Hi, I bought a digital copy of the game "Kingdom Come: Deliverance" from the Xbox Store previously. Unfortunately, I cannot find the order number as the order history does not show purchases older than my most recent ones. The game constantly crashes, returning me to the Xbox dashboard, which makes playing it difficult and causes me to lose progress. I am aware of various issues with this game that I was not informed about at the time of purchase. I have seen others successfully request refunds for similar problems. I believe the game has potential, but its current state prevents me from enjoying it fully. I have uninstalled it as required for a refund. Please reach out to me via email or phone at [redacted]. Thank you. -Kyle

I've encountered this problem with my Xbox One since I first received it. Instead of the email I originally requested, the console assigned an existing email account with a phone number I can't access. I can only use my debit card and account password. I can't change the email linked to my downloaded games because I can't access the assigned email or phone number. I want to switch from the assigned email, [[redacted]] to my original account, [[redacted]], to play my games on the new Xbox One X. Recovering the password using the automated system didn't work without more info on the assigned email. I just want to sort this out and enjoy playing my games on the new console. Moving the Outlook account to one of my emails or resetting the password would be a huge relief. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I used to have two Xbox Live accounts that were active between 2[redacted] when I was a kid. The first account was lilzach1999 and the second was IPWN3DURM0M 24 (I know, I was young and didn't choose the best usernames). Unfortunately, I no longer have access to these accounts because the email associated with lilzach1999 was from an old cable provider we no longer use, and I can't access the Yahoo email linked to IPWN3DURM0M 24. The emails for these accounts were [redacted] and [redacted] Despite remembering some of the passwords, I can't log in due to being on an unrecognized device. Moreover, I no longer have access to the credit cards linked to the accounts as they have expired and the Xbox [redacted] consoles were given away during a move. I'm not sure how to proceed as I can't provide traditional proof of ownership, like credit card details. I do remember some friends from my list and the games played, but I don't believe this helps. It seems challenging to recover these accounts; any advice would be appreciated.

Hello, I recently downloaded the Xbox app and signed in with my usual email and password, only to discover a random Xbox profile I don't recognize. I later realized my active Xbox account is actually tied to an old email address. I am unsure about the unfamiliar profile associated with my regular email, as it shows 0G, 0 followers, and 0 friends. I would like to have this mystery profile removed without affecting my Microsoft account. Additionally, if possible, I would like to link my everyday email to my existing Xbox account. The unknown account's gamer tag is TangetMovie330 linked to [redacted] Whereas my legitimate account's gamer tag is PrincessPeachiz connected to [redacted] Is it feasible to delete the TangetMovie330 account and transfer the email [redacted] to my PrincessPeachiz account? Thank you, -Amy

Last August, I approved a few charges. Today, I authorized another charge. However, between these months, numerous unauthorized charges have appeared on my account. Despite removing my credit card details, they keep reappearing. Strangely, I cannot see any unapproved "orders" on my account, yet my bank statements display frequent charges. I am deeply concerned about the financial impact and suspect either a family member or a hacker. I urgently need these charges refunded and would appreciate your assistance in identifying the source of these transactions. As I can only review my bank statements quarterly due to work commitments, prompt action is essential. Your cooperation in resolving this matter promptly is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Summer.

On March 9, I purchased a 12-month Xbox Live gift card, which I added to my account (FlipperDipper30). Later on, I received a notice stating that my subscription was suspended due to an overdue payment, but I couldn't find any outstanding payments in my history. Upon reviewing my purchase history, I noticed that the 12-month Xbox Live purchase was not listed, only the Xbox Live subscription that I forgot to cancel was displayed. I suspect an error in inputting the gift card or perhaps a technical glitch as the purchase from November [redacted] was also missing from the records. Unfortunately, I no longer have the gift card as it was discarded before this issue arose. I am uncertain about the next steps to resolve this situation.

My screen name is Turps99, and I play NHL19. After a game where I won 5 to 4, the other player accused me of using a 4 to 1 defense controlled by the computer. I explained that I actually use a 1-2-2 defense and questioned which game he was watching. I suggested he needed another player with a rating of 99 to improve his chances. After this interaction, I blocked him from texting me. Surprisingly, I received a 7-day suspension for reasons unknown to me. As a 45-year-old player, this ban prevents me from talking to my friends on Xbox Live. I feel frustrated because I've invested a lot of money in this system buying game packs. I'm considering switching to PS4 and encouraging my friends to do the same. I hope Xbox reconsiders my suspension because I feel unfairly punished without using any inappropriate language or cheating during the game.

It would be helpful to improve customer service by having a representative available to speak to you. The automated system is frustrating as it repeats information and disconnects without allowing for a conversation. Providing a designated call time that is reliable is essential rather than being misled. Offering a service that promises quick assistance for a fee seems untrustworthy and focused on making money rather than resolving issues effectively. It is disappointing to face such obstacles when seeking support, especially after investing hard-earned money in products or services. Ensuring a direct line of communication is vital in addressing concerns promptly and efficiently. The reliance on technology has its drawbacks as human interaction is often more effective in resolving issues. In a world where cybersecurity is a concern, finding a balance between automation and personal assistance is crucial in providing satisfactory customer service.

Hello, I am HardShunt (John Hughes). I recently encountered a serious issue with my XBox One X and sent it for repair at a Microsoft Repair center. Despite the repair, it was discovered that the XBox I purchased as new was actually not new. Following a complaint to the retailer, they agreed to a full refund upon returning the console, which I have now done. I am currently subscribed to XBox Live, but cannot use it due to not having the XBox console anymore. The Microsoft Repair Center mentioned that I could request a refund for the period XBox Live was inaccessible due to the faulty console, which amounts to approximately 9 1/2 months out of the 12-month subscription starting on 11/5/[redacted] at $59.99. I would appreciate a refund for the remaining 7 1/2 months of my XBox Live subscription, which equates to $47.50 based on a pro rata calculation. Please contact me via the provided email to discuss this matter further.

After redeeming a store Xbox Live card on January 31 for one month of Xbox Live, I played for a few days. Expecting the subscription to end, as I purchased it from a gas station to avoid online recurring billing, I was surprised to be charged on March 14. This caused an overdraft fee of $50. I am perplexed because your support indicates that redeeming a code should not result in a charge. I kindly request a refund of the $10 that triggered the fee, and I will contact my bank to resolve the charge. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied.

Hello, I purchased an Xbox controller for my son for Christmas, but it has been experiencing issues shortly after he received it. The buttons are sticking, and despite using it, they have not improved. He has mentioned multiple times that the round button for movement is also malfunctioning. When he tries to make small movements, it moves excessively. Furthermore, the controller is not connecting to his headset, which has been verified by successfully connecting his brother's controller to the headset. Best Buy directed me to contact you regarding the one-year warranty for a possible exchange. I hope you can assist us with this matter. Thank you, Ashley

I play on Xbox One, and recently while playing Apex Legends, I encountered a situation where my teammates were knocked by opponents, leaving me the last one standing. Despite my efforts, I was unable to secure a win and my teammate messaged me after the game with rude comments. I initially tried to communicate nicely, but it escalated into a fight. Subsequently, I received a communication ban for three days. This occurred on Sunday around 11:00 PM and has persisted until now. This being my first ban, I understand the duration is typically three days. Can we discuss and address this issue promptly? Thank you for your assistance.

I play on Xbox One, and during a match in Apex Legends, my teammates and I were in a tough situation. Unfortunately, I couldn't win the game, and one of my teammates started sending me rude messages. I tried to handle the situation calmly, but it escalated into a fight. Consequently, I received a communication ban that is supposed to last for three days. This happened on a Sunday night around eleven pm, and I'm still banned until today. I've read that for a first-time offense, the ban should only last for three days. I believe this ban is unfair, and I would appreciate it if we could resolve this issue promptly. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.

My Xbox One has been turning off unexpectedly. It tends to happen when I'm playing more demanding games, especially online multiplayer ones. It also occurs during offline single-player gaming, though after a longer period. Surprisingly, it doesn't shut down when streaming video or using Netflix. I noticed the power supply brick's light turns off when the shutdown occurs. It stays off for a few minutes and then switches back on. During this period, the Xbox cannot be turned back on. I cleaned the vents on both the console and the power supply, which were a bit dusty, but it didn't help. The console feels warm when it shuts down, but not excessively so. Strangely, there's no overheating alert before the shutdown; it merely powers off without warning. I'm uncertain if this is something I can fix independently or if I'll need professional assistance. Any advice would be appreciated.

I am seeking assistance with my issue with Xbox Live and Microsoft. I have been using a specific Xbox Live username since its initial launch, but my associated email was hacked, leaving me unable to sign in on any platform besides my original Xbox One. Despite purchasing an Xbox One X for $[redacted], I am still unable to access my account with nearly 60,[redacted] points. I am adamant about keeping my username and am reaching out for help to change the associated email so I can sign in on my new Xbox. My attempts to contact Xbox support have been unsuccessful, making me feel undervalued as a customer. I hope for a resolution to restore my faith in Xbox's customer service before I consider moving to a competitor. Thank you.

I wanted to make a purchase in the Microsoft store, but I didn't have a card linked to my account. When I tried to change my payment options, I was directed to sign in to my Microsoft account through Internet Explorer. However, I was then prompted to enter a code which was sent to my old number. Since I no longer have that number, I updated it to my current one to receive the code. Unfortunately, this action resulted in my account being locked for 30 days, preventing me from making purchases. I am frustrated by this situation as I needed to make the purchase urgently. I am looking for a solution to either cancel the number change, make the purchase, and then revert to the current number, or any other workaround to resolve this issue. Thank you.

When I attempted to log in to Apex Legends, I encountered an issue stating my account was not authorized to play online. This led me to believe my Xbox Live subscription had expired. Subsequently, I purchased a 3-month Xbox Live subscription for $24.99 to resolve the problem. However, even after this purchase, I still faced the same error message prompting me to renew Xbox Live. Upon reviewing my subscriptions, I confirmed the active subscription with the correct payment method. I am eager to enjoy online gameplay without feeling like I've spent money unnecessarily.

I am currently monitoring my son playing on his new Xbox One X in our living room with his friends online. Unfortunately, one particular child has been verbally abusing my son with derogatory language, prompting me to intervene on the headset. As a result, my son's Xbox Live account has been suspended from voice communication until April 6th, even though he did nothing wrong. I invest a significant amount of money in Xbox Live Gold memberships and other related expenses, so this situation is disheartening. I respectfully request the unbanning of my son's account, as the other child, identified as NaniPunk, should face consequences for his inappropriate behavior. Our Xbox gamer tag is IronDeadSkull, and our associated email is [redacted] I trust that the necessary actions will be taken promptly to address this issue before further action is pursued.

Hello, Microsoft, I have been struggling with a persistent issue on my Xbox for a while now. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like unplugging and hard resetting, my problem remains unresolved. My 2tb external storage drive is not being recognized by the console when I start it up, even after multiple attempts. Although reconnecting the drive allows the games to appear, I am unable to open any of them, including those stored on the internal drive. Even accessing settings can be a challenge at times. Despite researching and attempting different solutions found online, the problem persists, and it appears that many others are facing similar issues. I had purchased the external drive specifically for my Xbox as a Microsoft product, and given the investments made in games and the console, I am eager to find a resolution. The frustration is mounting, and I am hoping for assistance to avoid reaching a breaking point. Your help in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my crew and I have been facing harassment, griefing, trolling, and attacks from a player who we have blocked. This player continuously joins all our GTA V Online sessions on Xbox One, using mods and glitches to prevent us from defending ourselves and killing us repeatedly. We have reported and blocked him multiple times, but no action has been taken for the past two weeks. Despite warnings and being told to stop, the harassment persists, leading some of my friends to leave the game and our crew. It is concerning how this player's modded account remains unaffected. We hope for a resolution soon.
