Hello, I am writing to express my frustration about my locked Twitter account. I created my account in [redacted] and recently changed my birthday, resulting in it getting locked due to age restrictions. I am currently 19 years old, and Twitter has been significant to me during my adolescent and adult years. I rely on it for various purposes, and my account holds sentimental value. I have requested to unlock my account by submitting necessary documents, including my mother's ID since she approved my account creation when I was under 13. However, I was informed that the documents submitted were considered illegible, despite my efforts to provide high-quality images. I seek your assistance in resolving this issue promptly as Twitter is a crucial part of my social media presence. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Best regards, Rahma A.

I recently encountered an issue with Twitter where they banned me due to an old tweet conversation with a friend that was mistaken for physical threats. Despite explaining that it was just a reference to a YouTube video involving an angry character in Second Life, my appeal has been repeatedly denied. Even my friend's email to Twitter support clarifying that he wasn't being threatened went unanswered. I am currently unable to access my account, and I believe this ban is unwarranted for a harmless inside joke between friends. I'm hoping to have my Twitter account reinstated, as I feel unfairly labeled as violent over a misunderstanding.

I mistakenly changed my birthdate on my Twitter account, and now it seems like they might deactivate my account because of my age being under 13 at the original creation date. I've been trying to resolve this through the forms provided, but I'm only receiving automated responses. It's been 72 hours, and I'm concerned about losing important memories and information on my account @tayxleo. I am desperate to speak with a live person from Twitter to help me with this matter promptly.

Hello, my name is Ahmed B. and I am a co-founder of Rantt Media. I wanted to reach out because our company is preparing to launch a mini-series discussing income inequality in about four 4-minute segments. We are eager to share the full clips on Twitter but need permission to post videos longer than 2:20. I have completed the application form to request access to Twitter Studio and noticed that we received approval. However, I am following up via email to explore the process of being whitelisted for extended uploads. Twitter is our preferred platform for connecting with our audience, and we are excited about the opportunity to enhance engagement. Additionally, we believe we could become valuable advertising partners. With over 10 million monthly impressions from just under [redacted] tweets, we receive significant engagement from our dedicated followers. Rantt Media's content has received recognition from prominent sources like The New York Times, The Guardian, and The Inquisitor, as well as on campaign platforms like BetoForTexas. A recent video we shared on Twitter garnered over 1.7 million views and appeared in articles from The Huffington Post, Yahoo News, and The Hill. I am looking forward to your response and the possibility of collaborating more closely with Twitter in the future.

My account got suspended because I didn't meet the age requirement. I created my Twitter at twelve years old in June [redacted]. Two months later, I turned thirteen. I have submitted my mom's ID to prove I had parental consent when I made the account. I'm now twenty-one years old, above the minimum age. My account has been locked for a week, and despite submitting multiple IDs, Twitter support hasn't given clear instructions on how to recover it. I'm 21 now and was 12 when I created my account. I've learnt my lesson and want my account back quickly. Account info: Email: [redacted] Full name: B.S. Carthern Phone: [redacted] Twitter: @biancacarthern

Last week, while browsing Twitter, I received a message asking me to log in again. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, I kept receiving the error message: "We had a problem sending your request. Please try again." I tried various solutions like captcha and phone verification, but my carrier (Republic) suddenly stopped supporting the login verification. I even cleared my phone's cache and reinstalled Twitter, but nothing has fixed the issue. The support team has not been helpful in resolving the problem. As a last resort, I created a new account using the same phone number, hoping for a solution.

I encountered an issue with my Twitter account on June 26, [redacted] due to having created it when I was under 13, over 7 years ago before age restrictions were in place. I reached out to Twitter for assistance by filling out a form, but did not receive a response for 3 weeks. Finally, on July 18, [redacted], I was sent a follow-up form, completed it, and was informed that my account would soon be unlocked. However, as of September 25, over 2 months have passed with no further communication from Twitter support or restoration of my account. The account in question is linked to the email address I provided and has the handle @savannah_keyser. I request the prompt restoration of my account, as there were no violations at the time of its creation.

Hello Twitter Community, I am reaching out through this email in hopes of resolving a long-standing issue with my Twitter account, @iam_dQ. Despite numerous attempts over the past three years, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access to my account. The trouble began when the email address associated with the account, "[redacted]," was deactivated by mail.com, a service I had not used for several years. Unaware of this change, I subsequently lost access to my Twitter account. Following these events, I opened two new email addresses, "[redacted]" and "[redacted]," to no avail. In [redacted], after changing my password due to spam activity, I forgot the new password and was unable to initiate a reset as my linked email was inaccessible. And, I further lost access when I misplaced my phone. I have now created a new account, @Kvnmi, but I am eager to recover my original account, @iam_dQ, given its significance to me both personally and professionally. Any assistance in helping me regain access to my old account would be greatly appreciated. I am willing to provide any necessary evidence to verify my ownership. Thank you for your attention and support. Kindest regards, Kunmi Akowonjo

Hello! My account @kitkaloid got suspended for violating the terms of service. I am unsure why this happened as I mainly used the account for personal artwork and light tweets. I reached out to support for more details but was simply informed that I broke the rules without any specific reasons provided. I am quite frustrated and disheartened by this situation. @kitkaloid is a significant part of my online identity, associated with my creative work. I would appreciate the opportunity to either regain access to the account or at least receive clarification on what went wrong. The only minor issue I can recall is that I reserved a couple of usernames years ago, but they were unused, and I forgot about it since then. I currently only have active accounts and really wish to have @kitkaloid restored as my art platform. I hope for assistance as I had no harmful intentions, yet I am restricted from reaching out for further explanation.

I recently updated my birth year on Twitter from [redacted] to [redacted] to accurately reflect my age, as I just turned 18. To my surprise, I received a notification stating that I violated Twitter rules because I was under 13 years old when I initially created the account. Due to this, my account is now locked. I would appreciate assistance in unlocking it as my intention was simply to ensure my profile information was correct. Thank you.

I previously had an account, @colinsculver, that I created before turning 13, and later updated my age after turning 13, which led to my account being locked. I acknowledge my mistake but now that I am 14, I would like to regain access. I have tried reaching out by submitting a ticket, calling, emailing, and completing the provided form in early June, but I have not heard back. I am frustrated by the lack of response. Twitter used to be my preferred social platform, but I am disappointed now. I urgently need my account back, especially for my internship. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I had an account under @colinsculver that I created before turning thirteen, when I was twelve and three-quarters old (with parental permission). After my thirteenth birthday, I updated my birth year to the correct one and was locked out of my account. While I understand I breached the terms of service, I am now fourteen and eager to regain access to my account. I have tried various methods like submitting a ticket, calling, emailing, and completing the provided form since the beginning of June, but I have not received a reply. I must admit I am frustrated; previously, I recommended Twitter to my friends, but now, it is the only social media platform I discourage them from. I used to enjoy using your service, but currently, I do not. It is crucial for my internship that I get my account back promptly. Kindly address my issue.

A few years back, I set up two-factor authentication on my account for added security. Recently, I changed phones, and now I'm unable to access my account. I simply want to delete it since I created it when I was younger, and it no longer represents me accurately. However, I can't log in to do so, and accessing customer support is also a challenge. I've attempted to resolve this issue numerous times, always reaching a point that requires a login which I can't do. This has been an ongoing issue for years. Despite my efforts, Twitter support has consistently let me down. I just want to delete my account, and I'm even willing to pay for assistance if necessary to achieve this.

Hello, I am reaching out on behalf of one of our customers who is experiencing difficulty sharing a link to her personal website, giunta.yolasite.com, on Twitter. We are inquiring if there is a possibility to whitelist her website as it complies with Twitter's Terms of Service and regulations. Unfortunately, Twitter seems to be blocking all yolasite.com subdomains, which prevents users from sharing their website links within tweets. Our attempts to reach out via email and Twitter's messenger support have been unsuccessful. This restriction is hindering our ability to communicate and share information effectively. If there is any further information needed from our end to address this issue, please do not hesitate to reach out. Warm regards, Julie G. Please reach out to Noah B. Peters at BAILEY & EHRENBERG PLLC in Washington, DC, at [redacted] to report your unjust lockout from Twitter. Additionally, consider going to an investment platform like TWTR and truthfully comment on your experience being locked out by Twitter. Express your frustration with the repeated lockouts and the lack of clarity regarding the reasons behind them. Mention that despite receiving apology emails citing "SPAM" as the reason, you have not engaged in any spamming activities on the platform. Let's seek answers regarding these repeated lockouts affecting your free speech rights.

My Twitter account, @csdanon, has been locked for one week after a comment was misconstrued as hateful, when it was meant sarcastically in response to a negative comment directed at me. I have faced a lot of hate online and would never intentionally violate hate speech policies. Please reconsider this decision as my comment was not threatening or hateful, and similar remarks have been made towards me without consequences. I have already removed the allegedly harmful comment. Thank you.

I opened my Twitter account back in [redacted] at the age of 12. Now, at 18, I decided to update my birthdate on the account to reflect my actual age. However, this action triggered an account lock by Twitter, requiring me to prove I was at least 13 when initially signing up. Despite being underage at the time, I've invested years into my account, building a following and connections that I hope to regain instead of starting anew. I kindly ask for your assistance in unlocking my account. I've maintained a positive presence on the platform, never engaging with inappropriate content. Thank you for your understanding.

I have been using the name "sil0" in my security work since [redacted]. I have presented using this name and now publish a security podcast. Recently, I noticed that someone took the Twitter handle twitter.com/sil0, but it seems inactive. I have been trying to contact the account holder without success. Is there a way to reach out to them? Alternatively, is it possible to transfer my account to that handle? My current handle is twitter.com/_sil0_, which is cumbersome to share with listeners and in specific applications like Discord. I am considering copyrighting the name for new merchandise but would prefer to avoid that route if possible. I want to handle this situation in a professional manner.

I opened my account just before turning 13, unknowingly violating the rules. After 5 years, I changed my birthdate to the correct one out of guilt and my account got locked immediately. Now approaching 18, my account is precious to me. I reached out to Twitter support, explaining my situation and the significance of my account. They agreed to restore it after removing tweets before I was 13. Despite having a clean record on the platform, it's been over 3 weeks since they last contacted me about the progress. I hope someone can assist me. Thank you for taking the time to read this. - @ElectricGames_
