My spouse and I traveled from Gatwick to Barcelona on flight VY7823 on August 20 with a booking reference of DMGGFE. Our return flight, VY7828 from Barcelona to Gatwick on August 27, got canceled due to bad weather with a short notice of about 4 hours before the scheduled departure. The alternatives offered were not suitable, leading us to purchase a pricier ticket with another airline for the next day. I later found out that flights on the same day were operating and more affordable options were available for the following morning. I plan to request reimbursement for the additional expenses for overnight stay, accommodation, and transportation, as well as the higher cost of the replacement ticket due to the flight cancellation.

I and my spouse had made reservations for a Mediterranean cruise with Celebrity Cruises departing from Barcelona. We had flights booked with Air France from Paris to Barcelona for the beginning of the cruise and with Vueling Airlines for the return trip to Paris after the cruise. Unfortunately, my spouse tested positive for COVID the day prior to our cruise, and we had to cancel our plans. Air France promptly provided us with a full refund, whereas Celebrity Cruises issued a credit voucher for the full amount towards a future voyage. Now, we are encountering difficulties canceling our Vueling flight online for the return journey. I recently flew from Barcelona to Prague on June 23rd with Vueling and unfortunately, my luggage was lost during the journey. Despite following all the recommended procedures, I have not been able to locate it. According to the lost and found employee at El Prat airport, after ten days they open the luggage, but then what happens next? My file has been closed, and I have been told that I cannot provide any additional information. This situation has caused me significant financial and emotional distress, and I am determined to resolve it. I was advised by the employee that there is no central office mailing address for Vueling, making it difficult to escalate the issue further. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I lost my luggage on flight VY8652 from Barcelona to Prague on June 23rd. I've followed all the recommended steps with no success. Unfortunately, the airline has closed my file and I can't check on the progress. The airport staff mentioned that after ten days they open the bags, but what happens next? They advised me to email the Central offices of Vueling, but I can't find the address. My reference number is RRGVY16762/23June23/0913GMT with tag number [redacted] VY250058 VY8652PRG. The luggage is brown with a blue lock on the zippers, a metallic lock on the side, two front pockets, and wheels. This incident has caused me significant worry and financial loss. Thank you.

Hello, I purchased an airline ticket via Cheapoair with the reference code Qectts for M. Young, who is attending a Basketball Camp in Barcelona, Spain. I had a flight booked from Birmingham to Barcelona on August 28, scheduled for 19:15. Unfortunately, my flight (Vy8755) was canceled due to strike action. Vueling informed me by email three hours before the departure time, stating they would provide alternative options. When I called Vueling customer service the next day to request a refund because my holiday was planned from August 28, [redacted], and return on September 1, [redacted], due to my children going back to school and my own work commitments, I was informed that the flight date had been changed to September 3. This date does not work for me, and I made no changes to the flight. Despite explaining this, the customer service agent said I had accepted the date change offer, which I did not. I had two reservations with Vueling Airlines under booking codes IYB84L and MEMHVC. For one of the flights, I needed to add a bag, so I followed the link from the email for booking MEMHVC. After the purchase, I received an email confirming that the bag was added to booking IYB84L, which already had a bag purchased. I always double-check my orders, ensuring I select the correct items for each flight. I only need one bag for each flight I am taking. I kindly request that either one of the bags be moved to the correct reservation or that I receive a credit refund to apply towards the bag needed for booking MEMHVC. I accidentally booked two tickets instead of one and was charged for both bookings. There was an extra booking made without my approval. Both flights depart from Ibiza to Barcelona on the same day. Flight booked on 27th May [redacted] (my booking) Flight booked on 16th July [redacted] (not my booking) Booking numbers are KE32JC and WKK8YQ. I departed from Ibiza yesterday and didn't board the second flight, so I need it to be canceled and refunded. The flight I took was VY3521. I'm unsure how this mistake occurred, and it's causing me a lot of stress. I have submitted multiple requests without a resolution. We reserved two flights, V3501 and V3505, from IBZ to BCN. Opting for the earlier flight, we ensured our luggage was tagged for it. Unfortunately, our bags have not arrived with us. We are unsure if they made it onto the second flight, but they are currently at IBZ airport. Prompt assistance is needed as we are en route to New York and require our belongings before our next flight.

Hello. I recently booked a flight from Barcelona to Bilbao for August 21st, but I received a text message immediately after making the payment stating that the flight was canceled. Since I did not receive a confirmation email, I assumed it was indeed canceled. Subsequently, I made a new reservation on the 25th and this time I did receive a confirmation email. Upon checking with my credit card company, it appears that the reservation made on the 21st was not actually canceled, resulting in double payment. I kindly request that the reservation for August 21st be canceled and the one for the 25th be confirmed. Thank you.

I traveled from the USA, flying from SNA airport to Dallas, then to Madrid and finally to Florence for a conference. My last flight was with Vueling, but I missed my connection in Madrid on September 4th due to a delay with the wheelchair staff. American Airlines, my booking agent, rerouted me to Barcelona and then Florence on the same day. My baggage, tagged with [redacted], was checked through to Florence but did not make it. Using my Airtag, I discovered it is still in Madrid. Despite efforts, I couldn't get proper help. I've lodged a lost baggage complaint in Florence with reference FLRVY22971. I will be in Florence until the 8th, then two days in Rome before returning to the USA.

While using Google Flights, I attempted to book a flight with Vueling Air. Unfortunately, my credit card payment was declined during the process, so the reservation was not confirmed or authorized by me. To my surprise, I received a confirmation from Vueling hours later. Hello, I lost my travel luggage during my journey. On September 2nd, I flew from Cairo Airport to Barcelona on Vueling Flight No. [redacted] (transit), and then from Barcelona to Dusseldorf on Flight No. [redacted].
