I opened my Twitter account (@bluified) back on March 25, [redacted], and at that time I inputted my birthday as May 15, [redacted], to meet the minimum age requirement of 13. I was actually just under 13 then. Now, after over 4 years, I wanted to correct my birthdate to the real one, May 15, [redacted]. Immediately after changing it, I got locked out for violating the age policy. I understand my error, but I genuinely want to regain access to my account. Although I initially misrepresented my age, I am now of age. I provided Twitter with the correct birthdate and submitted requested identification proof. I realize Twitter is enforcing their rules, but using their platform is vital for me to stay connected with distant friends whom I struggle to keep in touch with through other means. I hope there may be a way to restore my account, as I depend on it greatly.

I have an account where my previous username was @hangddaeng. As a quick joke, I changed it to namjoonelnigger (I am black, by the way). This caused Twitter to lock me out due to "suspicious activity." Despite trying to verify myself by following the prompts like clicking on buses, I didn't receive a code via text message to unlock my account. I attempted this process multiple times without success. I reached out via email to Twitter, but their response didn't resolve the issue. Customer service was unavailable, and even direct messaging from another account didn't work. If I didn't add my phone number to my account, perhaps I could confirm my identity through email at [redacted] I'm eager to regain access to my account, as it connects me with all my friends, and losing it over a verification code would be upsetting. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, I'm having some trouble with my Twitter account, @ARevenikas. I tried to add my email to my account and I believe I may have visited a fake Twitter page. Now, I received an email stating that my email ([redacted]) is linked to the @yenadi1 account, which is not mine. I want to link my email to @ARevenikas. When I try to add my phone number, I get an error message saying my email is already in use. I received two emails from Twitter, one asking me to confirm my account with the name ابو طلحه and another alerting me of a login attempt on the @yenadi1 account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, A.

To whom it may concern, I am Karlie Dobbs, known on Twitter as @KarlieDMusic, with nine years of experience on the platform. Lately, after covering some Bruno Mars songs, I have been repeatedly hit with copyright notifications. I was surprised to wake up on July 3rd to find my account suspended after receiving two emails about additional copyright claims. Despite deleting all my cover videos of songs like "That's What I Like" and "Chunky", including going as far back as Twitter allowed to remove posts, I still faced issues, including with my cover of "Versace On The Floor". I grasp the importance of music rights as an artist but my intent was never profit; I shared covers for enjoyment, always crediting the original artists. Through my efforts, I gained around 2,[redacted] followers and caught Bruno Mars' attention. Unfortunately, even his nod to my cover was flagged for infringement and removed. I have never aimed to diminish artists; my covers are tributes to those I admire. I request the reinstatement of my account. I pleaded with a UMG representative to retract the copyright claims. If necessary, I am willing to cease all cover posts, focusing solely on promoting my music. I implore you to reconsider my suspension, as I seek resolution beyond automated messages received from Twitter support. Your understanding would mean a lot as I apologize and commit to learning from this experience. Thank you for your attention, Karlie Dobbs

My account has been locked since yesterday without a clear reason. According to Twitter, I violated their rules, but I disagree. To unlock my account, I was asked to submit a code sent to my phone which I never received. I've attempted multiple times to no avail. I'm worried as my account is vital for my work. I have sent numerous emails to the help center but received no response. I urgently need to regain access to my account. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I set up this account a few days ago, handle @NTXVipers. Initially, I couldn't follow other Twitter accounts, but they could follow me. After that was resolved, the situation flipped. Now, I can follow others, but they can't follow me. When someone tries to follow me, I receive a notification, but they don’t appear in my followers list. I've had around 20 to 30 people attempt to follow me, with notifications coming through, yet they aren't listed as followers. I have reached out to Tech Support multiple times in the last two days, but no one has responded to address this issue. I created this account for my 17U baseball team to share stats and highlights so players can pass the information on to high school and college coaches. This problem has persisted for a while, and I need it resolved promptly to properly support my players. Thank you.

Hello, I am Jessica Smith. I have been unable to access my Twitter account @JLSmith_25 for over a year. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password using my college email ([redacted]) as required, I never receive the reset link. This has led to a frustrating cycle of unsuccessful login attempts and failed ticket submissions. I am seeking assistance to regain access to my account, understand the issue causing the lockout, and either reset my password or delete the account if necessary. Your help in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated. Best regards, Jessica Smith

I recently discovered an error in my birthdate on my Twitter profile. I attempted to correct it, unaware of the age requirement at the time of account creation. The account was not set up by me, and a friend inaccurately entered my birth year causing my account to be locked. I am now over eighteen and seek to rectify this to ensure accuracy on my Twitter profile. I regret not meeting the minimum requirements during the account setup as I would have sought parental permission or waited until of age. Unfortunately, I do not know the exact account creation date as it was created by a friend when I was unfamiliar with social media. I have submitted my username, email, and ID as requested on the lock/termination page to prove ownership and request assistance in unlocking my account, @Katrina_Owen099. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and appreciate any help in restoring access to my account.

I recently discovered that the date of birth on my profile is incorrect, showing me as a year younger than I actually am. I did not know about the age requirements when the account was created for me, as I was not the one who set it up, and I am well over eighteen. I apologize for this oversight, as a former friend of mine inaccurately inputted my birth year, which led to my account being locked. I aim to rectify this by ensuring that my Twitter account is accurate and truthful. Although I was unaware of the age criteria during the account creation, had I done it myself, I would have either sought my parents' permission or waited until I was of age. Unfortunately, I am unsure of the exact date when the account was made, as it was done by a friend when I was new to the world of Apple iPhones and social media. Despite any age discrepancy, my parents had permitted me to have the account. I am currently nineteen and always strive to comply with the rules. I am disappointed that I was not in charge of creating my account and am eager to regain access to it. I have submitted my username, email, and ID as requested on the lock/termination page and am hopeful for assistance in restoring my account. I apologize for any inconvenience and would appreciate any guidance on the process to unlock my Twitter account: @KatrinaOwen.

After updating my birthday to the correct date, my account got locked. I can't access it at all. I reached out via email to verify my identity, and they said they were looking into it. It's been a while, and I'm still waiting for an update. They claimed my account violated Twitter rules by being created when I was under 13, which isn't true. I made the account on November 16, [redacted], and my birthdate is November 16, [redacted], so I was 13. I've been using this account for nearly 6 years without issues. I'm eager to regain access to my account promptly. Thank you for your help.

I mistakenly updated our organization's Twitter account's date of birth to match our establishment's age, leading to our account being locked for being under 13 years old. We are eager to reconnect with our valuable connections and share our exciting content with them. I've submitted photo identification to verify our age, but we are yet to receive a response from Twitter. We are eagerly awaiting their assistance to resolve this issue and regain access to our account.

My spouse and I recently acquired Zazen Salon Spa at 11 Bellwether Way, Suite [redacted] in Bellingham WA. The business came with its social media accounts, but unfortunately, we do not have the login information for the Twitter account. The Zazen Salon Spa Twitter page has been inactive for a long time, and we would like to regain access to it. As new owners, we see the value in using Twitter to engage with our clients and followers. Rebuilding a following from scratch would be a setback for our business, so we are eager to reclaim the existing account. We are prepared to provide the purchase & sale agreement as proof of ownership, just let us know the steps we need to take to recover our Twitter page. Thank you.

Three weeks ago, my account got locked after I tried to correct my birthday year, which was mistakenly set to the wrong year initially. When I attempted to make the correction, I received a warning about limited changes to birthdays. After agreeing, my account got locked. I submitted my passport but was told it was invalid, which doesn't make sense. I resubmitted the document but haven't received a response. My account remains locked, and I want it resolved promptly. I prefer to retain my current account on Twitter and not create a new one.

My mother initially set up my account and managed it. When I became of age, I took control. Recently, I discovered that the birth year was still set to hers. After correcting it to my own, I find myself locked out because it claims I wasn't old enough to create the account initially. I am eager to regain access to my account. It is linked to my personal email, I am a legal adult, and it holds a significant amount of important information that I would hate to lose due to a minor discrepancy in policies. I have already submitted a form with a copy of my passport for verification.

Upon attempting to update my birth year on Twitter due to an initial error during account creation, I encountered an issue resulting in my account being locked. The notification cited a violation of the Terms of Service, mentioning the requirement for users to be at least 13 years old during the account's creation. Although I acknowledge this policy, I am presently 16 years old, meeting the age criteria for account ownership. I am perplexed by the severity of the situation considering my current age eligibility.

I am reaching out regarding the locking of my account in early June [redacted]. To resolve this issue, I provided both my Official Government Issued Massachusetts ID and my mother's ID multiple times. I have been consistently using and maintaining this account since [redacted], after changing the original username created by my mother in [redacted] or [redacted] to "@urnotgood4me." For the past four years, I have not only used this account for social enjoyment but also for academic and professional purposes. Being a production major in college, involved in editing, I have collaborated on various school projects with followers worldwide on the site. Furthermore, my username is included on my resume and business card. I kindly request the account to be unlocked as it was incorrectly locked. Given my extensive activity and connections built over the years, creating a new account would be disappointing, especially since my current username corresponds to my legal name.

I have forgotten the password to my six-year-old Twitter account (@julian_chastain) which has some embarrassing pictures. It seems the account may be linked to an incorrect email address, possibly [redacted] instead of my actual email ([redacted]). When trying to reset the account, the partial email shown indicates the mistake. Since I can't access the account or the incorrect email, I'm unable to delete it and remove the embarrassing photos. I don't necessarily need to regain access but want the account, especially the profile picture, deleted.

Hello Twitter community, For about 2 years, our Twitter account, @Dropz11, has maintained around [redacted],[redacted] followers. Recently, there has been a gradual decline from 250K to 247K followers over a few weeks, which is normal without an active follower growth campaign. However, today on July 12th, [redacted], within one hour, we experienced a sudden drop of 207K followers down to 40K. We suspect a technical issue and kindly request your assistance in restoring our lost followers promptly. Additionally, we are interested in becoming a verified user account and believe having verified followers might assist with this. We appreciate your attention to resolving the follower discrepancy and any technical challenges. Thank you for your support and consideration. Best regards, AL BOWIN, Dropz MuZik (@Dropz11)

My account has been suspended due to false accusations. Despite multiple requests to lift the suspension, all I receive are unhelpful emails advising me to change my password. I no longer wish to be associated with this company due to their discriminatory practices. Please close my account immediately. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I haven't logged into my Twitter account for years. I used a phone number for recovery, but it's no longer in service due to a change in phone numbers. I have a lot of followers and I don't want to start a new account. I remember using the passwords "Uskw1245" and the latest one was "Hornet167" or "Hornet187," but they are not working. The email linked to the account is "[redacted]," which my mother now can't access. I am willing to verify my identity through Facebook or Instagram. I miss using Twitter and wish to regain access to my old account. Please assist me in recovering it.
