Upon my arrival in Glasgow, my luggage did not arrive with me. I waited over 50 minutes at the desk for assistance and a P.I.R. number, but there was no staff present to help. I filled out a form after waiting and left it on the unattended desk as I had to catch a connecting BA Flight, which I ended up missing. Without a P.I.R. number, I am struggling to get any assistance in retrieving my bag. On 3rd July, I flew from Barcelona to Nice on Flight VY1515, but upon landing, my husband and [redacted] passengers did not receive our checked luggage. Despite filing a missing luggage report with pictures, including the suitcase, Swiss lock, and identification marks, we have not received any updates. Even after visiting the French Riviera, Paris, and returning to India, our luggage has not been located. Confusion over the baggage tag numbers NCEVY18816 and NCELX21517 has made the situation more frustrating. The customer service representatives have been unhelpful and rude, making it difficult to resolve the issue or claim compensation. This experience has marred my 30th birthday trip, causing financial strain and disappointment. It's disheartening that the airline has not taken responsibility for forgetting the luggage of [redacted] passengers.

Hello, I took a flight from Barcelona to Nice on July 3rd (Flight number VY1515). Upon landing in Nice, my husband and I, along with [redacted] other passengers, did not receive our checked luggage. I already provided pictures of the suitcase, Swiss lock, and identification marks, as well as the baggage tag. Despite filing a PIR at the airport and being assured our luggage would arrive shortly, as of July 22nd, we still have not received any updates. We traveled to the French Riviera, Paris, and back to India without our luggage. The customer service team provided conflicting information about locating our suitcase, with one instance where they claimed it was found, only to later deny it. Visiting the Nice Airport yielded no results, and we were met with unhelpful and rude staff. Despite our attempts to file a complaint, make claims, and request compensation, we have faced issues with incorrect details. This has been incredibly frustrating, especially as it significantly impacted my 30th birthday trip and resulted in financial strain due to the airline's negligence. The customer service team has been uncooperative and uninformative regarding our missing luggage. It is baffling how an airline can overlook the luggage of [redacted] passengers and proceed with takeoff.

Regarding our Lost and Found Report with PIR No: BCNVY47584 and luggage tagging numbers VY763884, VY763843, VY763836, VY763783, and VY763797, submitted at Barcelona El-Prat Airport on 19th July [redacted] at 23:24: Flight Information: Flight Carrier: Vueling Flight No: VY8307 Departure: Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) Arrival: Barcelona El-Prat (BCN) Date & Time: 19/2/[redacted] @ 18:25 We are disappointed that our 5 missing luggages have not been located as promised by Vueling Airline within 72 hours from filing the Loss Report. Despite multiple calls to Vueling Office, we have not received any updates to date. These luggages contain valuable personal items, holiday essentials, and medication vital to 2 elderly individuals. The delay has disrupted our trip and poses a serious health risk to the elderly without their medication. We urgently request Vueling Airline to intensify efforts in locating and returning our luggages promptly to prevent further impact on the health of the elderly. During my recent trip from Munich to Barcelona (vy1813) and the return flight (vy1816) between July 21st and 25th, I faced luggage issues. Upon arrival in Barcelona, the baggage for the entire flight was missing. Despite spending hours at the lost & found counter, the process to file a delayed bag form was cumbersome. The reference number for the report is BCNVY22811. After being informed that my bag was found and would be delivered, I missed a delivery attempt and struggled to reach the courier. Upon returning home, my luggage was not delivered as promised. I am requesting a status update, communication with the courier, and a refund for the checked bag service that was not provided during my entire trip.

I had a frustrating experience with Vueling Airlines on my flight from Barcelona to London Gatwick Airport. Initially scheduled for flight VY7820 on July 22nd, I was bumped due to overbooking and placed on a later flight, VY7828, causing a delay. Upon arrival at London Gatwick, my checked luggage went missing from both flights, causing me distress as it has been 4 days and I still have no information on its whereabouts. Despite having a PIR number, I have been unable to locate my luggage and the customer service line is unresponsive. As an international student in the UK preparing to return to China in 20 days, I am anxious to recover my belongings.

We experienced an issue with our luggage during a trip from Tampa, Florida, USA to Barcelona, Spain, via Philadelphia (PHL). Unfortunately, our bags did not make it to Spain with us. Hello, I have spent 5 hours trying to fill out the Lost and Found form for my delayed luggage, and only after 8 days have I managed to do so. Unfortunately, I keep encountering an error message near the end stating "something went wrong, please try again later." I am frustrated and have just enlisted the help of a lawyer who will take over the case. On July 12, [redacted], I, M. Nikollbibaj, took the flight from Malaga to Barcelona under booking code DLBU4R. Upon arrival, my luggage was not delivered, forcing my partner to fly to Barcelona to help locate it at the Vueling counter. It took us 1.5 hours to retrieve the luggage. I am seeking advice on how to proceed with a compensation claim following a series of issues with my flights. My connecting British Airways flight, originally booked through American Airlines, was missed due to a delay with the preceding British Airways flight. I was rerouted onto an Iberia flight, which was then last-minute changed to a Vueling operated plane. Regrettably, my luggage has been missing for over a month, and despite contacting American Airlines, Iberia, and Vueling, I have not received any compensation or assistance with replacing the lost items. Vueling has been unhelpful, insisting I should contact American Airlines as they were the original booking company. American Airlines, on the other hand, claims they are not responsible as the final flight was operated by Vueling. Following EU Air Passenger Rights, I reached out to Iberia as the operating airline, but they have also denied liability stating they were not the final carrier. This has left me in a predicament as each airline shifts responsibility to the other. Any guidance on the next steps to secure compensation would be greatly appreciated.

On July 21st, my parents and I were scheduled to board flight VY6945 from STN to ORY with booking code VDIBGC. Despite arriving at the airport before 17:00 for our 18:35 departure, we were informed by the check-in staff that we had missed the window as the personnel had already left. This caused confusion as we sought advice on what to do next. Despite efforts to change the flight or reach the airline by phone, no resolution was found. Ultimately, an email was sent seeking guidance on the situation. Interestingly, we discovered that several groups of passengers had faced the same issue, with some arriving even earlier than us at 16:00. It seemed that regardless of early arrival times, they too were unable to check in due to staff availability. Due to this experience, we were unable to board the plane as intended, resulting in unexpected expenses for an additional night's stay in the UK, a hotel in Paris, and boat tickets for the following day. We kindly request a refund for the incurred costs, given the circumstances that were beyond our control.

Hello, my name is Harry Marion-Crawford. I recently traveled from London Gatwick to Lisbon (LIS) with a connection in Paris Orly (ORY). My flight from London to Paris Orly (VY [redacted] C) on 07 July [redacted] was delayed by approximately 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting flight. Dear Sir or Madam, I am P.B. M. and I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Vueling. This was my first time using the airline, and unfortunately, it has turned into a nightmare. It has been a week since my flight, and I am still without my luggage. I was traveling from DSS (Dakar, Senegal) with a layover in BCN (Aena) on my way to LGW (London Gatwick Airport). I suspect my luggage is either stuck in Barcelona or never left Dakar. Despite reaching out via email, I have not received any responses. I am eager to have my belongings returned as soon as possible, especially since important university documents are in the suitcase. During check-in at Alicante airport for flight [redacted] to Cardiff on July 29th, my wife collapsed and required ambulance assistance. The Vueling staff placed our two cases (a large grey one and a small dark blue one) behind the counter as we couldn't take them. The large case contains folded clothes with two blue bathing towels on top, while the smaller case holds our shoes, toiletries, jewelry, and a makeup bag topped with a purple hand towel. The cases are labeled with an identity strap with "R.E. & C GORE" on them. We arrived in Cardiff without our luggage, and a PIR form was filled out with reference number CWLVY [redacted]-80. Our booking references are [redacted]2 with TUI and WIZ5YT with Vueling. I hope this information helps in resolving the situation.

While my carry-on bag was with me on the plane at LAX, the crew in Barcelona took it before the flight, telling me to collect it from the "Baggage Claim" area. I am having trouble accessing my flight because the booking code, FL1 H3E, is showing as invalid, according to Vueling. We are set to fly on Saturday, 13th August, and I did not cancel this booking. Despite reaching out to Vueling three times, they have not been able to assist me directly and have only promised to call me back. I am concerned that the flight might get fully booked in the meantime. My initial call was placed 3 hours ago. I am hoping for prompt reinstatement of my booking from Vueling.

Good afternoon, I purchased two tickets for a flight from London to Rome departing on 07/26/[redacted] at 20:55. One ticket was on Vueling Airlines, flight VY-[redacted] for Irina Ermakova with booking number LD1IYS. The other ticket was on Iberia Airlines operated by Vueling Airlines, flight IB-[redacted] for Georgii Ermakov with booking number UBRCCQ/1S. I attempted to check in online but was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, the flight was overbooked, and we were unable to board. I have a Customer Service reference number [redacted]5 for the Vueling flight and wish to claim compensation for the Iberia flight (UBRCCQ/1S). I am unable to process the claim online as the booking number corresponds to Iberia Airlines. I also seek reimbursement for the non-refundable Rome hotel, airport dinner, and next day's lunch. Hello, I encountered an issue with you. My flight scheduled for 3:20 was canceled. Despite giving you notice an hour before the flight, I found myself at the airport, enduring a lengthy two-hour wait in line for a new boarding pass. I was eventually denied boarding at the airport gate and had to wait until 10 pm, only to be rescheduled for a flight the next morning at 7 am. This caused significant inconvenience. As a result, I had to cancel my reservation at the Amsterdam hotel for July 30, [redacted]. The physical and mental fatigue from the long waits, totaling over 10 hours on July 30 and around 12 hours now on July 31, deeply impacted my trip and vacation plans. On the 13th of August [redacted], I had a flight from PMI via BCN to MUC. Unfortunately, my luggage was lost, most likely at PMI due to chaotic check-in situations. Upon arrival at MUC Airport, the lost and found counter at Terminal 1B Level 04 was closed and unattended, creating a confusing situation. Despite leaving a filled form there, I did not receive a confirmation or P.I.R. number required to contact Vueling Customer Service Chat for assistance. The inability to reach a Vueling representative in person is frustrating, as only automated chat or telephone responses are available.
