, I found that I am getting [redacted].94mbps download and 0.75mbps upload with 1% packet loss, an MTU of [redacted], and a latency of 54ms. Occasionally, the upload speed goes up to 1.8mbps. I have contacted my internet provider numerous times, but they claim the issue lies with the servers. I have submitted reports through my Xbox without any success. Many others are able to stream flawlessly in 720p or 1080p on Twitch and Mixer, so I believe the problem is with the Xbox. I spent over $[redacted] on the Xbox One X, hoping to improve my streaming experience, but it seems my old Xbox was not the issue.

I'm having trouble connecting my Xbox One controllers to my Xbox One. These controllers have never been connected to another Xbox One before. I've attempted the pairing process between the Xbox One and the controllers but the Xbox One isn't recognizing the controllers. I also tried connecting them using a wire, but the controllers only blink for 30 seconds before disconnecting.

About a month ago, my Xbox One was not working properly, so I decided to factory reset it. The issue began with my mistake of forgetting to remove saved info and profiles to an external hard drive. Recently, I tried to play a game I purchased and downloaded digitally, but it would not let me because the Xbox did not recognize my current profile as the owner of the game. The profile that does own it is Tubelessloki101, created around [redacted]. I did not write down the password or email and have forgotten them. I cannot access the account or redownload it to my Xbox. I would like to find a way to retrieve it, only knowing the gamertag Tubelessloki101. Every time I attempt to play Rainbow Six Siege, it reaches the title screen. After pressing the start button, the game produces a loud glitch noise, then the screen goes black and I'm returned to the Xbox home screen. I need to report a gamer on Xbox. This individual scammed my 11-year-old son by claiming his account was hacked. Consequently, my son allowed them access to his Xbox account. The scammer then proceeded to steal my son's Epic Games account, changing the ownership and locking my son out. About $[redacted]-[redacted] worth of items, including rare skins, were lost. I can provide evidence of the conversation where the scammer admits to the theft. Furthermore, I have the gamer tag and email used to transfer the account ownership unauthorized. I am disappointed by the lack of live customer support from Epic and Xbox. I am taking legal action and want this individual banned from Xbox Live to prevent them from victimizing others.

I believe my account should not have been banned. The person who reported me was being petty and had provoked me first with unsporting behavior. I find it concerning that my account was banned without considering the provocation I received. It seems unfair that I am now banned for two weeks with no action taken against the person who initiated the conflict. The handling of the situation needs to be reviewed, and messages should be looked into more thoroughly. While I acknowledge my reaction was inappropriate, I feel the other person should receive a longer ban for provoking the situation. I urge you to address this issue as it is unfair and unacceptable.

I recently purchased the movie "Bumblebee" on Microsoft Movies but unfortunately, I'm encountering issues with playback. The movie seems to be stuck with the loading wheel spinning continuously on the screen. I attempted to resolve this by downloading the movie to my console and restarting it, but the problem persists. I even disconnected other devices from my Wi-Fi to ensure a smoother connection, but the movie still won't start playing. While playing 2k19, I encountered a player who was deliberately disrupting the game and causing frustration for me and another player. This player, during a 3v3 match, began playing against us, neglecting offense and defense, and making poor decisions leading to turnovers. I admit that in my frustration, I used inappropriate language, which I now understand was a violation. The behavior of this particular player pushed me to my limits, and I believe it was the reason for my outburst. I deleted the message afterward, but it seems that it was reported, resulting in a suspension of my Xbox Live communication. I am seeking urgent human assistance with this matter.
