Dear Wizzair Team, I am inquiring about my booked flights for 25/05/23 from Kaunas to Luton. My reference numbers are BWUK-[redacted] and EYP8WL. I booked the tickets last night, but upon reviewing my booking, I noticed that Wizzair Go has been included, which I do not require. I am satisfied with the tickets and Wizzair Priority, but I do not need Wizzair Go. Could you please arrange a refund for Wizzair Go and allow me to add Wizzair Priority instead? This was a simple human error that I believe can be easily rectified. The individuals traveling only need Wizzair Priority. I appreciate your swift assistance with this matter. Thank you, Neringa

Today, I booked my flights through the SuperSaver website for the following routes: 1. Venice Marco Polo to Catania on 27.04.[redacted] 2. Trapani to Venice Treviso on 02.05.[redacted] I received the confirmation code M7JLA0 on the website but did not receive an email. A few minutes later, I received the confirmation code and flight tickets from Ryanair for the flight on May 2nd. I have contacted the SuperSaver call center multiple times today, but they keep advising me to wait for the confirmation. Since my flight is tomorrow and I have a several-hour drive to the airport, I cannot afford to wait any longer.

Hello, I would like to ask for advice regarding a situation with our booked round trip flight through Wizz Air. While we have arrived at our destination, one member of our group will not be taking the return flight and she is the only one with the Wizz Air priority ticket and the check-in luggage. We would like to bring back her luggage with us on the return flight. Is it possible for us to check in her baggage without her being present and having the priority ticket? Thank you for your help!

I have reserved assistance for my wife for our journey to and from Bulgaria on May 31st, returning on June 14th. Our flight reference numbers are WBSV2V. For the trip, Wizzair has assigned seat 34A for the outbound flight and 34F for the return; however, there is a notification stating that a seat cannot be allocated for me. Additionally, two more individuals are traveling with us, making a total of 4 in our group. While I was able to book seats for the other two passengers, the system is not allowing me to select seats for myself. The system is also not enabling me to confirm the seat selections for the other 2 individuals. This issue leaves me unable to check in online and print our boarding passes.

We flew with WizzAir from London Luton to Tel Aviv on April 18th. Our flight (TLVW619888) was scheduled for 13:55 but ended up being delayed for about two hours. Despite the delay, we had a pleasant flight. Upon landing, we discovered our baby's stroller was missing a front wheel. The airline staff searched the plane but couldn't locate the wheel. Hello, I wanted to share my experience with our recent WizzAir flight on Tuesday, April 18th from London Luton to Israel Tel Aviv (TLVW619888). Our scheduled departure time was 13:55, but unfortunately, we experienced a delay of approximately 2 hours. Boarding started about an hour late, and then we had to wait for about another hour before the plane finally took off due to staff needing to store the buggies and air traffic congestion. Despite the delay, we had a pleasant flight but arrived very late. Additionally, upon receiving our buggy, we noticed one wheel was missing. My WIZZ AIR flight was delayed, and I am eligible for compensation. I have already submitted a claim since I booked the flight and have a WIZZ AIR account. However, I was traveling with my partner, who does not have a WIZZ AIR account. The compensation form only allows the person who made the booking to apply. It's unclear how my partner can claim compensation since the booking is under my name. How can someone without their own WIZZ AIR account request compensation when they were not the one who booked the flight?

Hello, I recently made a booking with WizzAir, they confirmed it via email and their website, but when I checked the details, a pop-up appeared saying my booking is pending due to issues with the itinerary. It mentions that my carriage might be refused. I'm confused about what the itinerary means in this context. I need clarity on whether my flight is confirmed and if I can check in on the day. I will be flying from Budapest to Dammam with Wizz Air and then from Dammam to Mumbai with Air Vistara, each flight having separate booking references. I won't have any checked luggage and will have a printed boarding pass for my Air Vistara flight. I intend to stay in the transit area of Dammam Airport without exiting. My question is, as an Indian passport holder with a valid U.S.A. visa, do I need a transit visa for Dammam Airport? I was advised by the Saudi consulate in Mumbai that a transit visa can be acquired at the UAE airport for Indian passport holders with a valid visa.

Hello, I had two bookings for our summer holiday in Antalya, but our flight was canceled. My confirmation codes are PDKFTS and CHI9GD. Unfortunately, there don't seem to be any other options available. However, I managed to rebook the accommodation at the same hotel for the same dates. A refund wouldn't be helpful for me and my family at this point. I found an alternate route from Debrecen to Antalya, but I'm having trouble selecting Debrecen as the departure city in the current rebooking system. The dates of our trip are crucial, as we need to arrive in Antalya on the 13th of July and leave on the 20th of July. Please assist me in finding a route for those exact dates to get us to Antalya. I flew with Wizzair from Cluj-Napoca to London Luton this morning, Friday, May 5th. The flight arrived late in Luton, causing me to miss my connection to Edinburgh. I have not paid for this via online banking yet but would like to cancel it immediately. To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to report my lost luggage from flight W46419. The incident occurred on 05/05/23 at 21:55 during my journey from Kutaisi, Georgia to Fiumicino, Rome. The missing item is a silver-brown suitcase with a locker and yellow tape. Upon investigation at Kutaisi airport, I saw footage of my luggage being loaded onto the plane en route to Italy. This was crucial for me as I have diabetes and required immediate access to my supplies, as obtaining a prescription in Italy was not feasible. I have insurance coverage from both the bank and Wizz Air, resulting in me purchasing essential items to manage my condition. I am seeking compensation through my insurance for this inconvenience. I purchased a flight using the Hopper app, but there has been a schedule change that Hopper was supposed to confirm for me. They claimed they did it, but I have yet to receive confirmation. Hello! I am Maria G. I had a flight with my boyfriend on May 6 from FCO Rome airport to Larnaca Cyprus airport with Wizair airlines. We missed that particular flight and the next day we returned to Cyprus with Aegean airlines. Since May 6, our baggage has been missing. We have been in contact with Skyserve Cyprus since the day we returned. They sent at least 5 messages to report the problem and contact FCO airport with no response. It has been 10 days since then. I demand that you get in touch and return our baggage as soon as possible. I personally contacted Lost and Found at FCO, and they informed me that the baggage is at FCO airport. Yesterday, my Wizz flight from Turin to Tirana on 19 May got cancelled. I received the refund approval for the flight with confirmation code PB8PML and flight number W46603. Although I booked through eDreams and not directly with Wizz, the Wizz credit has not been added to my account yet. The notification was sent to my Gmail account, [redacted] The passenger details are under the name Amanda Korreshi, both for the booking and Wizz account number [redacted]. I kindly request the Wizz credit to be credited to my Wizz account under Amanda Korreshi's name.
