I am reaching out regarding my daughter's upcoming flight on July 2, [redacted], from Naples, Italy, to Barcelona and then to Jerez. I have her authorization to handle this matter on her behalf. I can provide the delegation document via email upon request.
I encountered two issues with her booking. Firstly, I believe there was an error in the baggage fees I was charged. I paid [redacted].00 Euros for her to check in three pieces of luggage. However, based on the weight limits and standard fees, the total should not have exceeded [redacted].00 Euros.
Additionally, two of the bags, ticket numbers VY667095 and VY667034, seem to be lost in transit. Only one bag, ticket number VY667074, arrived at Jerez Airport. Despite filing a report and searching at both Naples and Jerez airports, the missing bags have not been located.

I checked the flight schedule for 1 adult and 1 child and confirmed the price of [redacted].99 euros on the final screen.

I have a voucher expiring today on the 25th of July. Unfortunately, when I finally found a suitable direct flight, I discovered that my voucher had expired. I am disappointed with the limited direct flight options on your website. The last reminder I received was on the 10th of July. Due to COVID-19, I was unable to travel, and my money has been held for 2 years. I believe there should not be an expiry date in these circumstances. Vueling canceled my flight without informing me, resulting in additional expenses for an extra hotel night and transportation. I arrived at the airport to find no flight and Vueling declined compensation, redirecting me to Expedia, where I booked the flight. Expedia explained they do not get flight updates from Vueling and that Vueling should have notified me about the cancellation. I need advice on how to escalate this issue with Vueling.

Our flight was canceled, and after resolving it at the check-in vuelling area, we received accommodation for one night in a hotel and a new flight booked for the next day (25/07).
