I am having trouble using my credit on the Vueling app as it states that 'the credit for this booking has run out.' However, the email I received mentions that the credit is valid until April 2, [redacted], and I would prefer a refund as the flight cost was 78 euros. During the Covid period, it was canceled, not 58 euros as indicated.
I have attempted to contact customer service at +[redacted]70, but the number provided seems to be invalid. When calling the customer service number, I only reach an automated machine. Despite my previous inquiries requesting a refund, I have yet to receive a response.
I would appreciate clarification on why a refund was not offered, why the amount is lower than the paid value, and why I am unable to use my flight credit due to it being expired according to your website.

Upon our arrival at Gatwick on flight VY6607, one piece of our checked luggage was missing from the carousel. Despite trying to report the issue on Vueling's website the next morning, I couldn't find a way to register the loss. I used the "Complaint" section of the website and provided the luggage receipt number 0 [redacted] VY [redacted], requesting assistance and compensation if needed.
Following this, I filled in forms at BA's office in Gatwick, who handle some of Vueling's matters. They assured me they would look into it but never contacted me. Despite reaching out to Vueling's CEO via email, I did not receive a response. Eventually, Aer Lingus in Dublin contacted me after several days as our contact information was on the missing luggage.
Unfortunately, Vueling has been unresponsive and unhelpful throughout this process.

Hello, I am inquiring about the status of my lost luggage incident that occurred on Jan 26. The PIR number is STRVY11849 and the bag is under the name of J. Wahler. My checked bag with Tag [redacted] VY592230 on Flight VY1866 from MAD to BCN and then with VY1003 from BCN to STR did not arrive on Jan 26. I filed a report at STR airport with Global on Jan 26 and have been in touch with the airport's Global and Local luggage teams in Stuttgart, as well as Lost and Found. I also registered the case on your website on Jan 28. It has been 12 days since and I have not received any response from Vueling. I suspect theft and will pursue reimbursement after 21 days. I received an email informing me that my booking THLU8T has been modified. Originally, I was scheduled on VY1311 departing Alicante at 16.45 to Barcelona on April 15, [redacted]. Now, I have been switched to the 21.40 flight on the same day. I noticed that seats for my original flight are still being sold, which confuses me. Why was I moved? As a retired individual traveling solo, I am uneasy about traveling so late in the night. Nonetheless, it's crucial for me to get to Barcelona on the 15th of April. I attempted to contact Vueling through their automated customer service but conveying my query clearly was challenging, and there is no other assistance available.

Salve, vorrei informarvi che a causa dello sciopero dei controllori di volo del 7 febbraio [redacted], il mio volo Venezia-Marsiglia con Ryanair è stato annullato. Ho acquistato due nuovi voli presso la vostra compagnia a nome di Marie Sandra Farruggio e Giuseppe Taranto (UH22SJ e S96CMR) per cercare di raggiungere la Francia, credevo fossero per l'8 febbraio ma in realtà erano per l'8 marzo. I made flight bookings on February 16, [redacted], with your airline for a journey from Valencia to Orly (Paris). Unfortunately, I had to cancel both flights on April 20, [redacted], as my partner needed surgery. I received confirmation of the cancellation via email on April 28, [redacted], along with a credit voucher for future use with code XIEM8A valid for 18 months. I am experiencing issues with Vueling not being able to validate my residency status, unlike Iberia, which can do so promptly using the same data. This inconvenience causes problems when checking in online or at self-service kiosks, resulting in long queues at the airport. While obtaining a travel certificate online is easy, it does not resolve the validation problem as a customer. I am seeking clarification on why Vueling struggles to validate residencies and how to address this issue. I encountered issues with my booking. The payment of [redacted]€ was deducted from my bank account; however, I did not receive any flight confirmation or email. Upon searching for the booking number on the website, I found: QJE3SQ. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate any confirmation or additional flight details. I recently had my flight to Paris (originally scheduled for March 8, [redacted], at 9:35 from Hamburg) canceled abruptly. I had to request a refund for the tickets as no alternative flights were offered. The lack of communication was disappointing as I never received an email or notification of the cancellation from "lastminute.de". It wasn't until I tried to check-in that I found out about the cancellation. Now, I have to find a more costly means of transportation to get to Paris. I believe I am entitled to compensation for this inconvenience.

When I was at the security boarding counter, they took my backpack, claiming it was big and asked me to pay 60 euros. I booked a flight from Brussels to Barcelona on Monday at 21:35 on September 3rd, [redacted]. Initially, I booked through a travel agency at [redacted] with confirmation code DH4JSG. However, the booking was canceled the next day, and I received a refund.

I recently modified my Vueling booking to include checked and cabin baggage. I noticed an extra charge of Eur133.88 labeled as "2 Adults" that I did not authorize or understand. While attempting to resolve this through their online customer service, I encountered a question about my tax ID number. Being Canadian, I do not possess a EU tax ID. I'm writing about flight VY7815 on March 5, [redacted]. The original flight was delayed by an hour and then diverted back to Barcelona. There was no clear information provided about the next steps, and passengers had to go through customs twice. The level of professionalism demonstrated by Vueling and its staff during this experience was deeply disappointing, and I've decided not to choose their services in the future.

I'm disappointed by the experience with your check-in process for Cyprus. Upon arrival at the airport, we were directed to a different desk by Vueling staff, resulting in a missed check-in due to the system closing. Additionally, the flight departure time changed, compounding the issues. Unfortunately, we are now unable to fly to Malaga, impacting our pre-booked accommodations and a mandatory seminar. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service by phone, we have been unable to reach an agent for assistance. This situation is unacceptable, and we urgently require assistance to resolve this matter and board today's flight.

My luggage did not arrive at Dakar Airport on Saturday, 11th March. My booking number is DDZ77P for the flight from London via Barcelona. The flight from London was delayed, leading me to believe my luggage is still in Barcelona. I reported the missing luggage at Dakar Airport with reference number DSSXH12187. Unfortunately, when I attempt to track it on the Vueling website, the reference is not recognized. I tried contacting the airport by phone today, but they were unable to assist over the phone and suggested I visit in person. Due to my work as a doctor on a charity hospital ship (Mercy Ships) for the next 2 weeks, visiting the airport is not possible for me. I am hopeful that my luggage will arrive on the next flight from Barcelona to Dakar tomorrow. Any assistance in recovering my belongings would be greatly appreciated.
