On December 20th, our flight from Barcelona to Porto, VY8476, was overbooked. We opted to wait 12 hours for the next flight, VY8462, to Lisbon, then took a bus to Porto. Unfortunately, our luggage didn't make it to Lisbon. The bus was not ready, leading to a late arrival and no public transportation available, forcing us to take a 3-hour taxi ride to Porto. On December 22nd, we asked GROUNDFORCE to keep our luggage in Barcelona since we were leaving Porto on December 23rd by train. The call center informed us that the luggage might have arrived in Porto or not. It's now the evening of the 23rd, and we still have no confirmation on the whereabouts of our luggage. We had to cancel our train and are currently stranded with uncertainty. Kindly provide an immediate update on the current location of our luggage.

I noticed a misspelling on my reservation. The booking code is XLBM4X, and the name is listed as Bonnie Per, when it should be Bonnie Perelli. The email used for the reservation is [redacted] I tried to correct it online but was prompted to contact Customer Service. Since a toll-free US number isn't available, and the wait times are extensive, I'm hoping to find an alternative way to make the correction without incurring long-distance charges. Any assistance you can offer would be highly valued.

Beste, Ik wil graag een probleem delen dat ik ondervind met de klantenservice van Vueling. Ik heb een vlucht geboekt van Malaga naar Brussel op 9 en 10 januari. Dit betrof een vlucht van Malaga naar Barcelona en vervolgens vroeg in de ochtend een vlucht van Barcelona naar Brussel. Omdat ik deze vluchten niet als één boeking kon maken, heb ik twee aparte vluchten geboekt, één van Malaga naar Barcelona met boekingscode ULG5GX en één van Barcelona naar Brussel met boekingscode BYEY7V. Ik kreeg bericht dat vlucht ULG5GX geannuleerd was en ik een dag eerder in de namiddag een andere vlucht kon kiezen, waardoor ik 30 uur moest wachten op mijn volgende vlucht. Vueling vertelde mij dat zij alleen de vlucht van Malaga konden annuleren en niet de vlucht van Barcelona naar Brussel, hoewel dit mijn aansluitende vlucht was. I boarded with a suitable hand luggage, but a Vueling Airlines flight attendant took it without asking and stowed it under the plane. Upon arrival in Berlin, my luggage was nowhere to be found. My reservation number is FHUM7A. Personal Details: Surname: SECIL, Reference Number: BERVY10362, Date Incident Reported: December 9, [redacted]. However, there was an error on the form filled as my name was mistakenly listed as a surname and the incident date was incorrectly stated as December 9 instead of December 8. When trying to report the incident online, the system indicated a missing entry.

However, the hand luggage for our return flight on January 15, [redacted], has not been confirmed. We need hand luggage for the return flight as well. Dear Customer Service, I am writing in regards to my daughter's recent flight experience with Vueling on December 24, [redacted]. She was traveling from Amsterdam to Rome on flight number VY6293. Despite booking online with hand luggage, she was required to check her bag at the airport and was charged €30. Upon arrival in Rome, her luggage was missing. After contacting the airline, we were informed that her suitcase was still in Amsterdam. Despite assurances, the bag has not been delivered yet, causing inconvenience as she is leaving for university soon. We are seeking a refund for the incurred expenses and the trouble this situation has caused. The lack of resolution and communication has left us dissatisfied with Vueling's service, and we are considering alternative airlines in the future.

On the 26th of December, I purchased five tickets from Oslo to Madrid for the 28th of December through Vueling's website for [redacted].30 euros. Despite not receiving any tickets or reservation code, I contacted Vueling on the 27th to rectify the situation. After multiple unsuccessful attempts, I was informed that the flight may have been canceled or overbooked, leading to the absence of my tickets. Subsequently, I had to purchase new tickets and incur additional expenses for a hotel in Madrid. Despite Vueling debiting my account for the tickets, the lack of booking numbers impedes my ability to reclaim my funds. Upon speaking to a Vueling supervisor at the Mallorca airport, I discovered that the tickets bought through Vueling's website were actually for Iberia flights, specifically flight number IB3497. I have since reached out to Iberia to obtain the necessary information to file a complaint against Vueling. How should I proceed to secure a refund for the undelivered tickets?

Regarding Baggage Booking - DCYZ9C I made a booking for cabin bags, but they did not appear in the booking as expected. Despite paying for them, customer service could not locate them in the records. Consequently, I had to switch them to be checked in the hold since I was informed there was no space in the cabin. My grievances are: 1. The confirmation email initially included the cabin bags, so it seems like I paid unnecessarily. 2. Upon boarding, there was actually ample space in the cabin for our bags, contradicting the earlier information. 3. Due to being instructed to shift our 10-kilo luggage to the hold, it got lost, causing a 3-day delay in retrieval. This loss could have been avoided if we had been able to bring our bags on board, as initially intended and paid for. On the 28th of December [redacted], I flew from Düsseldorf to Barcelona and then from Barcelona to Malaga. Unfortunately, my suitcase did not arrive with me. I went to the Baggage Service counter in Malaga to report my missing luggage, where they took down my information and provided me with a reference number: AGPVY56339. Despite leaving my address, I returned to Germany on January 1st, [redacted], without my suitcase as it had not arrived yet. Upon realizing it was delivered late in the evening where I stayed, I had to wait another week for my husband, who was still there, to bring it to me. During my time in Spain, I had to purchase clothing, shoes, and hygiene items since my luggage was missing, even for my children who needed clothes for New Year's Eve. My concern is regarding the reimbursement process for these expenses. I was informed that I could buy items and later claim reimbursement from Vueling. My spouse and I had scheduled a flight to Malaga on 20/12/22 from Cardiff Airport with Flight VY1261 and Booking Code QJ71YQCWL-AGP20. We encountered technical issues upon boarding and were asked to deplane. Although Vueling emailed us to stay updated, we lacked information during the six-hour wait at the airport until the flight cancellation was announced at 16:00hrs. Directed to the Radisson Blu Hotel, we had to pay £92 due to a lack of confirmation from Vueling, leading to stress and confusion. After being instructed to return to Cardiff Airport the next morning, we finally departed on 21/12 at 13:15. Despite losing two days of our holiday, we have not received further communication or compensation information. We seek guidance on the process for obtaining compensation for the expenses and stress incurred during this incident.

Booking Code: KGV9PG Original Booking: Departing from Bergen on 29th March to Barcelona Returning from Barcelona on 1st April to Bergen I received an email about a flight change for the Bergen VY1877 flight, moving it from the 29th March to 1st April. This adjustment doesn't make sense, having arrival and departure on the same day with just one hour apart? I attempted to review options in the "manage booking" section as suggested. The website was difficult to navigate, and I am positive I did not confirm any changes. Now it seems the journey is starting in Barcelona, which is confusing. I would like to modify the booking to the following: Departing from Bergen to Barcelona on Saturday, 1st April, and returning from Barcelona to Bergen on 5th April. This should incur no extra charges as Vueling canceled the original 29th March flight from Bergen. Can you assist with updating the booking accordingly?

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Vueling on 24 October [redacted]. I was scheduled to travel from Paris Orly to London Gatwick on flight number [redacted] at 18.30. Due to technical issues, the flight was rescheduled for the next day, and we were provided with alternative tickets: - Charles De Gaulle to Santiago De Compostela VY [redacted] on 25 October - Santiago De Compostela to Gatwick VY [redacted] on 25 October Although a taxi was promised to take us to Charles de Gaulle airport the next day, it did not arrive. Consequently, I had to organize my own transport and share a €60 taxi with two others, costing me €20. Hello! I made a reservation for a flight from Barcelona to Paris on 7/13/22 through Booking.com with Vueling Airline. The airline reference number is S9P67L for a travel date of 4/23/23. I cancelled the booking on 10/14/22 because my mom, a passenger, cannot fly due to her heart condition. Booking.com told me the flight is non-refundable, and I need to claim a refund from the insurance company I purchased.
