Hello, I made a round-trip reservation from July 14th to July 21st, [redacted] with flight number W66911-W66912; destination: Chisinau-Brussels Charleroi; booking WLUJ6E for 6 people and booking L8L13L for one person. The flight was canceled, but I have not received a refund. Please review the reservation and provide me with an update. I have tried contacting your operators numerous times, but have not received any response. I booked a flight for myself and my 13-year-old kid, but the system is not allowing me to check-in because it's charging me an adult fare for my child. This is causing confusion as my kid should be considered a child and not an adult. I have been trying to resolve this issue for four hours now, attempting to find a contact number to speak with a representative. Unfortunately, there seems to be no phone number available, and the virtual assistant is too busy to help. How can I communicate with a robot that doesn't understand the problem I am facing?

Flight Number: W65748 Passenger: E. Sezerer DOB: 25/12/[redacted] Last night, my son was supposed to fly to Cyprus Larnaca at 19:25. However, there was a 3-hour delay. After finally boarding the plane, they experienced an additional hour and a half wait without any water. Subsequently, the flight was canceled, leaving my 15-year-old child stranded without any guidance. The lack of assistance or information from the airline led to my child wandering around aimlessly at midnight. Thankfully, the police intervened, ensuring his safety through passport control and contacting me. It's crucial for airlines to prioritize the safety of unaccompanied minors. The situation could have been much worse, highlighting the necessity for proper care and support. Despite some assistance from the police, the airline's lack of involvement is concerning. I encountered an issue with Wizzair where they canceled my flight and placed the credit in my Wizz Credit Account. When I attempted to apply this credit to a booking, the amount exceeded my balance, resulting in a charge to my card in full. This same situation happened a few years ago, where they did not refund me. To prevent this from recurring, I took screenshots as evidence of my attempt to use the credit. I am unable to locate a contact email and noticed a £15 connection fee listed on their website for phone support. The credit is set to expire in June, prompting me to urgently address this matter. I kindly request Wizzair to adjust the credit towards my booking and process a refund to my card. Additionally, if there is an alternate email or phone number without a connection fee, I would appreciate receiving it to seek a resolution.

I attempted to book two one-way flights recently. Firstly, from London to Prague on 25 April, and secondly, from Budapest to London on 3 May. Initially, I opened separate tabs to book the flights concurrently on the Wizz website. However, upon realizing there was no option to pay for both flights together, I proceeded to book the London to Prague flight first. Unfortunately, after confirming the payment, the system mixed up the flights and erroneously booked the Budapest to London leg on 25 April instead. This was not my selection or displayed on the preview screen prior to confirmation. When trying to rectify the error, Wizz requested approximately £[redacted] to change the booking for 3 passengers. Given that this was a system error and not my mistake, I am unwilling to pay a change fee. The cancellation fee of €85 per person is also not acceptable. I am seeking assistance from Wizz to cancel the booking without any charges on my end.

Dear Sir or Madam, I would like to book a flight for my son and myself. At the time of travel, he will be 1 year and 2 months old. Is it possible to book a separate seat for him, but have him sit on my lap during takeoff and landing? He is too big to be held the entire time; currently he weighs 14kg and is 86cm tall. I experienced a flight delay and was denied check-in at Terminal 1. Upon arriving at 10:15 PM for a 1:00 AM departure, I was redirected to Terminal 3 due to Terminal 1 closing soon. In Terminal 3, I was informed there were no Wizz Air customers, resulting in my brother and I missing our flight. I am attaching the boarding screen showing the delayed flight and a photo of the security's phone displaying the flight details. I am a Wizz Air member, and this is the first time I have encountered such an issue. I am requesting a refund for the flight tickets or compensation due to waiting over 12 hours, incurring additional expenses for a later flight, and facing transportation and accommodation disruptions. I was unable to reach a Wizz Air representative both online and at the airport. My confirmation code is EJMB8A, and the flight number is W64434.

I found a solution to the issue of not receiving an email to reset your login password on the Wizz app. Here's what worked for me: I searched for "Wizz Air [redacted] app" on Google Chrome. Clicked on the link and filled out my details, including setting a password. The app opened immediately with my name signed in. Checked my flights which showed no upcoming flights. Selected "Check Booking" using my email and original code, which directed me to my upcoming booking. I was able to download my boarding pass and manage my booking. I went in and out of the app a few times until it appeared on my Android phone's homepage. I'm pleased with the outcome 😊 Hopefully, this helps others too.

I need help with my electronic booking for a flight from Budapest to Berlin on 20.04.23 (NBPKUY) because it confirmed my return flight and not my initial flight from Berlin to Budapest on 14.04.23 (AMVZJR). Yesterday, I booked a flight and completed the payment process. Unfortunately, I did not receive a booking number and when I checked my Wizz Air account today, it shows no booked trips. I haven't received a confirmation email either. Prices for the flights are increasing every day. Hi, my friend booked her ticket on Wizz Air using my laptop, which has antivirus protection. We're having trouble accessing the check-in site. We purchased the "Auto check-in" service while attempting to check in for our flight online. The Auto check-in service promises to assist with the check-in process and email our boarding passes. However, when we proceeded to provide personal details, we encountered an issue with selecting the correct birthday for one of our passengers, Z.Z. Her birthday is May 3, [redacted], but the website only allows dates on or before April 9. Despite multiple attempts and contacting customer service at [redacted], we were unable to resolve the issue. They were also unable to find my birthday on file. I reserved round-trip tickets today from LGW to Rome through Wizz Air, leaving on May 1st and coming back on May 5th. I thought I picked the evening flight for the return, but the confirmation lists the 8:15 am flight instead. I attempted to switch the flight online, but they want to charge me a fee even though the flight cost is the same. How can I get in touch with someone to change the flight without incurring a fee since this might have been either a human or technical mistake?

PNR: GBTP8F I have submitted several inquiries, unfortunately, only some of them were processed incorrectly, and I have not received any response to the others. My request for a free cancellation was answered by simply canceling the flight (both flights) without sending me a reply. If I had known that the flight was not free to cancel, I would not have canceled it. I sent a clear request. Please refund the credit to the credit card. Hello, I made a booking with mytrip for a flight from Rome to Tel Aviv on 04.05.23 under the name Tatiana K. The flight was canceled by Wizz Air. I have requested a refund through mytrip, but since the booking was done through them, they have control over the funds refunded by the airline. I am struggling to receive a refund from mytrip as they claim not to have received the money from the airline. On April 15th, [redacted], during our scheduled flight from Hungary to Israel, my mother-in-law experienced an aneurysm and had to undergo emergency surgery at a local hospital. As a result, my wife and mother-in-law remained in Hungary, while my child and I proceeded with the flight. Unfortunately, my wife will need to extend her stay in Hungary for at least a week. I am inquiring if, under these unforeseen circumstances, there is an option to rebook a flight for my wife instead of the missed one, or if we will be required to purchase a new ticket at full price.

During a stressful moment booking my flight to Riga on 15/09/[redacted] with confirmation code AJBPVA, I mistakenly added check-in and cabin baggage instead of opting for hand baggage only, as I did for my return flight on 18/09/[redacted]. This was a simple human error. Myself and fellow passengers, Mr. M and Mr. M, do not require check-in or cabin luggage. Could I please receive a refund to my Wizz Air account or adjust the luggage for all three of us to only include cabin luggage for both trips? There is ample time before my flight, and I trust we can resolve this matter. My family and I have been loyal Wizz Air customers for many years. Kindly assist in rectifying this mistake I made under stress.
