I'm writing to report my recent flight cancellation with Wizz on 19 May. The flight code was PBPML, and my flight number was W46603 from Turin to Tirana. Thankfully, my refund request has been approved, and I received confirmation via email along with an invoice. However, the Wizz credit has not been applied to my Wizz account since I made the booking through eDreams, not directly with Wizz. The passenger information is under the name Amanda Korreshi. My Wizz account also goes by Amanda Korreshi, with the account number [redacted] and email address [redacted] My billing address is Loni Dhamo, Lushnje [redacted] Albania. I'm looking to have the Wizz credit transferred to my account as the balance currently shows as 0.

Hello! I appreciate any assistance you can provide. My partner and I reserved baggage on WizzAir's website for both our outbound and return trips. We did not receive a receipt or confirmation. When we tried to check in, we realized that both bags were only for our outbound journey. A Gatwick customer service representative offered to switch the baggage, but because WizzAir assigned different confirmation numbers for our flights, this was not possible. WizzAir's chat support advised us to call their service number charging £1.45 per minute. The operator, after explaining our issue, initially promised to help but later claimed he couldn't resolve it. Ultimately, the WizzAir agent at the check-in counter suggested we accept the loss of our money. We had to pay for additional baggage, make costly phone calls, and pay for extra baggage on our return flight.

I hope you are well. I recently had a disappointing experience with your airline last week. On Wednesday, 10 May, we were scheduled for a flight from Hurghada to Luton departing at 22:05 with flight number W95128. Our intention was to then fly from Luton to Bratislava at 5:55 am with flight number W94481. Upon arriving at Hurghada airport, we discovered our flight was delayed until 23:55, which was not communicated to us beforehand. Subsequently, we landed at Gatwick instead of Luton, causing us to miss our flight to Bratislava. Despite the inconvenience, the airport staff did not assist with replacement tickets or provide support. I had to purchase new tickets (W45701) and pay an additional fee for luggage to ensure my family arrived in Slovakia. I believe the situation could have been handled better, and I would appreciate a resolution to regain my trust in your services as a loyal customer.

Hello, I am writing to seek assistance regarding my cancelled flight WD7W8S. I chose to convert the amount to wizz credits to later get a refund. Despite initiating the wizz credit transfer and following the cancellation process, the credits have not been applied to my account. Even after entering the confirmation code on the Wizz credit conversion page, the credits are not reflecting in my account. I would appreciate guidance on how to obtain my wizz credits and refund.

My flight was cancelled without notice, resulting in nearly a 20-hour delay. We were promised £[redacted] per person but have not received it yet. I had to arrange and pay for a hotel stay and return taxi, which I expect to be reimbursed for. Good afternoon, I am having trouble changing the passenger type on my tickets. I need to change an adult passenger to a child. When attempting to make the change online as instructed, I receive an error stating that I cannot do it online and to contact the call center. However, when I call the Montenegro number (since I am in Montenegro), the voicemail instructs me to call the number for my country, which I am already doing. Hello! I'm from Nigeria and have a Ukrainian family living with me in the UK. I hold a Ukrainian Permanent Residence Permit and sought a Romanian Transit Visa to travel to Ukraine through Romania. I submitted all required documents in the consular office in London, including travel insurance, my BRP, bank statements, paid flight reservation ticket, and hotel bookings. I missed my flight from Alexandria, Egypt to London via Milan due to a delay caused by a road accident. Even though I arrived before the flight shut down, I was informed it had closed. This resulted in me canceling hotel reservations, passport appointments, and incurring losses. I reached out to Kiwi but due to internet issues, I did not see that my flight was delayed and extended to 12:30. Despite being at the gate, I was not informed of the change, and no Wizz Air staff assisted. Another passenger and I were left uninformed until a Wizz Air agent suggested an alternative flight to Rome. I was frustrated as I needed to accompany a relative for surgery. The lack of professionalism by Wizz Air agents led to severe inconvenience and financial losses. It is unfair that the flight status showed I traveled when I did not board, resulting in losing money on the missed flight, transit flight, hotel bookings, and other reservations.

My partner needs a reliable way to contact customer support at Wizz Air. She recently received an email from a representative named Anna Kolisnyk from the Customer Service Department of Wizz Air Hungary Ltd., a member of the Wizz Air Group. The email was sent from '[redacted]'. After replying to this email address, she received an automated response from Wizz Air stating that emails to this address would not be processed. She is attempting to provide Wizz Air with her bank account information to receive the compensation they have offered.

Dear Customer Service, I recently discovered that my flight booking with reference FIUF8N has been canceled. Loveholidays has informed me about this, and I am now contacting Wizz Air to request a refund for the baggage fees and seats I had already paid for. The baggage fees for 5 individuals totaled £[redacted].00, while the seats for 5 people amounted to £[redacted].00. In total, I am requesting a refund of £[redacted].00. I have a holiday booked for January next year from the 14th of January, [redacted], to the 21st of January, [redacted]. I received a message on the Wizz Air app today stating that the flights have been changed to run from the 16th of January, [redacted], to the 20th of January, [redacted]. This alteration is not acceptable as I paid for 7 nights, not 4. It's my sister-in-law's 50th birthday celebration, and we must be there on the original dates I booked. If keeping the original dates is not possible, I kindly request a full refund of the amount paid so that I can make a booking with another airline.

I am reaching out regarding my recent trip back from Tirana on Sunday, May 28th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, we experienced a delay with our flight. Prior to the journey, I encountered issues trying to check in as the system was unable to recognize my booking details. Despite following instructions on the "Find my Booking" page by entering my last name and confirmation code, I was still unable to access my account. I am seeking compensation for being denied boarding on a connecting flight despite being assured by the previous flight attendant, on behalf of the headquarters, that the flight would wait for us. We were kept on the plane on the tarmac for over 2 hours and asked to deboard due to concerns about missing our next flight. We were then reassured that the next flight was the same aircraft and would wait for us. We were promised assistance for our special-needs son from one aircraft to the other. However, when we arrived at the gate of the second flight, exhausted and stressed, only 32 minutes before take-off, the staff in Larnaca were unhelpful. They did not fulfill the promise made to us and closed the gate in front of us.

Our first flight was delayed, and despite promises, we were not assisted promptly to disembark while others were. The airline assured us of assistance to catch our second flight, but in reality, we were left waiting. We missed our next flight due to multiple faults by the airline: the initial delay, lack of assistance to deplane, unfulfilled promises of the next flight waiting, delayed help on arrival, no aid for special needs, confusing terminal directions, and abrupt closure while we could still see the aircraft. We are seeking appropriate compensation for the inconvenience of flying under these circumstances and being stranded overnight in Larnaca, taking into account the series of mishaps encountered with WizzAir.

Hello, it has been over 30 days since I submitted a claim for a refund due to a 6-hour flight delay on January 5th, [redacted]. I made the complaint and filed the refund claim on the next day, May 2nd, [redacted]. I am extremely disappointed that no one has contacted me regarding the status of my claim. I have tried all possible methods to inquire about it, but the only customer service contact available is through live chat with a virtual assistant, which then directs me to call a service that I find to be very expensive. I am quite tired of this situation. Thank you.

Hello, I wanted to share a recent travel issue I encountered and seek a resolution. Back in February, I booked a single trip from Tashkent to Milan with a layover in Abu Dhabi through Kiwi.com. The booking references are IH2I8T (TAS-AUH) and KMV4RE (AUH-MXP). In April, I learned that my first flight from Tashkent to Abu Dhabi was canceled. After inability to secure a new flight at a reasonable cost, I opted for a refund. The situation became stressful due to Kiwi.com's policy of not allowing individual flight cancellations for multi-flight bookings. Subsequently, I booked a replacement flight, IICEHD (FRU-AUH), to ensure I could still reach my final destination in Milan despite an extended layover in Abu Dhabi. Recently, I discovered that my second flight (AUH-MXP) was also canceled and the process to find an alternative flight has been challenging. The lack of explanation for the cancellations and inconsistent communication from Kiwi.com has added to my frustration. Given the circumstances, I now request a new flight from either Uzbekistan or Kyrgyzstan to Paris, considering the disruption caused by the cancellations impacting my travel plans and expenses incurred. I booked a flight with Wizz Air to Abu Dhabi for June 11th. I'll have a 4-hour layover at the airport before heading to Jordan. Being a Jordanian, I need a visa for the United Arab Emirates.
