To the Twitter Employee,
I feel it is important to bring a matter to the attention of the CEO directly. I have documented a report that I believe is crucial for Jack Dorsey to see. After attempting to contact Twitter via phone without success, I am turning to this method as a last resort. I have faith in the CEO's integrity and, as an American, I trust that sharing this information with Jack Dorsey is the right course of action. The details I possess pertain to insider trading within your company, and I am adamant about discussing this solely with the CEO. I seek no personal gain, only the opportunity to communicate directly with Jack Dorsey. I kindly request a secure means of contacting him, which I will provide via email. My schedule is tight, so prompt action from Jack Dorsey is appreciated.
Sincerely,
Michael

Hello,
When I was 12 years and 10 months old in May 5, [redacted], I created my Twitter account in March [redacted]. Recently, when I tried to update my account by adding my birthdate, I got locked out of my account after selecting my birth year. This has happened to my friends before, and some had to create new accounts. I've tried to be honest about my age twice, even though I know others who got away by lying. I've attempted to contact Twitter through direct messages but can't access my account. I also found a Twitter contact number online, but it doesn't seem to be working. I've been a loyal user since [redacted] and really need my account back as there doesn't seem to be a legitimate way to reach out to Twitter. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly.

Hi Twitter Team,
I am Shaelin A. Jones, but you may know me as @shaebertooth. I recently updated my birthdate on my Twitter account, which resulted in it being disabled for allegedly being created when I was under 13 years old. I have since provided the necessary documents and confirmation from my mother, who managed the account when it was set up. My Twitter account is precious to me as it holds many memories, and I kindly request for it to be reinstated. Despite the age issue initially, I am currently well above 13 years old. I am hopeful that you will consider my situation and unlock my account.
Thank you,
@shaebertooth

Twitter mistakenly flagged my account for using a term that was linked to a violation of their rules. The term in question is (foo)-f a g, commonly used by users of the 4chan message board system to refer to users of their sub-boards, such as /b/-f-a-g and /vp/-f-a-g. It is important to note that this term is not intended to be derogatory towards any group.
Despite Twitter stating that "context matters" in determining violations, it seems that this nuance was not considered in my case. I suggest that Twitter conducts further investigation into the context of flagged terms or reconsiders the implementation of their auto-moderation system. I am requesting the removal of my account limitation and a formal apology from a member of the moderation team.

Months ago, I was locked out of my Twitter account for updating the birthday to the correct date, September 13th, [redacted]. Since I created the account when underage, I understood the reason for being locked out. I submitted an appeal as instructed, with the understanding that Twitter only needed to delete tweets made before I turned 13. It has been two months, and I still do not have access to my account. Despite being told I would be contacted by Twitter, I have not received any communication. I have been attempting to regain access but to no avail. At this point, I am open to having the account deleted entirely or gaining access, at a minimum, to deactivate it. The lack of progress has left me feeling frustrated with the situation. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to assist me with this matter.

My account name is Christian Challenges Maureen-Ray @rayGrevillea. This account contains my work related to Christian witness. I've noticed that when I log into Twitter, my profile no longer displays the nice pictures of pink Callistemons, etc. Instead, it now shows a very plain introduction. I would like to have it changed back to my original page. Another concerning issue is that there appears to be an account created without my knowledge named Maureen Ray20. Each time I tweet a newspaper article, it is being posted on this account instead of my Maureen-Ray@rayGrevillea account. Could you please delete the Maureen Ray20 account and ensure my original account remains untouched? It is essential as it contains around 95,[redacted] words of my work. I would also appreciate assistance in accessing my account from my desktop. Additionally, I used to receive changing lovely images from Google that helped me access Twitter. I kindly ask for your technical support in resolving these matters. Thank you.

Hello Twitter Support,
I am writing to seek assistance with my old Twitter account. My username is @anjbroqueza, and unfortunately, I can no longer access it as I have forgotten my password, email address, and security questions. Regrettably, the pictures I uploaded on that account are publicly displayed when I search my name on Google, causing me discomfort as they are no longer suitable for viewing. I created this account in March [redacted] when I was young and unaware of how to make it private, not realizing the impact it would have on me later on. I kindly request your help in resolving this matter. If there are no other options to regain access, could you please deactivate or delete the account instead? I eagerly await your response.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
Angela Mae Broqueza

I am locked out of my account due to it being created when I was under 13. I am now 21 and need access to maintain consistent posts for my media strategy studies. My parents created the account, and I've submitted the required form. However, I haven't received a response yet. I wonder when my account will be restored. Can I speed up the process by providing my official government documentation to prove my age? I heavily use Twitter for various organizations and sports teams at my University, but I'm unable to access it now. This is hindering my internship and organizational responsibilities. I've been eligible to use the account for eight years now. How can I resolve this swiftly?

Hello,
I am reaching out about @GoddessAkila on Twitter. I have been attempting to access this account for the past week to unlock it without success. The account is owned by a 14-year-old girl who is engaging in inappropriate sexual behavior with adult men online. It is crucial to delete this account as it is misleading and harmful. The minor has been using images of other women like @Vicky_Vee_J on Twitter and @mihlalii_n on Instagram, as well as stealing photos from @queenfeetred on Instagram for deceitful purposes. It is evident that this individual is not who they claim to be, and it is vital to remove the account due to the dangerous nature of the activities being carried out. Thank you for addressing this urgent matter.

My account was suspended because of someone named Scott, who is associated with a trumpet organization. He did everything I mentioned, including a retweet of mine. I wanted to check his Twitter and report Donald Trump's account. I stated that he cannot dictate my right to free speech. I never threatened him nor did anything inappropriate. It's absurd that my account was deleted due to this person. He controls people, claims to care for foreign kids, and keeps records of young girls' menstrual cycles. It's illegal, and despite a court order to stop, he persists. I'm being silenced unjustly while others, like the president, make threatening statements. This is the second time my account was suspended with no valid reason. I spoke the truth and should be allowed to express my views freely. America upholds freedom of speech, and I insist my account be reinstated promptly.

I recently appealed a tweet and was placed on a seven-day restriction. After not hearing back for seven days, I deleted the tweet on the eighth day, resulting in an additional seven-day restriction. Despite being told I had full access five days ago, I still see three tweets from January 2nd involving a user I don't know. I can't view the content, so I'm unable to appeal or log out of my account, as I'm stuck on the appeal page for five days. I'm concerned about not being able to appeal tweets from two months ago and the lack of response from Twitter. Clearing my cache and cookies doesn't resolve the issue, and I feel trapped in a loop. It seems unfair to be penalized further for tweets I can't even see. I'm worried about being targeted or if @thespinsterymc is connected to Twitter. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I appealed a tweet on Twitter three times over seven days and received no response during my initial seven-day suspension. On the eighth day, I deleted the tweet and was then given another seven-day suspension. After fifteen days, I was told I had full access to my account. When I logged in, I saw three tweets from January 2nd between me and someone I don't know, Hood Gurl Yiddishkeit @thespinsterymc. I'm unable to view these tweets or appeal them as my account is stuck on the appeal page. I am concerned about being penalized for tweets I can't see or address. Despite attempts to log out or appeal, I am trapped in a loop. I worry about being unfairly targeted or if there is a connection to @thespinsterymc. Your assistance in resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated.

Hello Twitter support, I am reaching out regarding a situation I am facing with my accounts. I have two accounts associated with the same phone number. The first account was created using my Gmail, and the second account was set up directly with my phone number. Unfortunately, I have forgotten the username for the second account.
When I attempt to log in using my phone number for the second account, I receive a message stating, "We Find More Than Two Accounts On That Phone Number. Please Try Again With Username Or Email." Since I did not link my email to the second account, I am unable to retrieve the username through that method.
I deactivated the first account two months ago, but the issue persists. I am seeking assistance in locating the username for the second account. It would be greatly appreciated if you could respond to me via email at your earliest convenience. Thank you for your help.

My account was locked because of a controversial comment I made about a celebrity. I believe there is a double standard in the way social media platforms handle different users. I stand by my opinion, but I feel unfairly targeted compared to other users who make offensive comments regularly. I would like my post reinstated since I do not see it as harassment but rather an expression of my views. If rules are in place, they should be enforced consistently for all users.

I am writing in regards to Case # [redacted].
Thirteen (13) business days ago, I received an email from Twitter acknowledging my DMCA counter-notification about content removed from my account (@harleivy) due to a DMCA takedown notice.
Twitter mentioned in the email that if they did not hear back from the complainant within 10 business days regarding taking legal action against me for the material in question, they would reinstate or stop disabling access to it.
Despite the 13 business days that have passed, I have not received any updates on my case. The complainant has not pursued legal action, so I respectfully request Twitter to lift the suspension on my account.

I appealed a tweet three times over seven days without any responses from Twitter, resulting in a prolonged punishment period. Upon regaining access, I discovered three tweets from January 2nd to/from Hood Gurl Yiddishkeit @thespinsterymc. Unable to view the content and stuck in the appeal process for five days, I am now trapped in a loop unable to log out. How can I address these old tweets without being punished further? Deleting unseen tweets might result in an additional fourteen-day penalty, escalating the already delayed resolution process. Clearing cache/cookies temporarily frees me from the appeal page, but upon logging back in, I am immediately stuck again. The situation raises concerns about potential targeting or internal biases. Is this account linked to Twitter staff? Assistance is urgently needed to resolve this frustrating cycle.

My Twitter account was recently locked due to an age-related issue. I am 19 years old and use Twitter to stay updated on university-related information from my professors. I attempted to submit a form with my mother's ID, but it was rejected. I urgently need access to my account for university purposes. Twitter requires me to delete content from before I was 13, but I believe I was 13 when I created the account. Please assist me in regaining access to my account. I am willing to delete any tweets that were posted when I was under 13. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I encountered an issue with my Twitter account being locked due to age verification problems. I am currently 19 years old and use Twitter to follow my university professors for updates. Despite submitting a form with my mother's ID and her assistance, who approved my Twitter use when I was younger, the request was denied. I urgently need access to my account for university purposes. Twitter requires the removal of content from before I was 13, but I believe I was 13 when I created the account, potentially leading to a misunderstanding. I am willing to delete any tweets from before that age if needed. Please assist me in regaining access to my account or provide a timeline for resolution. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I have two new Twitter accounts. In November, I created @thurayya89, but due to being locked out multiple times, I set up a second one a few days ago, @thurayya81. Both have the same background photos and profile image. I want to deactivate @thurayya89, but whenever I click on Settings for that account, it redirects me to @thurayya81 instead.
Since creating @thurayya81, I've been locked out of my account three times in just two days. I believe deactivating my original account might prevent this issue. It's quite frustrating and time-consuming to keep appealing to have my account unlocked. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Upon logging in, a notification indicates that there is unusual activity on my account, resulting in it being locked until I change my password. Despite following the instructions to change my password, the issue persists. The phone number attached to my account is outdated, causing difficulty in the process. Each time I attempt to reset my password, I am prompted to reset it again. I am eager to regain access to my account as no wrongful activity has occurred. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
