Hello, I lost my luggage last Friday. My booking code is OFMKKM, PIR is LISVY10105. There haven't been any updates yet. I've contacted the customer service multiple times without any response or updates. I tried to file a complaint and request a refund for my expenses on the Vueling website, but I couldn't. I keep getting redirected to a chatbot without any resolution. I am feeling desperate at this point. I still don't have my luggage, can't submit a complaint, and can't request a refund for my expenses. What should I do? Should I contact the authorities? This has been the worst customer service experience.

On June 2nd, we were on flight [redacted] with booking code YMZL5H. During check-in, the four of us were informed that our carry-on luggage needed to be checked with a charge of $[redacted], which was unexpected. We only had carry-on bags planned for our vacation, which involved multiple flights, and Vueling was the only airline requesting this. We kindly request a refund for the extra charge. Upon check-in, I securely fastened the luggage tag to my bag handle, which weighed 9kg on the conveyor belt. Seeking assistance from an employee for the first time, she removed the tag and placed it on the side of my suitcase, possibly risking it falling off. Upon arriving in Barcelona for my flight, my luggage was missing. Despite reaching out to Vueling Airline to investigate if my bag was left in Gatwick, I am currently not receiving any updates on its whereabouts, leaving me uncertain if it's lost or still being located.

My partner and I recently flew with Vueling from London Gatwick to Malaga on June 10th. Our original flight time was at 19:40 on flight VY6617. Unfortunately, the flight was delayed, and the airport screens kept showing that information would be displayed at 20:15. When we checked again at 20:15, it suddenly said the gate closes at 20:22. Since Gatwick is a large airport, we had to rush to the gate without any time to buy food or water. Upon boarding, we were informed that there would be no catering services on the flight. I asked for a bottle of water due to the 3-hour flight, but the staff said they had none on board and no cups for tap water. We had to endure the 3.5-hour flight without any water. Our experience with Vueling was highly disappointing, and we felt this lack of service was unacceptable.

Upon my arrival at Gatwick airport on Thursday night, I encountered an issue with my checked luggage not appearing on the carousel. The global baggage solutions desk informed me that they do not handle concerns related to Vueling flights and directed me to British Airways, but their desks were already closed. I have been unsuccessful in reaching anyone to report my missing luggage. The Vueling website requires a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) form which I haven't completed. Can this be done online? How should I proceed in this situation?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance. We inadvertently left our son's Lenovo tablet onboard the company's aircraft. I have attached photos of our boarding passes. When contacting Customer Service, I have encountered challenges. I either get transferred to different departments or told to remain patient, only to be disconnected. Although remaining calm, the process has been frustrating. Despite providing detailed information, attendants have not been able to locate our flight.

I booked a flight to Paris with Vueling on 30th March, which was later cancelled. I opted for a refund, but I have yet to receive it. Every time I try to contact them via phone, I get disconnected and directed to their website. Unfortunately, every attempt to process the refund online is met with a 'technical error'. I have been dealing with this issue since March, and it has been frustrating and time-consuming. Despite the hurdles, I am unwavering in my determination to receive the refund owed to me.

I am reaching out because I just found out that my grandmother's funeral has been scheduled for the morning of July 18th instead of the 19th. I need to change our flight from the afternoon of the 18th to the afternoon of the 17th so we can arrive in Spain by July 17th afternoon. We need to drive two hours to Girona to attend the funeral at 09:00 on the 18th. I tried to change the flight, but it is expensive, and we are facing financial difficulties. I am kindly asking for help to move our flight one day earlier as a gesture of goodwill, allowing us to attend the funeral without extra charges. On June 22nd, my husband and I sought assistance at Gatwick airport. I travel in a wheelchair, so I had specifically booked seats 6 aisle and middle for convenience. However, upon check-in, we were provided with seats 12 instead. When we tried to proceed through security, we were informed that we needed another boarding pass. After some confusion, we were finally accommodated back to our preferred seats. During boarding, unlike with other airlines, we were not given priority. I faced challenges when the cabin crew insisted I move from the aisle to the window seat for safety reasons during an evacuation. This caused distress as I explained my mobility limitations. Upon landing, I allowed most passengers to disembark first, but I was met with impatience from the cabin crew when the remaining passengers caught up. The lack of assistance and understanding from Vueling's staff was disappointing, and I was left in tears due to the poor treatment during the flight. Despite a smoother journey on the return trip, the initial experience has left me hesitant to fly with them again.

I am seeking assistance with my refund for a cancelled flight (Flight Info: ZKZJJQ) from Ibiza on 19/06/[redacted]. Despite submitting all receipts, my claim was denied as we didn't take the rescheduled flight on 22/06/[redacted]. One of our party members had a flight from Madrid back to the USA on 21/06/[redacted]. A Vueling representative at the airport instructed us to book our own flight to Madrid and provided we show receipts, we will be reimbursed. I urgently require help as I am out nearly $2,[redacted]. I have reached out to this service center and visited Barcelona airport three times, but I still have not received any information, which is unacceptable. The baggage information states it's unavailable; however, my AirTag confirms my suitcase is still at Berlin Airport (Terminal 1). I've been without my luggage for three days now, and it has greatly impacted my trip. I'm departing for Mallorca, and if my luggage doesn't arrive within the next day, I will take legal action. This lack of professionalism and communication has ruined my vacation that I spent a lot of money on. Despite my efforts, I have not received any assistance. I expect a response to my email within 24 hours to resolve this matter.

I had a flight booked from Prague to Paris from the 29th of June to the 3rd of July. Despite booking a flight with RyanAir to Paris and Vueling Airlines back to Prague, my RyanAir flight got cancelled due to strikes in Paris. I now need to cancel my ticket with Vueling Airlines for the return journey from Paris to Prague and get a refund, but I can't seem to do so anywhere. Customer support has not been helpful either. On the 19th of June [redacted], we were scheduled to travel from Birmingham Airport to Barcelona at 14:05. However, the flight was canceled without any prior notification. We were rebooked on a later flight at 19:15, which ended up being delayed by 3 hours. Consequently, we arrived at our hotel almost 12 hours later than initially planned. The experience was extremely stressful, especially considering my husband's health issues related to a stroke and epilepsy. We spent 3 hours on the phone trying to rearrange transfer times, resulting in the loss of an entire evening and night at the hotel. The extended waiting time at the airport caused a lot of strain, making it difficult for my husband to rest.

I attempted numerous times to reach customer service for assistance with my flight schedule, but I was unable to connect with a live representative over the phone. Despite providing my booking number, the automated system failed to recognize any of my inputs clearly. This situation is extremely frustrating as a simple query could have been swiftly resolved within 5 minutes with the help of a customer service agent.

Hello, I missed my Vueling flight VY6600 on the 2nd from Barcelona to Palermo due to a personal issue. Even though I was checked in, I wasn't called as a missing passenger. I rebooked a flight through ITA to Palermo via Rome the same day, assuming my luggage was on the first Vueling flight to Palermo already. My luggage was not handed over to me in Barcelona, and I wasn't notified that it was removed from flight VY6600. I am in Palermo without my luggage now. Can my luggage be sent to Palermo, please? My AirTag shows its location at Barcelona El Prat Airport. I will be in Palermo until the 5th and then heading to Agrigento. I'd appreciate its arrival soon.
