Complaint 1: I placed an order for the Altus 5 Drawer Chest on September 7th, [redacted], after being informed that there were 6 in stock. Despite receiving an email on September 12th, [redacted], stating that they were restocked, I have still not received my dresser. I am frustrated with the delay and eager to receive the item I purchased. Complaint 2: I am extremely disappointed with the handyman service provided for assembling my son's $[redacted].47 Flemington Bed, which resulted in significant damage. The handyman, Paul, assembled the bed incorrectly, causing the frame to be bent and even ripping my son's brand new mattress. My husband, who is rarely home, recently discovered these issues and I am upset by the poor assembly quality and subsequent damage caused by the handyman.

I purchased a nightstand from Wayfair two weeks ago, and I am facing an issue with the door not closing properly; it keeps popping back open. I was told that the company would reach out to the manufacturer and provide me with a solution within two days, but I have not received any communication yet. After following up, I was informed that they would get back to me within another two days, but unfortunately, no action has been taken so far. The representative suggested that I consider hiring someone to fix the problem, but no further assistance was offered. This experience is unlike my previous interactions with Wayfair, where I did not encounter such difficulties.

Dear Customer Service, I want to thank you for looking into the issues I have experienced. In my previous email, I mentioned receiving a bed with stains on some parts. Your response only mentioned a replacement being ordered, which led me to believe it would cover all missing parts and the stained ones. The replacement I received was for the missing part only, and the stained parts remain unaddressed. This situation has become quite frustrating and a waste of time. I had clearly outlined these concerns before and patiently waited for a resolution. Unfortunately, I now have a complete but damaged product. I hope you understand my disappointment in not having all my concerns addressed previously, leading to this incomplete and damaged product. I kindly ask for your immediate attention to this matter and welcome any viable solutions. Regrettably, I am currently dissatisfied with the product's condition, shipping delays, and the inadequate response to my previous concerns. I have been a loyal Wayfair customer for years, but this current order has been challenging. I hope for a prompt resolution to restore my trust in your services. I saw the commercials on television and decided to make my first purchase from Wayfair, Order No: #[redacted]. Placed the order on 04/10/19 and was told it would arrive on Monday, 07/10/19. I arranged to be home that day for the delivery. It's now 2:45 pm on the 7th, and I still haven't received it. Tracking information only says the order is being processed with no delivery time provided. I'm frustrated as I was informed by a sales representative that he could only email Hermes Carrier and wait for a response, unable to offer a resolution. Knowing Wayfair uses Hermes Courier, I wouldn't have placed the order due to previous bad experiences with them. If Hermes doesn't deliver today, I plan to cancel the order, ask for a refund, and shop elsewhere. Disappointed with Wayfair.

I received an Angel Line: Windsor Glider & Ottoman for my baby shower a few weeks ago. I never opened it as I knew what it looked like since I chose it, and my boyfriend's mother bought and sent it to him. My mother recently went to his house to pick it up as she was finishing the nursery before my due date next week on October 13th. While assembling it, she discovered a missing preset lock bolt to attach the back of the glider, leaving nothing to screw in. Is it possible for the manufacturer to send me the missing lock bolt instead of returning the chair? Thank you. Lindsi I.

Over the weekend, I bought items on Wayfair. Unfortunately, on Monday, they canceled my order, charged me again for some items, and only shipped less than half of my order. I've tried to contact them, but I couldn't get through. The number they provided doesn't work as I am currently outside the US. I need help with this issue.

As a job coach at Highbury College, I oversee work placements for our level 1 students. I am currently working on a project to restore the Hilsea Lido, a charity-run place with its 85th anniversary coming up next June. I am rallying local businesses to make it a safer and more enjoyable place for families. While I have secured donations from building maintenance companies, a tarmacking firm, and DIY stores, I am in urgent need of picnic benches. Order number: [redacted] was delivered on October 3rd without assembly instructions. After contacting customer service on October 5th, I was told they would be emailed to me by the 7th. Despite multiple assurances and calls on the 7th, the instructions were never received. I had to purchase missing hinges for the sideboard and found extra pieces in the pack with no clear place for them. While offered a refund for the hinges, I am still in need of the assembly instructions as the unit seems incomplete. This experience has been frustrating as it is my second problematic purchase with Wayfair. I am considering requesting a full refund and potentially returning the item.

I'm not making a complaint, I just can't find where to ask for help on your site! I'm looking for gold Christmas lights, not orange. Last year, I ordered lights from Wayfair that were supposed to be gold, but they were orange when they arrived. I have gold lights on our office lobby Christmas tree already, but I needed more. Unfortunately, with the orange lights, it looked more like Halloween than Christmas. Do you have actual gold lights available? I need to order a few boxes. Thank you for your assistance with this.

Hello. I received my duvet cover order today, but upon opening the package, I discovered gross reddish stains. It appeared like a squished mosquito or blood marks. I took pictures of it. I dislike the hassle of returning and waiting for a replacement, so I decided to wash it with stain remover. I am puzzled as to how the stains got inside the folded package unless it was returned by someone else or occurred during packaging. It's just unpleasant to deal with.

I ordered a Harriett B twin size bed, but the footboard was missing upon delivery. The delivery was supposed to be last week, and I need this sorted out today as I am running out of time. Additionally, I had sent photos of the damaged nightstand, and a $35 credit was issued. However, the nightstand was over $[redacted], and $35 is not sufficient for the damage. I am very disappointed with the service I have gotten. I just want the twin posts and footboard, as well as a replacement nightstand as promised to be delivered via FedEx next day.

I ordered a Mendoza Couch and Automan scheduled for delivery on September 30th. After it didn't arrive by October 4th, I contacted customer service. They mentioned the 3rd party delivery company would contact me by the 7th. I was informed on the 7th that the furniture should arrive on the 8th between 10am and 3pm with a 30-minute prior notice. It's now 6pm, and my furniture still hasn't arrived. I'm extremely disappointed with this experience, especially since it's my first purchase from your company. Punctuality is essential when scheduling deliveries, and this situation has left me unimpressed. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I purchased a rug in May for over $[redacted], and unfortunately, it turned out to be of poor quality. Despite reaching out to customer service numerous times and requesting a refund more than 20 times, I have not received a resolution. The rug ended up being so thin that it moves around easily, causing a safety hazard that resulted in me tripping and breaking my leg, which is especially challenging for me as someone battling cancer. I am feeling frustrated and at my wit's end with this situation, and if the issue is not addressed promptly, I may have to consider taking legal action. I'm having an issue with my recent order. Order No. [redacted] I purchased these items for a friend on 10/6. On Monday, she changed her mind and wanted a bigger rug. I tried to cancel the order the same day, but it had already shipped earlier than expected. Although it's great they shipped quickly, I now need to return the rug pads. Order #[redacted] I have received notification that my order has reached the delivery company today. Unfortunately, they are unable to deliver it until next week due to their busy schedule. Transporting the sectional couch myself is not an option as we lack a suitable vehicle. We have been sofa-less for two weeks and were hoping for it before the long weekend. I have been a loyal member of the Tried and True Program, consistently meeting all the requirements for posting reviews with photos each month. However, this October, I am unable to locate the Tried and True free products on Wayfair’s website. Despite numerous searches using various keywords related to the program, I cannot find the page displaying the available products and their availability status. Typically, this search would lead me to a page showing the products alongside the percentage claimed by other members.
