Hello! I would like to share my positive experience at Walgreen store #[redacted] in Miami Gardens, FL on Saturday, April 13th at 9 pm. I would like to commend the pharmacist, Ali, and the cashier attendant, Shadi, for their exceptional service despite being busy managing both the inside area and the drive-through window. They were kind, helpful, and efficient, treating everyone with respect and care. Coming from the ER, feeling unwell, they made me feel better and helped me on my way to recovery. Good afternoon, I am Lorena Castro. I am writing to publicly express my dissatisfaction with Mr. Jean David Charles, the current manager of Sunny Isles Walgreens in Miami. He has taken advantage of his position to mislead me into renting a room, demanding upfront deposits that he falsely promises to refund upon eviction. Despite his assurances, he has failed to return my money for seven months, displaying zero interest in doing so. This behavior is unacceptable, and I feel deceived and humiliated by his actions. Walgreens should carefully consider the individuals they employ, as having a manager engage in such dishonest practices reflects poorly on the company's reputation. Hello, my name is Lorena Castro. I feel compelled to make a public complaint against Mr. Jean David Charles, who is the manager of Weelgreens in Sunny Isles at [redacted] Collins Avenue, FL [redacted]. This man is a fraudster in a tie who deceives people by renting rooms in his house and asking for deposits that he never intends to return. I have been asking for my money back for 7 months, and all this man has done is mock me, my time, and my patience. When he rented me the room, he seemed to be an honest person, putting his Weelgreens company forward as a sign of his integrity. It is unacceptable for someone with such behavior, holding a "manager" position, to tarnish the reputation of his company. This person builds trust by using Weelgreens' image. I feel cheated by someone who holds such an important position within Weelgreens. I would appreciate any possible assistance since I have contacted his office multiple times, but he has changed his phone number and now hangs up when I call. This behavior from someone in a manager position who should have values and principles is truly terrible. He is a thief in a tie who takes deposits unjustly. Thief.

I am currently dealing with a situation where my wife has a high fever, and the local Walgreens pharmacy is constantly understaffed, leading to long wait times of 30-45 minutes. Even after waiting, they often do not have enough medication to fulfill the prescription, requiring a return trip after two days, if the shipment arrives on time. The automated service's timing is inaccurate, causing further delays and confusion. The whole process involves multiple waits, delays, and still not receiving the full medication. It is frustrating to see such inefficiency especially in a small town like ours with limited options. It feels like the pharmacy lacks proper management and accountability. The inconvenience this causes is unnecessary, especially when dealing with health issues.

I am currently a patient with high blood pressure being treated with Candesartan Cilexetil 16 mg tablets. I had requested a prescription refill at the Walgreens pharmacy in Atillo, Puerto Rico. When I visited the pharmacy today, they informed me that the medication is no longer available on the market. I had not been previously notified of this, causing concern for my health. I am disappointed that a reputable pharmacy chain like Walgreens would not have informed me earlier about this issue. Unfortunately, they are no longer my preferred pharmacy due to this situation. I have been a customer at your store on Lindbergh and New Halls Ferry Rd. in Florissant, Missouri for 15 years. Recently, I've noticed a concerning increase in safety issues. It used to be a place where people of all backgrounds were polite and pleasant. However, the lack of security measures has made it a dangerous environment. I believe having a properly trained armed security guard is necessary to ensure the safety of everyone. The current situation is chaotic, with thefts and threats towards the cashiers. Regarding the Walgreens on Main Street in Nashua, NH, I would like to express ongoing concerns about the pharmacy and pharmacist, Taner. There have been consistent issues with dismissive and condescending behavior that go unresolved. This type of behavior is not only frustrating but can also impact a person's health and well-being. I have attempted to address this matter directly with Taner and other employees, but my concerns have not been properly acknowledged. As a long-time customer of over 25 years, I am disappointed with the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed. I believe immediate action is necessary to rectify this situation and ensure that all customers are treated with respect and receive the necessary medication without fear of retaliation. Hello, I'm a driver for McLane SunEast in Kissimmee, Florida. I recently had a delivery issue at the Walgreens store F460 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Despite our standard back door delivery procedure, the manager, Debbie, insisted we use the front entrance, causing a problem. During the confrontation, a cashier made unprofessional remarks about my driving ability. Ultimately, I returned the order to the warehouse after encountering resistance from Debbie and the cashier named David, or "King David". When I requested paperwork, they refused and David accused me of being racist due to a confederate flag on my arm, which is untrue and irrelevant. I have reported the incident to my company and even consulted with a lawyer about a possible slander lawsuit. If necessary, I can be reached at [redacted]. I need to share my recent experiences at Walgreens. I am a regular customer at the pharmacy and have a lot of medications to pick up. However, during my last visits, I was unable to use my rewards card, and upon inquiring, was informed that Obamacare recipients are no longer eligible to earn points. The staff member's response was quite harsh. Additionally, the pharmacy manager, Alicia at the Lake Mead and Boulder Highway branch in Henderson, Nevada has been consistently rude and condescending in her interactions with me and others. I am disappointed with the service and the inability to collect rewards points. Despite considering switching to CVS, the hassle seems daunting. I hope for a better experience on my next visit. I bought 3 Tide items, including 1 POD and 2 liquid detergents. I applied a $2 discount for the POD and a $1 off 2 items coupon, but it didn't deduct the $1. Also, the $3 register rewards didn't print as expected. As a new coupon user, it was disappointing that the advertised discounts didn't apply. I enjoy shopping at Walgreens and hope to prevent this from happening in the future. Thank you, Robin L.

I called to pick up my scripts within 90 minutes as instructed, but when my husband went to get them, two scripts were missing. The pharmacy didn't bother notifying me until then. Today, I was on hold for over half an hour, adding to a week of similar experiences. During my call, Nomi, who claimed to be the person I spoke with, had a disrespectful attitude and even laughed at me. Despite my frustration, I remained calm and asked about my missing meds. He laughed and only asked how he could assist me. I've been without my medication for three days due to the store's mistake, and they are now trying to shift the blame to my doctor when this has never been a problem before.

I have been refilling a prescription every 30 days for six years at the Tampa Avenue location in Reseda, CA. Recently, they closed this location and transferred my prescription to the Sherman Way site in the same city. The pharmacist there said he needed to contact my doctor and mentioned no diagnosis in my file, which surprised me as I wasn't aware it was needed. Upon returning the next day to collect my prescription, I was told it wouldn't be filled even though my doctor had approved it. I attempted to have it filled elsewhere, but ran into obstacles as the Reseda pharmacist had marked my script as "Unverifiable." Despite contacting Walgreen's Corporate and being promised resolution within two business days, it has been six days, and I am still without my medication after four days. I have made multiple follow-ups but have received generic responses without any concrete solutions. I am in desperate need of assistance with this issue.

I am having trouble transferring my prescription from Rite Aid to Walgreens. It seems like an anti-competitive practice. Unfortunately, the transition from Rite Aid to Walgreens has been poor. I am disappointed that Walgreens did not implement an IT solution for this transition. I want to move my prescription, but the Walgreens Pharmacy on South Street in Pittsfield, MA is not answering calls from CVS, so I am unable to transfer it.

I recently bought a significant number of items and had a 25% off coupon that the salesperson claimed was already used. I questioned how that could be if I still had it with me. The salesperson insinuated that I may have found it on the floor, implying that I was trying to scam them. This was quite insulting. The manager overheard but did not intervene. Eventually, I was given a 20% discount coupon. The whole incident was embarrassing, especially with a line forming behind me. I feel that the staff's behavior at the Walgreens located at [redacted] White Horse Pike in Absecon, NJ, was unprofessional.

I sent unscanned eBay cards to your corporate office on November 4th, totaling $[redacted]. I have not received a response despite multiple follow-ups. The standard reply I get is, "Thank you for your patience, we will respond soon." I am frustrated and seek immediate answers. eBay confirmed the cards were not activated, so I am puzzled by the delay. Please contact me promptly at [redacted].

I went to the pharmacy in Washington, NC this morning at 9:00 am to pick up a prescription called in by the urgent care clinic. I waited until 1:00 pm, but the antibiotic was not ready. I had to transfer it to another pharmacy in the area. It's frustrating to see local pharmacies being bought out without improvements in customer service. This isn't the first time I've encountered issues at this particular pharmacy.

I visited the store in the Bronx, New York City, where the operating hours are supposed to be from 9:00 am to 10:00 pm. However, I have noticed that they consistently close around 9:30 or 9:40 instead. I believe this discrepancy might be due to the demographics of the area, as it is a predominantly minority neighborhood. It's important that all customers receive equal treatment regardless of the location. I feel strongly about addressing this issue, and I am determined to take further action if necessary to ensure fair treatment for everyone.

I reside in Cary, North Carolina in a Del Webb 55 and over active adult community. The nearby Walgreens on Carpenter Fire Station Road has recently shut down, and my husband and I have been regular customers there for approximately 4 years. We relied on this pharmacy for our diabetic supplies and some other medications, including my husband's testosterone hormone medication. The staff at that location were always friendly and helpful, even during busy times. We have now transferred our prescriptions to the Walgreens on Davis Drive. Unlike our previous store, here we were asked to provide a driver's license for my husband's testosterone medication, which was a new requirement for us. When we inquired about this, the pharmacist seemed irritated and mentioned it was due to federal regulations. I called later for clarification, and the pharmacist's tone was still aggravated, even making a remark about needing identification to identify me in a lineup. This interaction left me feeling uncomfortable, especially considering I am an African American retired paralegal. The pharmacist's explanation about bodybuilders did little to ease my concerns. It's important to maintain kindness and understanding, even in busy times.

On Monday, January 27th, [redacted], I went to the Walgreens located at 20 West Hudson Avenue in Englewood, New Jersey. I arrived at 9:53 PM only to find the store locked, though it's supposed to be open until 10 PM. Despite indicating that there were still 7 minutes until closing, the employees would not let me in. As a frequent shopper at this store, I felt disappointed, especially since it is my only nearby option, being the only store open until 10 PM within walking distance. Lacking a car, I had to endure an uncomfortable evening with a fever due to not being able to purchase over-the-counter medicine. I believe the employees who closed early should be held accountable as drugstores have a responsibility to maintain their operating hours for customers in need of essential products. I hope this situation can be rectified in the future by ensuring the store remains open until its scheduled closing time. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I want to address an issue I had at your store in Welch, WV. The pharmacy technicians there were inefficient, making me wait 2.5 hours just for one prescription. Despite calling two days in advance, they informed me I had to wait an additional 3 days. Their attitude was rude and condescending. When I finally received the medication, it was dated the same day I initially visited the store. This situation is unacceptable, and it seems I'm not the only one facing these problems.
