I experienced a flight cancellation from Düsseldorf to Barcelona (VY1897) due to a strike at Düsseldorf Airport. Consequently, I have canceled both legs of my trip, including the return flight from Barcelona to Düsseldorf (VY1898) for two passengers. My main query is when and if I will receive a full refund for all four flights.

I made a reservation through Eagle Walter at Truairfare.com, who claimed to be an EXPEDIA agent but was actually a travel agent. The reservation for Donald N. L. and David S. R. to fly from London LGW to Florence FLR on May 28th, [redacted] at 8:10 PM on flight [redacted] and back from Florence Peretola FLR to London Gatwick LGW on June 1st, [redacted] at 7:45 AM was canceled within the 24-hour notice period as requested. I am having difficulties contacting Vueling. My companion and I, both with disabilities, have upcoming Vueling flights on May 2 and May 19. We require wheelchair and seating accommodations for our connection. Unfortunately, I am unable to reach Vueling directly. Our British Airways flight is linked to Vueling, and we are feeling stranded as we were not informed that special assistance arrangements could not be made with Vueling. We need wheelchair assistance from British Airways flight reference KYHW5D to the Vueling flight. Upon landing in Bilbao from Palma, I noticed my suitcase was damaged. The airline promptly arranged for a replacement. However, I was taken aback when a staff member from the baggage department requested that I transport a customer's phone to the UK. I politely declined, suggesting they handle it through proper channels. Despite my insistence, the staff member seemed insistent on me taking the phone. Subsequently, during security check, I was unexpectedly tested for drugs. This entire experience left me feeling uneasy. It raises questions about the airline's policies regarding passenger involvement in such matters.

I am contacting regarding the delayed flight incident that my husband experienced while traveling from Zurich to Tunis last Sunday, March 19th, [redacted]. I have successfully made two bookings from ALC to BAR for April 5. The bookings were completed on March 8, and I have PayPal receipts for both transactions. I can provide you with the invoice ID and Purchase Details code upon request.
The bookings include one flight for myself and another flight for two of my friends. However, I am currently unable to access my bookings as I did not receive a confirmation email. When attempting to log in on the website, it indicates that my email is incorrect.

I recently received an email from Vuling requesting volunteers to change their flight from Malaga to Barcelona on March 29, [redacted] (VY2110) due to the possibility of the flight being full, despite having already checked in. My booking reference is WYWT2L. I am anxious about the potential of being denied this flight as I have important surgery scheduled in Barcelona that I have already paid for, as well as accommodations for my recovery. Changing the date or time of the flight is not an option for me since everything is arranged for my surgery. If proof of my surgery booking is required, I am willing to provide it along with details of my accommodation.

I experienced a flight cancellation (LK1SNN) the day before my scheduled departure, which resulted in an unexpected overnight stay in Madrid due to it being a connecting flight. I incurred additional expenses for transportation, accommodation, and meals because of the airline's cancellation. Despite contacting Vueling airlines for compensation, my emails are not being recognized. Fortunately, Trip.com is assisting in getting a refund for the ticket, but I am seeking compensation for the extra costs I had to cover myself. I find the customer service provided by Vueling airlines to be lacking, especially the difficulty in speaking to a representative. I hope for a prompt resolution to this matter.

Due to a strike, the first flight was canceled, and I was rescheduled for 1 April, causing me to miss the return flight. I was unable to change the flight dates online due to errors on the website. I'm Vessela Terzieva, and I'd like to share a brief version of our experience. My husband and I booked tickets through Booking.com for flight IB5151 from Barcelona to Malaga on November 7, [redacted]. Unfortunately, on November 2, [redacted], the flight was canceled by the airline with no same-day rebooking option provided by Veuling. We had to book a later flight with Iberia on the same day to avoid missing our rental car in Malaga. Following the cancellation, I immediately reached out to the airline via email and Booking.com by phone for help. While the airline stated they would contact me in 7 days, Booking.com mentioned a refund in 3 days. Days passed without any updates, even after contacting both parties multiple times.
