I purchased a £15 gift card and used it to buy Human Fall Flat and Rainbow Six Siege on Xbox One. I got Rainbow Six Siege on sale for £9, played it, but now I can't access it and see error code: 0x82D40007. The system asks me to sign in with the purchasing profile, which I've done. I also tried on my brother's account (set as my home Xbox) without success. Even though I bought and played the game, it doesn't show in my order history. I appreciate getting a refund, but now I can't repurchase Siege. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

I have an old Xbox Live account tied to a school email that I can no longer access. I've been locked out of it for years, causing me to stop playing Xbox. I had a gamerscore of around [redacted]. Despite reaching out to customer service multiple times, I haven't made any progress. I hope someone at Microsoft has the authority to help me regain access to my account or delete it altogether. My original gamertag is Stilldoyle93, and my current one is Stilldoyle93z. It would mean a lot to me to have my childhood profile back. If anyone can assist, I would greatly appreciate it.

After running a test that indicated everything was fine, I encountered an issue with my Xbox. Despite receiving a "good to go" message, there was no Wi-Fi, no internet access, and no wireless networks visible. Rebooting the Xbox multiple times failed to establish a connection. I attempted a reset while keeping games and apps, but this was unsuccessful, leading me to reluctantly perform a factory reset. However, when I tried to set up the network again, I received a message stating the Xbox was already connected, guiding me to the location and update screens. Without an actual internet connection, an error occurred, prompting me to check the network connection, but with no wireless networks detected. This frustrating situation has left me in a loop where I cannot update my Xbox due to being connected to a non-existent network, rendering my console unusable.

Last night, my son attempted to purchase Vbucks on Fortnite but received an error message saying, "Oops...something went wrong." He wanted to buy 4 of the $10 packs but kept trying due to the error, trying a $5 pack as well. After noticing multiple charges on the credit card, we realized it was flagged for potential fraud. Despite the errors, the purchases went through. We need help getting refunds for all but two of the $10 packs. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

On November 4th, I encountered an issue where my son, using the account '[redacted]', asked me to purchase a $10 game on Xbox. After making the initial payment, I noticed additional charges on my card prompting me to cancel Xbox Gold. I received a refund of $20. Despite attempting to remove my card, I was unable to due to secondary payment requirements and had to leave it connected as I rushed to work.
My primary concern is that last Saturday, without my consent, someone reactivated Xbox Gold which has resulted in around $50 being deducted from my card since then. I seek a refund for these charges, the cancellation of Xbox Gold, and the complete removal of my card from my son's Xbox account, as I am unable to do so myself. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have a login account on my PC for Xbox [redacted] and Xbox One. Recently, I was unexpectedly kicked out of Red Redemption 2 with a message to try again later. After resetting the Xbox and saving all games, I was prompted for account information that I can't remember. I believe I may have used [redacted], which is no longer active. My current email, [redacted], is not linked to it. My screen name is tuanispie, and I have emails for purchased games but no details on the account. I'm frustrated with the service and considering not buying games anymore. I can provide my screen name, credit card used for purchasing, console ID, and whatever else is needed.

I purchased a Megalodon shark card for $8 million with a bonus of $6 million in-game currency, but I have not received the bonus amount after almost a week and a half. I can be reached at [redacted], my gamer tag is StaticBang01. Please contact me via phone instead of email. I am eager to purchase another Megalodon shark card to take advantage of the new bonus offer, but I am reluctant to do so until the issue with the missing $6 million is resolved. I look forward to your call. Thank you.

Three years ago, on August 15, [redacted], my credit card was stolen. Unbeknownst to me, I have been charged $10 per month every month since then. Initially, I believed these charges were from my bank since they mentioned fees for certain conditions not being met. Recently, I canceled another subscription service and inquired about other charges. It turns out, I have a Microsoft Xbox Live subscription. When I asked about the mysterious charges over the past three years, it seems that the bank wasn't the one deducting the money, but rather this Xbox Live charge. I would like a refund for the money that has been taken from me by this large company.

I recently received my order and was quite disappointed with the delivery of my Xbox One S from Microsoft. The package was left at my front door without anyone present, allowing it to be easily taken. Additionally, the box containing the Xbox One S was slightly crushed on one side, making it appear mangled. I intended to give it to someone who might consider selling it if unused, but the condition of the box affects its resale value. This experience has made me hesitant to order from Xbox Microsoft again in the future.

I would like to provide more details about my issue. Upon reviewing my bank statement, I discovered two unauthorized charges to Microsoft totaling $[redacted].00. One charge was for $[redacted].00, and the other was for $80.00. Upon checking my Microsoft account, I found three charges on November 9th: one for an $80.00 Xbox digital card that has been completed, another for (3) $[redacted].00 Xbox digital gift cards with redeem links, and a third charge for (5) $[redacted].00 Xbox digital gift cards that was cancelled. I did not make these purchases, nor did anyone in my household. It appears my account was hacked, prompting me to remove my credit card and change my password immediately. I have never bought Xbox digital cards before and always purchase gift cards in-store for my son. I believe my account should be refunded for these unauthorized charges, especially since some of the cards seem unused based on the redeem links still visible. I am looking for a resolution and appreciate your assistance. Thank you for your time.

Hello,
I am Jill Storms. On November 17th, [redacted], a man began harassing my 12-year-old son through Xbox One. He claimed to have our credit card information, demanded money, and accessed my son's Fortnite and GTA accounts, changing the associated email addresses. The Fortnite gamertag is Cosmicsky2332, and the GTA gamertag is imsodamfat.
Now, my son is unable to access his accounts because the email and password have been altered. It's crucial to resolve this issue promptly to prevent further unauthorized access and identity theft. I am eager to see this matter addressed to ensure the culprit faces consequences.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am currently experiencing difficulties connecting to a party with a specific friend on Xbox Live using the Xbox One. Interestingly, we have no trouble joining parties with others; however, whenever we attempt to connect to a party together, we encounter disconnections. Both of our NAT types are Open, and our internet connections are stable. We can play games together without any issues, except when trying to join a party. We have performed hard restarts on our Xbox consoles multiple times. Furthermore, I have even tried a soft factory reset on my Xbox, which improved its performance but did not resolve the party connection problem. We diligently followed the steps provided on the support page for party disconnections, and everything seemed to be in order. What makes this situation peculiar is that we faced a similar issue in the past, resolved it spontaneously a few months ago, but it resurfaced around two weeks back and has worsened since then. My gaming companion is crucial to my Xbox experience, and I am unsure how to proceed given the recurring problem. I appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you for your help.

My Xbox [redacted] was linked to my old email that got hacked, and I had it remotely shut down by a Microsoft support agent. Despite their efforts to assist, I couldn't recover the account. I even tried to switch the [redacted] account with the agent's advice to call back later due to my time limit, but no luck. I've attempted to log in through various methods but still can't access my Live profile on the Xbox [redacted]. I'm frustrated with the situation and worried about losing my saved data. What steps should I take next?

My Xbox is currently unable to update or download anything. All apps are frozen, and it refuses to play DVD movies, even though the player was working fine five days ago. I used to watch Netflix, play games, and now nothing is working on the Xbox. I would like to renew my Xbox Gold subscription and settle any outstanding payments from the past to resolve these issues and restore functionality to my Xbox.

I recently discovered unauthorized charges on my debit card due to my younger son using it on Xbox Live. The system automatically saves card details, causing multiple unauthorized charges. As a single mother with learning disabilities, I struggle to navigate technology and prefer human assistance. I have been dealing with this issue for over a year, resulting in financial strain. I am requesting a refund for the unauthorized charges made by my younger son. I need help setting up a parent account to prevent future unauthorized charges. The passing of my mentor, who helped with my finances, has made this situation more challenging. I seek guidance and support to resolve this matter and ensure that only authorized purchases are made in the future.

While I was at work, my younger sibling made unauthorized purchases of Madden Cash using my linked card without my consent. Upon discovery of the order code, I found out that this has happened three times, totaling $[redacted] ($50 each time) in Madden Cash expenses. I am seeking a full refund on my card for these transactions and am prepared to return any items to rectify this matter.

My bank continues to process payments for my Xbox Live subscription despite my account lacking funds. After contacting my bank and facing dead ends, I am seeking assistance here. When attempting to cancel my subscription to prevent overdrafts, I was informed that I must first settle any outstanding payments. This proves problematic as I cannot afford the last payment, let alone the next cycle. I request the cancellation of my Xbox Live subscription to stop accruing additional charges. While I am committed to paying my dues, the current process prolongs my debt. The requirement to clear payments before cancellation only deepens financial struggles. I aim to reduce my debt gradually without incurring further charges.

I have been experiencing ongoing harassment on Xbox Live from a user who repeatedly creates new gamer tag accounts to target me. The most recent username is "Desire People." This individual has sent offensive messages such as calling me derogatory names and making hurtful comments about my appearance. The messages include insults like, "I bet you ate your dog already FATF**K" and "Your face looks like a tractor." They have even gone as far as creating elaborate insults, like "Hi Billy Mays here for FatFucc WolfMan, the buffet tray specialist." The person mentions the name "Zyxza" and suggests contacting them on Instagram at @brxken_shima. I kindly request assistance in having this user banned from the Xbox console to prevent further harassment.

I recently bought Fallout 76 on 11/20 right before Black Friday, only to find out it went on sale the next day. Despite trying to reach out for assistance, the customer service chat advised me to submit a refund request. However, my request was denied without a proper explanation, citing the terms of service. I believe I should at least receive a $20 store credit due to the circumstances of the late sale inclusion. This ordeal has been frustrating, especially considering my history of purchasing games from Microsoft. I hope to get this matter resolved promptly. Thank you. - A.

I encountered the red dot of death issue with my Xbox [redacted], and I'm attempting to transfer my saved data to my newer Xbox One. I visited a local game store to use their Xbox [redacted] console, hoping to move my saves to the cloud. Despite registering for gold membership and confirming my account's active status, I'm facing a discrepancy. My account shows active gold membership, but the system prompts me to register for gold when I try to access cloud saving options. This mismatch is preventing me from utilizing the cloud saving feature seamlessly. I'm puzzled by the inconsistency between my system save devices and account status regarding the gold membership.
