I have been trying to reach your office since Saturday and Monday, 2/5/[redacted], but no one has answered my calls despite waiting for 3 hours each time. I also attempted to email through the online travel web form, but received an automated response not to use it. I was on the chat for hours on Saturday, Monday, and Tuesday, 3/5/[redacted], with no assistance, which is truly frustrating. I purchased tickets with insurance for $[redacted] to fly from Perth, WA, to Harare, Zimbabwe, on 8 April [redacted] with Emirates. Due to a Covid infection, I had to postpone my travel and requested to hold my tickets until mid-May. As it's now May, I kindly ask to reschedule my flights for 13 May to Harare and return on 2 June to Perth, both with Emirates. My booking reference is [redacted]5. I am seeking assistance with booking flights and accommodations using my Webjet eCredit. My partner, S.N., and I need to book a trip but are unsure how to apply our credits to the booking. We would also like to reserve two Non-Refundable excursions in Broome. Time is of the essence as the excursions are in high demand. We noticed that the website only allows for one hotel booking; however, we need to book four separate accommodations: in Fremantle, Broome, and two nights at Perth airport. Ideally, we would like to split the costs equally between our credits. Below are the travel details we wish to book using our credits. Regarding our credits, is it possible to receive new credits for any remaining balances after booking is complete? Our credit card information is redacted. I recently used some of my e-gift card for a holiday to Tasmania. The car insurance purchased through GoSee for my car hire was not suitable according to East Coast Rentals. Some of the e-gift card credit was used for this insurance. I had to purchase a more appropriate insurance and cancel the initial one for a refund. GoSee confirmed the refund was approved and forwarded to Webjet to be loaded onto my new e-gift card. However, I have not received any notification from Webjet about the refund. The holiday was in March, and despite numerous attempts, I have not been able to contact anyone for assistance. I hope this message reaches someone who can help. Looking forward to your response. In mid-[redacted], I made a booking for two Air New Zealand flights through webjet. One was for a companion, Mr. K., who has since passed away. Due to Covid-19, our flights were canceled, and although we were given a 12-month window to rebook, Mr. K. is no longer able to travel. I contacted Air New Zealand, who informed me that webjet holds the funds and I should request a refund from them. I possess a copy of Mr. K.'s Death Certificate but struggle to find a way to communicate this to webjet for a refund as I lack the original booking details, only having a Reference Number. I am unable to find any email addresses to contact webjet and am unsure of the phone number's location.

I am reaching out about Webjet reference [redacted]2. In March [redacted], I called three times regarding canceled flights due to Covid-19. Webjet assured me they would contact Malinda Air but I have not received any updates. I also provided information from Malindo's Denpasar desk confirming a full refund for the canceled flights. We had to book new flights to return to Australia for $5,[redacted] for our family of 5. The only available flights took us to Melbourne, so we spent an additional $[redacted] to get to Adelaide to retrieve our car. After being on hold for nearly 2 hours today (7/6/22), I hope someone can assist me. I prefer to resolve this without legal action. It has been 2 years and I have not heard from Malindo or Webjet. I was here previously but accidentally pressed the wrong button. I am traveling with my family from Sydney to Denpasar on January 3rd, [redacted], on flight VA63 through Webjet Ref: [redacted]3. Unfortunately, I have been bumped off this flight that I booked for my family and grandchildren. I paid a significant amount for a non-stop trip and now feel uneasy about traveling alone. I made flight bookings for my daughter Rowena Daniel through Webjet with Booking #[redacted]0 totaling $3,[redacted].98 on 22/23 May22. The flights were for BA from Sydney to Venice on 16 Oct (Confirmation #63R857) and United Airlines from Ft. Lauderdale to Sydney on 19 Nov (Confirmation #BVF9ZK). Upon discovering restrictions on checked baggage with United Airlines, I submitted a cancellation request online through Webjet on 3 June but have not received a response as of 20 June. Even though I booked the same flights separately for my daughter with British Airways and Delta on 3 June, I tried to transfer the previously paid seats to coincide with my own booking with British Airways (Confirmation #LRAA8B). Despite my efforts to resolve this through BA directly and having two separate bookings for the same person, the call center did not honor my request for a refund or seat transfer. I have attached documents showing the original and rescheduled flight bookings by Webjet. Additionally, I made a direct booking with Qantas to secure the original return leg flight which Webjet claimed was unavailable shortly after my initial booking. To summarize, Webjet rescheduled my return flight without my consent, causing scheduling conflicts with my prior commitments in Perth and Melbourne. Despite my efforts to contact Webjet via email and their online messaging service, my issue remains unresolved after hours on hold. I eventually secured the original return flight directly through Qantas after Webjet failed to provide a solution promptly. I am requesting a full refund for the rescheduled flight and not a voucher. I have reached out to Webjet on 12 occasions in the past month in an attempt to utilize my flight credit. I have utilized both their live chat and Facebook messenger platforms for communication. On each occasion, my inquiries are either redirected to another department without resolution, or I am informed that my booking cannot be located or that my credit has expired, which is untrue according to the airline. Despite encountering one seemingly helpful individual, the issue remains unresolved. While my companion has successfully booked flights using our credit within 72 hours, it has been over 3 weeks and I have yet to receive confirmation. This delay presents the risk of the selected flights no longer being available or an increase in price due to Webjet's delayed response.

Hello, I noticed some charges on my bank statement related to a return flight and a refund for booking #[redacted]70. There is another charge for $[redacted].49 that I am unsure about. I would like to confirm that my flight was indeed canceled. I did not request any services, so I am concerned about how my bank account was accessed. I am only looking for a refund, not a credit, as no services were provided and I was not informed about any charges. I have screenshots from my bank statement if needed. I have a flight booked from Chiang Mai, Thailand to Sydney, Australia on February 21st, [redacted], with a stop in Bangkok. I noticed that the flight from Bangkok to Sydney has been rescheduled to depart at 8:30 AM, which conflicts with our original schedule. I reached out to Webjet with booking number [redacted]2 to request a change to fly from Chiang Mai to Bangkok on February 19th, [redacted] at 12:20 PM. Although Webjet hasn't adjusted the booking yet, I'm awaiting confirmation from Thai Airways that the change is possible. The passengers are Mr. Matthew William McKenzie Clarke and Mrs. Kerry Lynn Clarke. The current flight details show the desired changes for the two flights. I bought two round-trip flights from Perth to Brisbane yesterday around 4pm Perth time. I accidentally selected the wrong departure and arrival times and only noticed the mistake three hours later. I called Qantas for help, but they advised me to contact Webjet immediately to avoid the $99 x 2 fee. After struggling to reach Webjet, I managed to change my flights to the correct times on the same dates, albeit eight hours later. I ended up paying the fee unwillingly to secure my booking. Despite receiving a new itinerary, I believe I should not have been charged the $99 x 2 fee and I am determined to get a refund. It's frustrating that I couldn't speak to a live person initially to resolve this issue promptly.

I have an important matter to address with Webjet regarding a car hire booking discrepancy. On October 3, [redacted], I reserved a VW Passat estate or similar vehicle through Webjet for a family trip in Australia. Despite our flight delay, we arrived at the Easirent/Drivalia office within the allotted time frame but were informed that no suitable cars were available, contrary to our prepayment and reservation. After facing significant challenges and spending nearly three hours trying to secure a rental car, we had to resort to booking a more expensive car through Go See, Enterprise. I am requesting that Webjet covers the price difference between the original booking and the new reservation due to the unfulfilled contract agreement and the inconvenience caused. I look forward to a prompt resolution to this issue.

I received a Webjet voucher worth $[redacted] for Christmas in [redacted]. When I tried to use it yesterday, I discovered that the voucher had expired on December 21 of this year. Given the circumstances, I was hoping to receive an extension. My intention was to book a one-night stay at The Mantra in South Bank, QLD for February 8, [redacted], as it is a quarantine hotel. I made a flight booking for four individuals late last year for a return trip from Melbourne to Alice Springs. Recently, I received a notification about a change to the return flight, due to Qantas revising their schedule. I was asked to contact Webjet within 72 hours if I disagreed with the change, but I missed that deadline. As I am now organizing my trip, I realize the revised flight is very inconvenient. I have found a direct flight leaving Alice Springs at 1:35 pm and arriving in Melbourne at 4:40 pm, which I would prefer. However, Qantas may charge up to $[redacted] per person for this change, totaling up to $[redacted]. I am hoping for your assistance in minimizing this penalty. While in NZ, Webjet informed me of flight changes for my journey, including a flight number adjustment to JQ [redacted] to Auckland. However, subsequent changes by Webjet to a later departure time from Wellington caused me to miss my connecting flight to Australia from Auckland. My wife and I have a flight booked on VA [redacted] from Sunshine Coast to Sydney on 29 June (Reservation No. 4HR8BM) through your company. I would like to reserve a window seat alongside a seat in the front part of the cabin, ideally in rows 4 or 5. Despite multiple attempts, we were unable to access the Virgin system to make this reservation. I have tried reaching out to Virgin three times, but encountered system errors each time. I need help locating our Webjet reference for flights that were cancelled in [redacted] due to the Covid-19 situation. Unfortunately, we have misplaced the reference number, possibly during our recent house move. We have received an email regarding the option to re-book or get a refund for the canceled flights, but I cannot proceed online without the reference number. The flights in question were booked for Melbourne to Perth on 3/10/21 and Sydney to Melbourne on 19/10/21 under the surname TOMKINS for George & Robyn. I attempted to contact the [redacted] number, but I was stuck on hold for over 50 minutes. I understand it's a tall order, but any help would be greatly appreciated.

My flight, TK1046, was canceled in Bucharest. I reached out to Webjet for assistance, and they advised me to contact Turkish Airlines as they would transfer the authorization. When I contacted the TK office in Bucharest, they directed me back to the agent (Webjet) since the bookings were made through them. I urgently need to make it to Adelaide. On top of that, Batik Air has also canceled the delayed flight from KL to Adelaide, making the situation even more complicated. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Reference number: [redacted]9.
