Two days ago in China, I created a WeChat account. When I attempted to log in from another phone, my account was flagged for suspicious activity and subsequently locked. I followed the standard procedures to unlock it, but I couldn't enter my passport number as the ID card number. It seems the system only accepts a Chinese ID card number with a different number of digits. Upon reviewing my messages, I discovered verification codes for "WeChat" associated with my mobile number. I would like to request the removal of my phone number from that account and the deletion of the entire account. I verified my number is linked to a blocked account where I saw a profile photo of a foreign woman and the username "Lummmsweet_." As an American male, I use a unique alias for each online platform and have not shared my payment information.
I am prepared to testify in court under oath that the account "Lummmsweet_" is not created by me and constitutes identity theft using my mobile number. I am willing to provide any necessary information or statements regarding the ownership of the phone number used to create the account.
Once again, I kindly request the deletion of the account and the removal of my phone number. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am facing the following issue:
On June 17th, I performed a factory reset on my phone. Since then, I have been unable to log in to my Wechat account. I keep receiving an error message stating that I cannot log in with a new device for 3 days and that I should use my old device to log in. Despite using my old device after the factory reset, Wechat still recognizes it as a new device. It has been more than 3 days, and the error message persists. All verification attempts have been unsuccessful, leading to the same error message. Access to my Wechat account is critical as I am currently in quarantine in Chengdu. Wechat is my primary means of communication with Chinese health authorities and the only way for me to make payments while in China.

I am currently experiencing issues with using the money transfer feature on WeChat due to a couple of reasons. When I initially signed up for WeChat, I used the name Kamran Mahmood, while my bank registration lists my name as Mahmood Kamran.
