I need assistance troubleshooting a technical issue with my Withings Body Pro Scale. I am unable to reset it to display my weight and BMI readings when I step on it. Recently, the scale started prompting me to scan a barcode that appears on the screen, but my phone is unable to scan it as I cannot install the required Withings App. Previously, the scale worked perfectly fine without requiring a barcode. I am frustrated with the lack of support from Withings as this change seems unnecessary and makes the device difficult to use. I appreciate any help resolving this issue.
I accidentally subscribed to the Withings Health Mate app when updating my free Withings app on my iPhone. I do not want this subscription and was surprised to receive an invoice from Apple for 1200Nkr for a yearly subscription I did not intend to purchase. I am 67 years old and already own a Withings scan watch and weight machine, which I am content with. Unfortunately, I cannot find a receipt for the app in the Apple Store, only the order ID. Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thank you.
