My wife, son, and I are unable to travel due to my wife's medical condition for the next few weeks or possibly months. I contacted Vueling two days ago, provided the necessary documents, and received a case number for the cancellation of our booking and refund request. This morning, I followed up on the case and was informed that it has not been reviewed yet. I hope for a prompt resolution before the flight date to receive a refund as flight credit as per our situation. Our booking reference is AFBV5G, and the case ID is [redacted]7.

I accidentally booked the same flight twice. Initially, I made a booking through booking.com, but it remained pending for 2 days, raising concerns. After contacting them, I was informed I could cancel within 72 hours post-confirmation if it went through. To ensure my trip proceeded smoothly, I made another reservation elsewhere. Subsequently, the original booking with booking.com was confirmed, and they advised me to reach out directly to cancel. The booking code for the order in question is YLEPQK, scheduled from SVQ to TFN on December 25th.

I am requesting a refund for the cost of two pieces of luggage that I had to pay for twice. I purchased a flight with you from Paris CDG to MDA for two people departing at 7:30 am operated by Iberia Express. The price I paid of [redacted].76 euros was supposed to include two 23 KG pieces of luggage. However, during check-in, the baggage did not show on the system, and the airline charged me an additional 66 euros to check them in. I took a screenshot of the flight prices on the website to show that the paid amount should have covered checked luggage. Please let me know how I can provide you with all the necessary documents to support this information. I am reaching out through this forum since I couldn't find airline staff at MAD airport and have not received a response from the email [redacted] I look forward to hearing how we can proceed with the refund of the 66 euros.

Good morning, I encountered a family issue and had to change my flight from the 13th to the 20th of December. I believed I only needed to pay the fare difference, but I ended up paying the full price. My booking number for the 13th of December flight is BIKZUA, and it seems like it's still open in the app. I switched the date to the 20th for flight O3Y4MP and paid the full price for it. Additionally, there's an inconvenience with luggage; I have a cabin bag from Barcelona to Prague, but not from Cagliari to Barcelona, even though I paid extra for it. All the luggage fees were paid originally for the first flight, and now I had to pay again. I've tried calling for assistance but haven't been successful. I appreciate any help. On November 28, [redacted], we had a reservation for Vueling flight [redacted] from Nice to Barcelona, with confirmation number ODVIXC. The flight was booked through edreams on August 11, [redacted], for $[redacted].00, listed as an Iberia airlines flight operated by Vueling. Upon checking in at Nice airport, we were initially allowed one bag, but then informed our payment had been refunded. We were asked to contact Vueling or purchase another ticket. Unable to reach Vueling via phone, we bought a new ticket (confirmation no. NJMEKN) for $[redacted].49 to board the flight. Staff directed us to seek help at Barcelona airport. In Barcelona, Mark at the Vueling counter couldn't find a reason for the issue and advised contacting Vueling customer service. No refund has been received for ODVIXC. We request a reimbursement for the $[redacted].49 NJMEKN ticket purchased in Nice airport. The customer service experience at Nice airport with the Vueling representatives was unhelpful, as they didn't assist in resolving the matter or provide a contact number, instructing us to find it online.

Unfortunately, my travel partner and I are unwell, experiencing symptoms of diarrhea. Therefore, we are unable to board our flight from Copenhagen to Tenerife today. Please assist us in canceling our flight bookings. I made the payment for both tickets and I am seeking a refund for them. If not possible, I would like to receive flight points for future use when I recover. I plan on choosing a different destination for my next trip since he will no longer be traveling with me. My Thursday flight was canceled, and I agreed to rebook for the same day. However, that replacement flight got canceled too. They said they would contact me within two days between 12-4 pm, but it's now the third day, and I haven't heard anything. I found an email asking me to check in for my Thursday flight at 07:40, which I never requested or accepted, as I can't make it to the airport by then.

Unfortunately, due to the Covid-19 entry ban, we were unable to take this trip. Please advise on the process for receiving a refund for these tickets or rebooking them for future dates, given the current closure of European airspace to Russian airlines. Hello, My mother, Friederike Goldapp, booked a round trip flight on 12/28/22 from Barcelona to Düsseldorf with reservation no. LXHSWH/WFVF7J. The return flight is on 1/3/23 with Eurowings, reservation number JJHDTN. Since we couldn't get further assistance online or over the phone, I'm reaching out through this channel hoping to make progress. On November 30th, I traveled from Madrid to Gatwick with Booking Code TIM8KQ. My ticket originally included a large bag, but at check-in, I was informed that it did not. Despite showing the attendant my ticket, she insisted on a Eur60 payment for the bag. I reluctantly paid to avoid any further issues. Throughout the interaction, the supervisor displayed rudeness and impatience. I am now seeking to file a complaint regarding the attendant's behavior and to request a refund of the additional charge. I have submitted my complaint on the Vueling website and have attempted to reach out to Customer Services with little success. It appears that my concerns are being ignored, and I am unable to get a meaningful response.

Hello, I made a booking less than 24 hours ago, but I mistakenly entered the wrong surname. I need to correct the surname from Curtis to Collins. Booking Code - MFL4YT Flight GVA-MAD 27/04/[redacted] 12.35 Name - Joan Collins (incorrectly given as Joan Curtis). Hello, I received a booking confirmation from Vueling Airlines via email for a booking I did not make. I am uncertain if this is a hoax. Can you please verify if someone else made this booking and assist in deleting it? The booking code referenced in the email is IHVWMD. The payment method indicated is through Mastercard, which I do not possess. I have made a booking with eSky, and I'm unsure why this email from Vueling Airlines was sent to me. Hello, I am inquiring about the time it takes to receive a refund in the form of flight credit after cancelling a booking. On the website, it states that I should receive an email outlining the next steps within a few minutes. I purchased two tickets to Barcelona through the Iberia website with confirmation L5JJ5. Despite trying to select seats, I encountered issues. I was informed that the tickets are for Vueling and should access them using my email and code PEMLTP. However, when I tried to log in, I received a message stating that my account does not exist. I am confused about how to select seats and why I exist in Iberia but not in Vueling.

Booking number DKE1GX, my granddaughter Sarah Ives is currently booked to fly from Florence (FLR) to Barcelona (BCN) on 13 January. Due to the cancellation of her Spring term in Barcelona, she now needs to travel to her sister's home in Stuttgart, Germany (STR) instead. I kindly request to change her flight for the same date to fly from Florence to Stuttgart with the same class of service. I am aware that there might be a fare increase for this change. Although we have our boarding passes, the payment has not reflected in my Natwest bank account yet.
