I'm having trouble updating my birth year on my account that I've had since [redacted]. Due to initially being under 13 years old, my current age conflicts with the birth year on the account. I submitted a service request form to address this issue, but it's taking longer than expected. I am eager to receive an email confirmation regarding the progress made or reach out to a representative for further clarification on the restoration process for my account.

I need help with my Twitter accounts. My name is Kenneth Wade Paton Jr. I have two accounts with the same username, "kennypaton7147", and phone number which are causing me trouble. I tried creating a third account as "kennypaton7147" and "kennypaton777" which works but I dislike the name. I would like to have one account under the name "Kenneth Wade Paton Jr." with the username "kennypaton7147" reactivated, and the other two accounts deactivated. I prefer to use only one account on Twitter. Thank you for your assistance. Kenny. If you need to reach me, you can call me at [redacted] or email me at [redacted]

I've been locked out of my Twitter account twice this week, and I'm unsure why. The notification mentioned breaking the rules, but after reviewing the guidelines, I can't identify any violations. I mainly retweet and avoid posts with profanity, although some slip through. It's confusing to see profanity in numerous tweets. I'm hopeful Twitter will reach out to clarify the reason for my account being locked twice.

I am requesting verification codes for my Twitter account "JaE Mastermind" linked to my email [redacted] I have been asking for this for over a month now. My cell phone is broken, so I cannot receive texts. Please send the verification codes to my email address as it is the only way for me to access my account. Thank you.

I fell victim to a scam from a girl on Twitter using the handle @keepnupwithnyla. She promised to double money but instead hijacked my account. She asked for my Twitter information to process the payment and then changed my username and contact details. I tried to reach out but she blocked me and falsely claimed to have helped me. My original username was _unusualmuffin. Please help me to regain access to my account, as she might deceive others using my identity. My account dates back to [redacted], and the linked email is [redacted]

I recently ran into an issue with Twitter. After being prompted to enter my birthdate and complying (now 20), my account was suddenly blocked due to my age at the time I created the account. I explained that my mother had actually set up the account for me, which was true. Twitter then requested my mother's email to verify this, eight years after I started using the platform. Despite her efforts to send the required forms, they claimed the information was illegible. I made repeated attempts to resend the forms, but to no avail. I am unable to reach out to Twitter via the platform due to the block, and email communication has been unsuccessful. This frustrating situation has left me feeling very disappointed with Twitter.

After using my Twitter account, I closed the app only to find it locked when I reopened it. Upon checking my email, I discovered an issue with the birthday listed on my account. Despite being over 13 when I first started using Twitter, there seems to be an error indicating otherwise. I received an email instructing me to verify my account as a parent since it was locked. I suspect my account may have been compromised, with my birthdate altered to indicate I was under 13 at the time of account creation. Unfortunately, accessing support through Twitter's website has proven challenging as it simply shows that my account is locked without providing a way to contact them directly. I am currently 17 years old, and I created my account when I was nearly 14, meeting the age requirement stipulated in the terms and conditions of Twitter.

I recently faced an issue with my Twitter account being locked after I updated my birthday. I reached out to Twitter for assistance, and they acknowledged my proof of age but the account remains inaccessible. Every time I log in, I receive a message stating that I did not meet the age requirement when the account was created. Despite following the instructions on the form I was directed to, the issue persists. I keep receiving the same automated response promising to unlock the account but no progress has been made. It has been several months now and I am at a loss for what steps to take next in order to regain access to my account.

Hello, I signed up for Twitter a few years back, but due to inconsistent internet access, I couldn't actively manage it. Recently, I managed to log back in after vaguely recalling my username and password. I had a great time using it, gained many followers, and enjoyed posting tweets. Unfortunately, I hit a roadblock when Twitter requested account verification, and I couldn't remember the email associated with the account, except that it was through Yahoo! Since then, I've changed my phone, number, and email. I'm reluctant to create a new account as I cherished my old one. I need help restoring access because the account prompts for the old email, which I no longer have access to. I'm eager to revive my old Twitter account. Thank you for your assistance.

I encountered an issue when I opened the Twitter app on my phone. The message indicated that my account had been locked due to my age at the time of creating it being under 13. I did not make any changes to my settings, so I am unsure why this occurred as it just appeared when I launched the app. I kindly request Twitter to unlock my account as the settings were left unchanged. I have been using this account for a long period, and it serves as a valuable outlet during times when I need to unwind or express my emotions. Twitter plays a significant role in helping me cope with my mental health challenges. Additionally, some of my friends can only be reached through this platform, making this situation quite inconvenient. I would greatly appreciate it if my account could be reinstated to its previous state.

Hello, My name is Jashley Marcellus, and I believe I opened an account with your service about 2 years ago. Unfortunately, my account has been compromised by someone who is now using it to spread false information using my name and picture. I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving this issue. The individual who hacked my account has engaged in fraudulent activities. They initially approached me through a friend's hacked account, claiming I could make money. I ended up sending them $[redacted], expecting $7,[redacted] in return. However, they kept asking for more money, and I became suspicious. They have also taken over my Twitter account (@minimefreckles changed to @NicoleJashley) and are contacting my friends using my identity. The email associated with my account has been altered from [redacted] to g*****@gmail.com. I urgently need your help to address this situation. Thank you for your assistance.

I recently set up an adult content page on Twitter without fully understanding the rules. Unfortunately, my account was permanently suspended for violating the policy due to an image showing someone showering with a partially exposed backside. Despite appealing the decision, Twitter upheld the suspension. Having learned from this experience, I created a new account in February. A month ago, I started a music Twitter page to promote underground artists. Surprisingly, on the 25th of last month, Twitter suspended both the new accounts. Upon appealing, they cited multiple account violations and abusive behavior. I want to clarify that my accounts did not harm anyone, and they did not include explicit avatars or headers.

A few months back, I tried to update my birthdate on Twitter to the accurate one, but shortly after, my account got locked. I quickly reported it and submitted my ID since my account was created by my mother when I was underage. Despite following all the steps and waiting patiently for a response, Twitter has not contacted me yet, even though they mentioned they would reach out shortly. It's been months now, and I haven't received any communication from them.

After updating my birth year on Twitter from [redacted] to [redacted], I was immediately redirected to a page informing me that my account is now locked due to not meeting the age requirement when I initially created it. It has been nearly a week, and despite reaching out to Twitter's customer service, I have not received any response. I am feeling very frustrated about this situation. Being an 18-year-old college student, I find it unfair to be locked out of my account due to a decision I made at the age of 11. Re-activating my old account is important because it contains a lot of valuable content to me. I am open to deleting any tweets posted before January 16th, [redacted], to comply with the age policy if necessary. I simply want my account reinstated rather than starting anew. I hope for a resolution soon and would appreciate being treated with respect by the company. Thank you.

It has been a week since my Twitter account was locked. They requested a government-issued ID, which I promptly provided. After reviewing my information, Twitter informed me that my account did not meet the minimum age requirement when it was created. They assured me that they would unlock my account after removing content from before I turned 13. They apologized for the delay and explained that requests for this account would not be reviewed further until the issue was resolved. I am anxious about how long it will take to regain access to my account as I have not violated any rules. Your prompt assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I opened my Twitter account when I was almost 13, now I'm close to 20. Recently, I tried to update my birth year to the correct one ([redacted]) from the previously incorrect one ([redacted]). However, Twitter locked my account for being underage based on the account creation date. I submitted an appeal with a photo of my driver's license to prove my age, which Twitter acknowledged. They mentioned unlocking my account in an email but it's been a month with no further updates or access to my account. I've sent three more appeals over the last month, hoping for a resolution, but have not received any response.

Subject: Assistance Needed with Twitter Account Lock Good morning/evening/afternoon, I am reaching out regarding my Twitter account that was locked last week. This has happened before, and typically I receive a verification code to confirm my identity. However, I recently discovered an issue with my phone number which may have caused a block, as I haven't been receiving calls. Unfortunately, despite numerous attempts, I have been unable to receive the verification codes from Twitter, resulting in my account remaining locked. Twitter is my primary means of staying connected with friends and artists, particularly BTS, as I have chosen to focus on my studies and prepare for university. I was using my LG G6 phone when this issue occurred. My new temporary number is [redacted][redacted], and I trust that my IP address confirms my authenticity. Please assist me in unlocking my account so I can reconnect with my friends and resume my online activities. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Nada (@joontrivia)

I came across a Twitter post that violates their policies. The tweet in question is from Christine Fair from Georgetown University, @CChristineFair. The tweet contains violent and hateful language wishing harm upon a specific group of individuals. It's important for Twitter to enforce their rules by suspending this account as this type of behavior goes against their guidelines.
