After being a Twitter user for 9 years, my account, khany69, was recently suspended under the allegation of being fake or engaging in misleading/abusive/spam activities. Despite my genuine presence and continuous efforts to prove my authenticity, I have only received generic responses that fail to address my concerns or provide specific examples of rule violations on my timeline. This situation is distressing as my account has a long-standing history and is linked to my personal email and phone number. Unfortunately, my attempts to explain the targeting my account faced after my nephew Zayn joined One Direction during X Factor have not been taken seriously. I seek guidance on lodging an official complaint and escalating this matter for a fair review. Hello, I am facing an issue with my Twitter account being locked due to a reply I made to another user. The message I received mentioned that my tweet violated Twitter policies. The words I used in the tweet, which were also used by Mr. Trump to describe Abdul Fattah el-Sisi, were not in violation of any Twitter policies. I was also reported for abusive behavior, but this was determined immediately without any investigation. I believe that as a platform representing the free world, there should be fair and thorough assessments. I do not think my tweet was abusive, especially considering the tweet I was replying to (@AAlkhattabe).

I have been dealing with this issue for an extended period without any success. I am unable to update my phone number on my Twitter account as I no longer have access to the registered number. Despite my attempts to resolve this by changing my password and submitting multiple requests and tickets to Twitter support, I have not received any helpful response. The automated replies and lack of human interaction have left me feeling frustrated and regretful of creating an account on the platform years ago. As someone who uses Twitter to stay informed and connected with friends, not being able to access my account has been incredibly disappointing. I have exhausted all available support resources and online searches for assistance in vain. The lack of progress or communication from Twitter has left me feeling infuriated and left in limbo regarding accessing my account.

Hello! I recently explored Twitter ads on my personal account to learn about Twitter Promote. During the process, I unintentionally signed up for Twitter Promote and was charged $99. I mainly manage corporate clients' accounts and do not actively use my personal account for tweeting, which led to ineligibility for promotion. Consequently, I am being charged for a service I can't utilize. I would like to cancel my subscription and get a refund of the $99. Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

Hello, I own the Twitter account @projectauuman. Recently, I tweeted at my longtime friend @kingkhristen and jokingly quoted wrestler Kevin Nash. I made sure to leave typos in the quote to emphasize the humor. However, Twitter misunderstood the tweet as a serious threat and locked my account. Despite my attempts to explain and verify my email, I have not received the confirmation email from Twitter, so I am unable to access my account. Hello, I own the Twitter account @projectauuman. Recently, I tweeted at my longtime friend @kingkhristen, quoting wrestler Kevin Nash in a joke that included some typos for added humor. To clarify, I would never actually harm my friend, as we live on different continents. Unfortunately, Twitter misunderstood the context and perceived it as a threat, resulting in my account being locked. My account got locked because I expressed my thoughts on a specific incident. While my wording may have been strong, there was no violence, harassment, or threats involved. It feels unfair to have my account restricted for sharing my perspective. I have no intention of causing harm and I am puzzled as to how my tweet violated community guidelines. Without a significant following, it's unlikely my post reached or offended anyone. Meanwhile, individuals with millions of followers can freely share extreme content. I urge a detailed review of my tweet and the circumstances before taking action against me.

However, I am already 16 years old and I believe I am responsible enough to manage my Twitter account. My name is Jamesha Thompson, and my Twitter account was hacked on September 20, [redacted]. I was scammed out of my money and account. I would love to have it back, please! I have been contacting them constantly, but I wish I could speak with someone on the phone. I regret what happened but could you please help me? I promise I learned my lesson. I really want my account back. The hacker changed the name to @kenzibandz1 from my name @_sexxyyreedd. I have proof that it's my account; I showed Twitter pictures of my friend tweeting using my name. The hacker changed my account's phone number and email, which I keep explaining to them. I'm tired of repeating the same story; I just want my Twitter back. I believe you can see the history and confirm my claim. If you can't help, I may have to take legal action.

I recently found my phone that I lost a few weeks ago, and upon trying to use Twitter, I noticed my timeline wasn't refreshing. I was shocked to see a message saying my account was suspended. I filled out a form on the Twitter Help Center to explain my situation since I couldn't log in due to the suspension. After some back and forth via email, I received a final notification that my account will remain suspended for violating terms and policies by posting harmful content. I believe I may have been hacked as a similar incident happened on Instagram months ago. I am a loyal Twitter user and request a thorough investigation into my account. I attempted to call the hotline provided, but it redirected me back to online help. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the treatment I have received from Twitter support. I am trying to deactivate my account but can no longer access the associated email or phone number for personal reasons. Despite providing other emails with the same name, answering security questions, confirming ownership, and submitting my ID multiple times as requested, the account has not been deactivated as assured. The service and communication from Twitter support have been unsatisfactory, and I am disappointed with the lack of assistance provided to resolve this issue.

Almost a year ago, I was locked out of my Twitter account because I was three days away from turning 13 when I signed up. Despite sending multiple unlock requests, I never received a response. Recently, I learned that Twitter was returning accounts to those who were underage as long as they were now of legal age. I, being 22, never received any communication from them. When I attempted to log in with my old username (@happyful), my password was incorrect, and the verification number listed wasn't mine. Though the last two digits matched my phone number, my email wasn't recognized when I tried to use it for recovery. After logging in with a different email, I discovered it was a separate account I used privately, not (@happyful). Searching for my name led me to an account with my username but created this year, not mine. It seems my original account was deleted without notification. While I don't mind losing the username, I would like to know if there's a way to recover my old account.

I have been experiencing ongoing targeted harassment on my Twitter account from a group of individuals, including one person with mental health and alcohol-related issues. While I admit to calling a troll account names in the past, I regret it and have not engaged in such behavior again. Unfortunately, my account was banned due to this incident. The abuse I have faced for my political views far outweighs my slip-up, and it seems my account was purposely baited to be reported en masse for a ban. I created another account, which was also flagged for violations despite my efforts to avoid abusive behavior. The main account affected was @MichelleGr4h4m, and the subsequent one was @Michelle_Coll4. I suspect @PoliticaIicious and other unknown users are part of this harassment, with @SpeySideDuke being a specific harasser. The situation is complex due to multiple accounts and ghost users. I feel unfairly targeted and victimized without clear information on the alleged violations. I am desperate for Twitter to address this issue and provide clarity. My Twitter account got suspended abruptly without any explanation. All features like following, liking, and changing my username have been disabled. Other users can only see my account as suspended. When I try to perform any action, a pop-up box appears saying my account is suspended with no further details. I visited the link provided by Twitter, but it didn't offer any useful information on unsuspension. Despite having my email and phone number verified, there was no confirmation prompt during login. I promptly submitted an appeal with a detailed explanation but received an automated response requesting an email reply, which I promptly provided. However, the following day, there was no progress or resolution. I'm seeking information on how long it typically takes for Twitter to respond and address suspension issues. Additionally, I'm looking for any further steps I can take to help expedite the resolution process.

I am seeking assistance to have my account unsuspended. At 17 years old, my account is relatively new. It locked me out, citing age requirements when I initially created it. I find it frustrating that I am unable to communicate with a human representative at Twitter. This is especially troublesome as I rely on Twitter for school-related updates. I do not want to risk being locked out for an extended period, or worse, having to start over with a new account. At 17 years old, the age restrictions seem unwarranted, especially considering my upcoming transition to adulthood. I accurately entered my birthday on my profile, so this situation appears to be poorly managed.
