I lost my baggage while traveling with Qatar Airways to Spain. When I reached out to Qatar Airways customer service, they informed me that the bag was received in Coruna under reference LCGVY27919. They advised me to contact Vueling Airlines for further assistance in retrieving the bag. I am a sailor working in the Merchant Navy, and it is crucial for me to get my baggage back promptly as it contains essential medicines. There is a possibility that I may need to sail from here within this month, so I urgently need access to these bags.

On September 18, [redacted], I was affected by the cancellation of Vueling flight VY7827 from London Gatwick to Barcelona Airport. Vueling rebooked us via email, offering a €[redacted] option to reach Barcelona the following morning at 8:55AM, which I couldn't access on their website for rebooking. The customer service hotline I called was automated with no option to speak to a representative. Vueling's policy states that for delays over 3 hours or cancellations, passengers are entitled to meal vouchers, phone calls, a hotel stay, and transportation, yet these were not provided. I paid for my own calls and £80 for a taxi back to the airport without clear instructions. The lack of proper compensation caused me to miss planned activities and hindered my business in Barcelona. I am disappointed with the unprofessionalism displayed and if adequate compensation is not received, I will explore legal action. It is frustrating that direct human contact is not an option to address these issues promptly. This situation needs significant improvement.

On June 13, I mistakenly booked a flight and reached out on Twitter for assistance. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until August 25, which was past the 24-hour window to change my flight for free. After discussing with your Twitter team, it was suggested I contact you directly. Despite providing proof of our conversation, I was unable to modify my flight, leading to a financial loss that I am hoping to recover. My attempt to reach out via email also went unanswered. Additionally, there was an unsettling incident where someone from Kenya, claiming to be associated with Vueling, reached out to me while I was trying to contact Vueling on Twitter. I raised this issue with your Twitter team, but nothing was done to address or report the matter.

I booked a ticket through Qatar Airways from Cape Town to Bilbao, with the final leg on Vueling. Upon my arrival in Bilbao on September 6 on flight VY1422, my baggage was missing. I filed a lost bag report. Since I was boarding a cruise and my bags did not arrive, I had to buy items for a 12-day trip. Despite efforts by the cruise ship to locate the bags using the PIR code BIOVY54391 under my name, Mewett, the bags were not found in the tracking system. After the cruise, I visited Bilbao airport where a representative mentioned one bag was in Amsterdam and requested it to be sent. However, the other bag was still missing. The representative stated it was in Vigo and would be redirected, but that was a week ago. I also need to claim reimbursement for the purchased items, yet I am unable to do so as the system does not accept a code since the ticket was booked through Qatar Airways. I am seeking assistance to have my bag sent to Cape Town and to submit a claim for the purchased items before the deadline of September 27th.

I took precautions by purchasing a full-priced seat for my son and bringing his aircraft-approved car seat as recommended. I had directly booked his seat with a Vueling agent who assured me it would be under my name, Angela Waltonz, with a "z" at the end. I had also inquired about needing a note for Jason Walton and was reassured there would be no issues. However, during check-in at the airport, I was surprised to find out my son couldn't use the booked seat, being told he could only be a lap infant. This caused stress and waste of time. Despite efforts, I was not given a new boarding pass. Eventually, after much back and forth, the name on the ticket was changed. At the flight doors, a flight attendant prevented me from boarding with the car seat, claiming my son didn't have a seat, causing further delays and distress. On our recent flight, we were disappointed to find out that there were no sandwiches or baguettes available since they had sold out. I bought a cup of coffee expecting a refill as stated in the magazine, but they closed early and no food or drinks were offered. Furthermore, the plane was dirty, and we were told it wouldn't be cleaned until after the flight. The lack of meals during the 5-hour journey was unacceptable. Although we were promised WiFi, it was later announced that it was not available, unlike the service we have experienced with EasyJet and British Airways. The plane felt too warm as the air conditioning was ineffective. The crew was unhelpful, providing no updates on the nearly one-hour flight delay. The overall experience was quite disappointing.

I recently contacted a number I thought belonged to Vueling Airlines and was informed that I needed to pay extra for my carry-on baggage. This is for the connecting British Airways flight from the USA. The charge on Travel Unravel appeared on my credit card statement instead of Vueling Airlines. I am unsure about the validity of this fee. The flight I am referencing is BA8086 from Gatwick to Barcelona on September 30th departing at 08:10. Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out regarding flight VY6111 scheduled for BARCELONA on 26/09/[redacted]. I booked this ticket with my BBVA VISA credit card for 97.90 EUR per ticket. The flight, which was to depart from FCO-ROMA at 13:20, faced a delay due to vueling. According to (EC) Regulation [redacted]/[redacted], since my flight VY6111 experienced a delay exceeding 3 hours without compensation, I am entitled to receive free meals and refreshments appropriate to the delay, as well as €[redacted] in compensation for the flight cancellation. I experienced issues with the online login process while trying to book my flight. Hello, I recently discovered that my flight was rescheduled without being informed. I initially booked through British Airways, and my Booking confirmation number is MY3AW5. Upon reaching the airport, I was informed by a Vueling staff member that my flight had been changed, providing the new Booking number YGLYGM, and the revised departure time is 7am on September 30th. Dear Sirs, I recently made a booking for a flight from Barcelona to Paris for two passengers, Konstantin C. and Medvedeva I. I received a payment confirmation after paying online for our tickets. I also successfully checked us in for the flight on 05.10. However, I have now received a cancellation notification citing "NO PAYMENT," despite having confirmation from my bank that the payment went through. I believe there may have been an error regarding my flight booking. In May, I booked a trip through Holidays.ch for Berthold and Heike Kabelitz, including flights from HAJ to BCN on 11.10.[redacted] and from BCN to HAJ on 15.10.[redacted] with booking number UM3F2H. I recently noticed an additional charge of €[redacted].96 on the Vueling website for 2 pieces of luggage and 2 seats each for my upcoming flights, which I did not intend to order. In early December, I purchased a round-trip ticket from Paris to Barcelona under the reference YEL26C for over [redacted] euros, including 2 bags each way. Upon check-in on 1/10 at the Vueling counter, only one bag was displayed on the screen, despite my ticket showing 2 bags. The agent directed me to your customer service counter. Agent Douglas refused to acknowledge my situation and insisted I pay for an additional bag, advising me to seek reimbursement from my travel agency later. I expressed my surprise at having to pay for a second bag considering the high price I paid, well above the usual rates. I mentioned that under these circumstances, I would have chosen Air France or Iberia. Douglas reacted aggressively to my request, threatening to involve security and ban me from the flight. Shocked by the treatment I received and the agent's disproportionate reaction, I had to purchase an extra ticket for an additional bag. My luggage went missing on Vueling flight VY2912 from Barcelona to Bordeaux on Sunday, October 1st. I filled out a lost luggage form and have a PIR number BODVY13873. I've been dealing with Aviapartner Lost and Found Bordeaux to recover my luggage, but their customer service has been extremely disappointing. They have provided false information about when my luggage would be delivered, causing me to miss my train to Lyon. Despite their promises, my luggage has not arrived, and they have not confirmed if it will be sent to Lyon. I urgently need Vueling airline to intervene and resolve this situation promptly.
