I made an error when setting up my Twitter account, inputting my birthday a month early, resulting in a lockout when attempting to correct it to my actual birth year of [redacted]. I was unaware of the age restriction and am now locked out for not complying with the policy. I submitted a form explaining the situation over a week ago, but have not received a response. I value my account where I interact with friends and follow celebrities. I have always used the platform positively and fear losing connections with my favorite accounts. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

My Twitter account has been locked for over a week now after trying to correct my birthdate. Twitter claims I created the account when I was under 13, but I believe I was already 13. I've completed the unlock request form as instructed, but after a week, there has been no progress or communication. This situation is frustrating. Please unlock my account. Thank you.

Email to Twitter: Hello, I am writing to express my concerns about the inconsistency in enforcing your rules on Twitter. I have noticed instances where individuals have made derogatory or threatening remarks, including calls for violence, yet they remain active on the platform. However, when conservative voices like Candace Owens speak out, they are promptly suspended. It appears there is a bias in how you handle violations based on political leanings. I believe all users should be held to the same standard regardless of their beliefs. The lack of transparency and the apparent targeting of conservative figures, especially women, like Candace Owens and Dana Loesch, is troubling. I urge you to reevaluate your suspension policies to ensure fairness and impartiality for all users. It is important to cultivate an environment that promotes open dialogue and respects diverse viewpoints. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope you will consider my feedback and work towards creating a more equitable platform for everyone. Best regards, [Initials]

When I was around 16, my first Twitter account got permanently banned for breaking the rules, even though I never threatened anyone. I was upset for a couple of days, then made a new account @benharding33, which I've had for about a year. Most of my interactions were about sports, video games, and sometimes politics. I never threatened anyone on the platform. One morning, I woke up to find my account suspended without a clear explanation. After checking my email, it said I was "evading permanent suspension," which I tried to appeal 5-6 times in the past 6 days without any response. If it's just a temporary suspension, that's okay, but if it's permanent, I'll be disappointed. I'm from Australia, a big NBA and video game fan, which is why I use Twitter. I attempted to create a new account, but it got instantly banned, so I assume it's an IP ban. If you could assist me in retrieving my account, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you. <3

I had a frustrating experience recently with Twitter. A few days ago, I noticed issues with following, liking, and retweeting on the platform. When I tried to log in, I encountered a message about having two accounts with the same email. After using my phone number and attempting to reset my password, I faced more problems with my email address. Despite ultimately gaining access to my account, I still couldn't engage with tweets. The situation escalated as Twitter deemed my activity "suspicious" and locked me out. After multiple failed attempts to create a new account, I now hope to recover my original one. This ordeal began simply because I couldn't interact with posts, and I'm perplexed by the restrictions. I had around 37 followers and followed over [redacted] accounts on my original profile. Any assistance would be appreciated during this frustrating time.

Hello, I am reaching out because my Twitter account (@S_AlGhatam) has been locked since yesterday. When I try to log in, I am directed to a page requesting a password change. However, when I attempt to proceed, I am led to the help center for login issues with unhelpful options that loop back to the initial page. I have tried accessing my account from both my iPhone and laptop without success. I am compliant with Twitter's terms of use and need assistance regaining access to my account as soon as possible. I am unable to reset my password due to the account lock. I hope for a prompt response from Twitter to resolve this matter and unlock my account. Sincerely, Shaikha Alghatam

My account got suspended due to a tweet referencing photographing an artist, not physically harming them. The incident dated back to a concert where I took photos professionally. Reactivating my Twitter is crucial for my work, and the suspension has caused significant inconvenience. The monitoring system in place seems flawed. The tweet in question is from a month ago, not indicating any harm. I've mentioned photographing artists before without any issues. The appeal process has been frustrating as my explanations seem overlooked. This misunderstanding could be easily resolved if my appeal is considered properly.

My account has been locked for a week now. I tried to change my birthday on Twitter, but after doing so, my account got locked, claiming I was under 13 when I created it. I remember being 13. I filled out the form explaining the situation but haven't heard back in a week. Please unlock my account as I'm well over 13 now. Thank you.

My Twitter account, @AlexaDCosta, was locked because I created it when I was 12, but I'm now 14 and meet their age requirement. Despite reaching out to Twitter's Help Center and calling them, I have not been able to resolve this issue. I even messaged them from my sister's account but was told they couldn't assist via Direct Message. When I attempt to unlock my account by clicking on the provided form, it simply states the account is still locked due to age restrictions. I tried creating a new account, but it claims my phone number and email are already associated with my previous account. I'm at a loss here and would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

There is an error with my account being locked, stating I'm 13 when I am actually 19, turning 20 in October. I have waited for nearly 3 months for it to be unlocked. Despite being asked for guardian details, my parents are deceased, and I don't have a legal guardian at 19. My Twitter holds precious memories of my late parents and not being able to access it is upsetting. Though I may have been underage when I created it, this was 7 years ago. Kindly restore my account as it means much more to me than just a social platform; it contains cherished memories.

I am disappointed with the content allowed on Twitter; it appears to silence conservative voices like those of Fox News personalities, such as Diamond & Silk. The platform seems to cater more to liberals and leftists. Supporting our leadership could lead to greater progress in the country. I believe negative voices like Rosie O'Donnell and Kevin Hart contribute to this. As a result, I have decided to discontinue using Twitter.

While adjusting my Twitter settings, I attempted to change my location to 'set in France.' This action led to an immediate and unexpected account lock. Despite residing in Bahrain near the US Naval Base, I have no plans to relocate to France. I am only 16 years old, and seeking my mom's assistance by requesting my CPR or Passport could raise suspicion, possibly resulting in further restrictions on my Twitter access. I may have screenshots of my Twitter direct messages that could provide additional context. If necessary, I can provide my military ID for verification purposes. Thank you for your help. - SAF2

My account got suspended because I created it when I was under 13. I am upset because I am now 17, and this rule is not relevant anymore. I'm asked to fill out a form and provide a copy of my parent's driver's license for unsuspension, along with waiting for 7 days. This process seems unreasonable. I request that my account be unsuspended promptly. It's frustrating that this age issue wasn't addressed when I initially signed up at 12 and is now causing trouble when I'm well above the age limit. Thank you.

Hello, I need help recovering my Twitter account which was created when I was in high school. Initially, my parents supervised my account, but now that I am 21, I would like full control. Unfortunately, I lost access because the account was made when I was 12-13 years old. I asked my dad to complete the required verification form with his license, but he finds it unnecessary. Twitter is vital to me as I connect with college friends who I want to stay in touch with post-graduation. Is there an alternative method to regain access to my account? Thank you, Julianna @juliannabrooke

My account has been suspended, and despite sending multiple emails to have my case reviewed, I have only received automated responses. This situation is affecting my livelihood and access to important information on my Twitter account. My case number is [redacted]. I am frustrated with the lack of a human response and find it unfair. It seems unjust that my account remains suspended while others with questionable content are allowed to continue. I am requesting a thorough review of my case by a human representative to address the reasons for deactivating my account.

My account was suspended 9 months ago for security reasons and cited abusive behavior, which I now understand was friendly banter with close friends I know in real life. I even met my girlfriend on this forum. I am a 24-year-old adult and can assure you I will adhere to the new rules. Kindly consider unsuspending my account. Thank you for your assistance.

My sister is a victim of ongoing harassment on Twitter by the user @britner__. Despite reporting every harmful tweet, the abuse has persisted since July, impacting her mental health. I have reached out to Twitter multiple times but no effective action has been taken. This situation is deeply concerning and I urge for measures to be taken to deactivate the account or address the issue promptly. Earlier today, I mentioned on Twitter that it was my first day at Pizza Hut. To my surprise, I later discovered that the tweet was being promoted without my knowledge. I'm unsure how this happened as I did not intentionally promote it. I suspect that I may have accidentally pressed the promote button while my phone was in my pocket during work. When I tried to stop the ad campaign, I saw that around $95-96 had already been spent on the promotion. I want to rectify this mistake as I did not intend for my tweet to be promoted. I hope to resolve this issue and avoid being charged for something I did not authorize. Thank you for your help. The problem remains unresolved despite what the site indicates.

My Twitter account was locked due to age restrictions, as I was under 13 when I made it. I am now 17 and will soon turn 18 on August 29th. My name is M. Cooper, and my Twitter handle is @maddiecooper13. I believe the lockout is related to my age when the account was created. I rely on Twitter for social interaction and am eager to regain access before my birthday. Can you please assist me in unlocking my account? I greatly appreciate your help in restoring my favorite social media platform. Sent using my iPhone
