On the 1st of April, my flight from Rome to Valencia cost [redacted] euros, including a 20kg bag fee. Additionally, I paid 50 euros to Ryanair for the next flight to East Midlands Airport. Unfortunately, upon arrival in Valencia from Rome, our bag was missing, and I was provided a PIR form. I was informed that I am entitled to a refund for both flights. The situation caused me a lot of stress and upset, especially since my medication was in the missing bag. I am dissatisfied with how the matter was handled and am looking for a prompt response. I attempted to book a Vueling flight with Orbitz from Amsterdam to Malaga from 12/20 to 12/26. After booking, I noticed that I mistakenly selected the return date as the 25th instead of the 26th. Despite contacting Orbitz within an hour, I was informed that due to Vueling's policy, I needed to reach out to them directly. However, my three attempts to contact Vueling were unsuccessful as the calls were disconnected after the automated service attempted to transfer me to an agent. Even though I was within the 24-hour no-charge change window, I couldn't make the correction as I couldn't reach anyone at Vueling. This situation left me extremely frustrated. I have evidence that the Orbitz agent tried to assist me, but unfortunately, I couldn't get through to Vueling in time.

I am in the process of booking a multi-city flight from Singapore to Barcelona with Wmirates Airlines, and then from Barcelona to Santiago with Vueling Airline. I have a few questions regarding my upcoming trip. 1. Upon arrival at BCN, will I need to do a self-transfer between airlines? 2. My ticket currently does not include checked luggage for the Vueling flight. Can I purchase checked luggage after my ticket is issued? This way, when I check in at Singapore Airport, the luggage can be sent straight through to Santiago without needing to claim it at BCN and recheck it with Vueling Airlines. Our flight was scheduled for 7:35 from Barcelona to Milan. We were informed of a delay at 6, but later, the website showed the flight leaving at 9:20. Despite receiving a message at 8 about gates opening, by 8:10, upon reaching the gate, we found it deserted. We subsequently visited the Vueling customer service office, where we discovered the plane had departed at 7 with no specified delay, contradicting the message. Unfortunately, the customer service agent was unhelpful and displayed a rude attitude. He insisted we purchase new tickets for [redacted] euros each, a significant increase from our original 22 euros. Being Erasmus students, our budget is tight, making this unforeseen expense challenging. Requesting a refund is necessary to manage expenses within our restricted budget.

I traveled from Stuggart to Barcelona on April 5, using booking reference number UCW14F. Upon check-in at the kiosk, I was charged 90 euros for checking in my suitcase. This charge now appears on my credit card statement as $98.78 USD. The staff informed me to seek a refund from a Vueling representative in Barcelona. However, the representative in Barcelona, while acknowledging my eligibility for a refund, was unable to assist due to a busy flight schedule. Good morning, I would like to report that my flight VY5511 from Bordeaux to Madrid on 06.04.[redacted] at 09:15, with booking reference KH9FMG, was canceled due to the national strike in France. There seems to be a technical issue as the flight still appears as active in my account despite not flying on the scheduled date. Consequently, I have not received any email regarding a refund. On January 24, [redacted], we traveled from Barcelona (BCN) to Milan (MXP) on flight VY6332. Unfortunately, our luggage was lost for a few days, and it contained all of our essential belongings since we had packed everything together for the three of us. We were advised to buy some basic items in the meantime and submit the receipts for reimbursement. However, despite sending in the receipts and the request, we have not received any further updates. Our luggage was eventually returned to us a couple of days after the initial loss.

I am encountering difficulty logging into the app due to fingerprint recognition issues as I am a cancer patient. I need access to reset my account. Furthermore, I attempted to reset my password online, but I received an error message stating, "Sorry but, due to a connection error, you cannot sign up for Vueling Club at this time." I have reservations with Iberia from Nice to Barcelona for May 21, [redacted]. Iberia’s site indicates they operate the flight and instructs me to manage the booking on their website. However, when I attempt to do so using my email ([redacted]), the website claims it is invalid. I am also encountering an error message when I try to manage the booking using the flight details. I booked a trip with British Airways to Bilbao, and the flight is operated by Vueling. I reserved one 23kg hold bag for my wife and myself through BA, but when I reviewed the booking on Vueling's site, the hold bags were not shown. I am concerned about this discrepancy. The BA booking reference is W8868Z, and the Vueling reference is DLBPMH. Can you please verify that our two hold bags are included? Hello, On 15 April, I took VY6212 from Rome to Malaga. I paid extra for baggage, but at the boarding gate, I was asked to pay for my carry-on suitcase under 10kg. The staff explained I needed to exit the airport, check in my bag, go through customs, then go through customs again to re-enter the airport. When I paid for the additional baggage on trip.com, there was no alternate option. Can I request a refund, please? Thank you.

Regarding booking code QJY3YQ, I have noticed that the email instructs me that my booking only includes one underseat bag, but I originally purchased flights with an underseat bag and a cabin bag for each person. On April 19, [redacted], I flew with Vueling from Stuttgart, Germany, to Alicante, Spain, with a 3-hour layover in Barcelona. Upon arrival, my delayed flight to Alicante led to my suitcase not making it. I filled out a Property Irregularity Report with Vueling, describing my dark blue/turquoise hard case trolley with a round, black sticker that says “I’m alive.” However, the airline failed to note all the details and erroneously stated the report date as the 20th instead of the 19th. Checking online, I noticed updates for other customers' reports mixed up with mine. Vueling assured me my luggage would arrive the next day, but three days have passed with no sign of it and no communication from the airline. Customer support is limited to a chatbot that offers no new information on my missing belongings. I seek assistance to recover my lost suitcase.

I have reserved an additional seat with Vueling to bring a musical instrument on board. When trying to check-in, I attempted to add a cabin trolley for myself, but it only allows adding it to both reservations, doubling the costs. I spent 2 hours trying to contact someone by phone to no avail. During this time, the price for the cabin bag increased from 24 euro to 31 euro per person, requiring me to reserve 2 bags instead of one. The check-in system does not permit a randomly allocated seat and insists on purchasing 2 seats, resulting in an extra 92 euros instead of the additional 24 euros for the cabin bag. As I have a connecting flight with another airline before the Vueling flight, I cannot address this matter at the airport due to time constraints. I have to check-in online and only travel with hand luggage.

I need help with my compensation claim number [redacted]0 with Vueling. Hello, I need assistance with a double booking I made for a flight through Kiwi and Edreams. I promptly canceled the Edreams reservation within 10 minutes on their platform. Our flight was canceled on Sunday, the 23rd, departing from Orly, Paris. The email from the airline cited a national strike in France until May 10th as the reason, which we believe is incorrect. Due to the lack of availability via phone, we arranged our own route home, taking a train from Paris to Brussels and a flight from Brussels to Norway and then to Copenhagen.
