I am writing in regard to our flight VY8349 on May 26 from Zurich to Palma Mallorca PMI with reservation number JIP4UQ. Our complaint is regarding a group of 15 intoxicated men who were disruptive during the flight. One individual in row 23A had a shirt with an inappropriate image that he repeatedly extended into our seating area of 22A&B, accompanied by inappropriate gestures and comments. Despite our requests and the stewardess's intervention, the behavior continued. The group remained loud and intoxicated, and were served more alcohol by the crew, which we believe was inappropriate. We urge the airline to implement stronger policies to prevent such incidents and seek financial compensation for the distress caused. We possess video evidence supporting our claims. I have requested a refund from Vueling due to the cancellation of our flight. The refund was initially issued to our Chase bank account but was returned because our account was not set up for international wire transfers. I have since updated our account to enable this type of transaction. Despite sending two emails to Vueling Customer Service asking for the refund to be reissued since I cannot process it through their online system, I have not received any response from them. The case number is [redacted]7, and the booking code is CL19UX for the flight from ORY to FCO on March 10, [redacted], with flight number VY6252. The pending amount is [redacted].96. Hello, I hope you're well. Today is my partner's birthday, May 27th, and I had planned a surprise trip to Ibiza for her. Unfortunately, she informed me she can't leave Portugal on the 18th of July, so I need to change our flights. However, I'm on a tight budget and can't afford the exchange fee. I traveled with an elderly friend from Barcelona to Malaga on VY [redacted] on Friday, the 26th of May. We specifically booked and paid for front seats 1a and 1b to accommodate my friend's limited mobility, but we were given seats 7a and 7b instead. We were disappointed as the front seats we paid extra for were apparently not available. This impacted my friend's comfort during the journey, and we would like a refund for the extra charge we paid for the front seats. I would like to report that Mr. M. Capobianco's outbound flight from LGW was canceled by your airline for today, June 1. Your company rescheduled him for a new departure on June 2, which is not suitable for his plans. Consequently, he acquired a ticket on TK to FCO for June 1. Given that today's flight was canceled, he must cancel the original booking and retain the return trip. Kindly, do not record him as a no-show for June 2, as he requires the return flight. I arrived at Cardiff Airport this morning for our flight from Cardiff to Alicante on Vueling flight VY1240, scheduled to depart at 13:05 on 02/06/[redacted]. Our airline reference is LELY5Z for Gaynor Pope and Clive Perry. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication from Vueling regarding a flight time change to 08:50. Despite arriving three hours early, we missed our flight as there was no notification sent out about the schedule change made in October [redacted]. After speaking with Love Holidays, they directed us back to Vueling for assistance. My name is Serife Karakus, and I made a flight booking through Lastminute for myself and my son, Roni Doruk Kaygisiz, for a trip from Gatwick to Paris (Orly) on May 28, [redacted] (PNR No: IB8WMI). Hello, We have experienced significant stress dealing with the compensation issue for a flight delay. Unfortunately, only one passenger has received compensation rather than both passengers. Our attempts to reach out to the airline have been unsuccessful in receiving a response or guidance. We have only received compensation for one passenger (250EU), and as there were two of us, we are requesting additional compensation for the second passenger, as well as reimbursement for our taxi and meal expenses. I made an error with my flight booking from Lisbon to Paris, selecting the 19th instead of today. Despite checking in online and having a boarding pass, I realized at the airport that I missed the correct flight. Unfortunately, today's flight is fully booked, so I need to book another one to get back to Paris today. Since I won't be using the original ticket, I would like a refund for the seat and luggage I purchased on Vueling's website during the registration process.

I would like to inform you about the terrible condition of my suitcase that was in the hold when it arrived at Tenerife South airport. I have attached photos showing the damage, as it seems like it was mishandled during transit. Unfortunately, my electric shaver inside was also broken. I need to make changes to my flight from Cardiff to Malaga that was originally booked for June 17th to June 28th, [redacted], which was changed by the airline. I was promised a free change, and now I want to switch it to March 20th to March 27th, [redacted]. I have received quotes for the new flight times. I am having trouble accessing my flight change details booked with Iberia. The original flight from BCN to DBV on 1 Oct was cancelled, and I received alternative flights from Vueling. I booked a flight through Vueling with Iberia from BCN to DBV, which got canceled. Vueling provided alternate flights via email on June 7th: BCN to FCO at 09:40 and FCO to DBV at 14:25.
