I ordered the Body+ scale on November 26th. After reaching out multiple times regarding the status of my order, I have only received generic responses like "we’re working on it" without any substantial updates. Despite suggesting they send another one, my request was ignored. My last email on December 10th has gone unanswered as of December 12th.

I own a Withings BPM Connect.
1. It is challenging to find information on your websites.
2. It is disappointing there is no customer service representative to speak with directly.
3. The tutorials do not explain basic functions or potential issues with the device.
This is subpar customer support.
4. The unit I own has been displaying a lower reading lately. Despite having it for a couple of years and ensuring it's charged, the readings have been consistently lower daily.
Previously, readings were around [redacted]-[redacted], but now it's showing [redacted]. This is inaccurate.
Would it be possible to have the unit replaced?

I recently acquired a Withings Scanwatch, and within a few days of use, I have noticed a few discrepancies. It seems that simple arm movements, like when I'm seated or standing, are being counted as steps. There are days when I haven't even left my home, yet it shows that I have taken thousands of steps, likely because of typing on the keyboard. Additionally, the watch measures each step as 95 cm when it should actually be 50 cm.
I also noticed that it logs activities like swimming or cycling without me initiating them, which I end up deleting.

I ordered a Withings watch but found it unsuitable and returned it for a refund. However, I have now received an invoice from the courier DHL for VAT and duty. Since I no longer have the watch, I believe I should not be responsible for these charges. I understand that I may need proof of re-export to Withings to resolve this issue. My wireless blood pressure monitor doesn't hold a charge. While plugged in, the light stays green. However, when I attempt to use it, the reading is consistently [redacted]/80, which doesn't match my actual reading. Adding to the issue, the green light turns orange during use. Given my high blood pressure, it's crucial that I have an accurate device. I request a replacement monitor in exchange for the faulty one. Since purchasing the wireless rechargeable model, I haven't observed any updates or improvements.

Recently, my Withings Body + scale ceased connecting to my iPhone 11 app. This problem arose out of the blue after a year of trouble-free operation. The app failed to recognize the scale and prompted me to reinstall the device. I successfully completed the first three steps, but encountered an unexpected error message when configuring the scale. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue by following troubleshooting tips, performing a factory reset, and ensuring the proximity to the modem and router, the problem persists. Sadly, there seems to be a widespread issue with no available solution or access to customer support. Urgent resolution is needed to rectify this bug and restore functionality to my scale.

Hello, I have been using the Withings ScanWatch Horizon from you for 2 months and have noticed that the watch is defective. The battery drains from [redacted]% to 68% in about one and a half days, which is a very poor condition considering you advertise a 30-day battery life on the Withings website and the watch box. The hotline service is extremely poor, constantly promising updates that never come. It is unacceptable to treat customers this way. The second-hand already seems to be broken, battery life is not as advertised, and I paid €[redacted].90 for this subpar product. The phone support does not provide a quick or satisfactory solution. I bought a Withings Digital Body+ scale on 7-27-21. It worked well for about a year. Two days ago, I opened the Health Mate app, which requested my email and sent an 8-digit code to activate it. After logging in, all data from the past year was gone. Attempting to reset, I performed a factory reset on the scale, uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it to sync the scale. Now I face a few issues: (1) The scale lists us both under two identical names, I need a unique one, (2) The app won't fully install, repeatedly asking for my email and code, (3) The scale won't sync with the phone via WI FI. My Withing ECG watch is not connecting to my phone. I have deactivated the app and reinstalled it, I am connecting via Bluetooth, but nothing is happening. As one of the first customers of Withings, I own the new Body Scan scale. A significant motivation for purchasing it was the promised ability to record a 6-channel ECG. Despite paying the full price, I am only able to utilize some of the advertised features. In a similar situation, I received a full refund when Withings' scale couldn't provide pulse wave velocity measurements. Do I need to initiate legal action against Withings to receive a comparable goodwill offer? I am a long-time customer with all Withings products in my household, so I trust you won't want to lose me. I had expected that without prompting, you would have offered compensation to all early buyers. I look forward to seeing Withings once again as a fair company. Best regards,

I'm having trouble connecting my Smart Body Analyzer WS-50 with the Withings app on my iOS device.
The scale is displaying 5lbs even when there is no weight on it.
After performing a factory reset, the app is still unable to pair with the scale. It detects the scale briefly but then goes back to the "search for your accessory" message without successfully pairing.
I have attempted multiple factory resets, restarted my phone, and even reinstalled the Withings app, but none of these actions have resolved the issue.

We bought the Withings Body Scan scale on holiday and set it up using mobile data. Upon returning home, we tried to connect the scale to our home Wi-Fi, resulting in a few issues:
- The data collected by the scale is no longer accurately assigned to the users, causing confusion.
- Some data is not being transferred at all, while other data is delayed or only available for one person and not the other.
- The PWG measurement occasionally works for my wife but predominantly not for me (only twice in about 6 weeks).
We have previously contacted support at the phone number under the code 8PYRD for assistance.
We are struggling with the correct installation and would appreciate your help. We feel that errors have accumulated during our attempts that we cannot understand. We kindly ask for your assistance.

Hello, I noticed this morning when I woke up that my Withings Scan Watch has water inside. When I took it off and checked all around, I noticed that the back cover is coming off.
I wear the watch 24 hours a day for monitoring, as it is intended. There have been no damages, drops, or anything similar.
The watch was purchased on November 1, [redacted], through Amazon, and I am very satisfied with it.

I have been struggling to get in touch for assistance, and at one point, I even thought the company might be closed. I have two phone numbers listed, 1-[redacted] and 1-[redacted], but it seems that both are no longer in service. Around 11 to 12 days ago, I managed to email the company, and a helpful man reached out to assist me in resetting my Withings scale before my vacation. Unfortunately, I lost his contact information while away.
After an hour of searching online, I found two phone numbers related to the company, but one was non-existent, and the other directed me to a message stating there was no help available at that number. Currently on vacation until Sunday, residing in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, my phone number is 1-[redacted]. I've been on vacation for a couple of weeks, but I've been struggling with my Withings scale for a few weeks now. It's not connecting to my iPhone as it used to. I had contacted customer support via email before my vacation, and a helpful representative provided me with two phone numbers. Unfortunately, both numbers seem to be no longer in use.
I used to step on the scale, and all the data would sync with my phone seamlessly. However, that's not the case anymore.
