I had a flight credit with Vueling that expired last night on 19/06/22 while I was trying to make a booking online. I contacted Customer Service, but they were not willing to provide me with a brief extension on the expiry date so I could make the booking, even though I will still need to pay an extra large sum for the flight. I attempted to use the website, but I found it challenging to navigate successfully, and the email address provided here was also unresponsive.

Hello team, On the 16th of June, I was scheduled on flight VY6616 from Malaga to London Gatwick. Upon checking in my luggage, the staff informed me that the flight was delayed by at least 2 hours. Despite waiting in the duty-free area, there were no updates displayed on the screens. After seeking information from Vueling crew members, I learned the flight was delayed by 3 hours. I stayed in the lounge area where I was told updates would be announced, but unfortunately, there were no notifications. To my dismay, I discovered that the flight had departed without any communication to me. I was directed to retrieve my luggage at the Malaga airport, but it was nowhere to be found. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I received no assistance. Eventually, I had to purchase another ticket for the following day. After a long process, I was able to locate my missing luggage at the airport. I am disappointed by the lack of communication from Vueling and the inconvenience I experienced. I hope to discuss this matter with a Vueling representative and address the issues I faced during this journey. Thank you.

Good evening, My name is Andreas Bach. I, along with my partner Jasmin Gerlach, flew from Arrecife, Lanzarote, to Barcelona on Saturday, 18.06., where we missed our connecting flight to Munich due to a delay. On Sunday morning, 19.06., we were rebooked on a new flight from Barcelona to Munich. Unfortunately, our luggage did not arrive with us. We reported them missing at Munich Airport and received a reference number for the search: MUCVY11930. One of the missing items is a large dark blue NAUTICA hard-shell suitcase with yellow zippers, and the other is a large dark red hard-shell suitcase. Please inform me if the luggage has been found or how we can receive compensation for this inconvenience. Best regards, Andreas Bach

I am writing to share my experience at CBH airport on Friday, June 17th at 7 am. Upon attempting to check in, we were informed the flight was canceled, causing concern as we had plans in Barcelona that evening. Despite our attempts to contact you through the app, we encountered difficulties locating our booking. Consequently, we purchased new tickets to reach Barcelona. Upon arrival, we noticed the booking had been rescheduled for June 19th on the app, though we did not request this change. We returned on June 20th as originally planned. I am seeking a refund for the initial trip on June 17th, reimbursement for the extra legroom payment, and compensation for the inconvenience. I have included copies of the canceled boarding passes and flight booking for your reference.

I want to share my recent experience with a flight cancellation from Orly airport. Passengers were left waiting for 5 hours without information or food. The transfer to the hotel was chaotic, with no clear instructions. The hotel provided only basic meals and seemed unaware of the transfer back to the airport. The communication from the airline was confusing, with conflicting reasons for the cancellation. Overall, the lack of communication and service was disappointing. I am willing to provide more information to help improve customer satisfaction in the future. Thank you. - Marie Nicholls

On May 22, [redacted], my suitcase was lost on the Hamburg-Barcelona-Palma de Mallorca route. The case number is PMIVY67311, under the name HUBER. Due to a significant delay in Hamburg, I was rebooked on a different flight in Barcelona to Palma. Despite arriving in Palma, my suitcase did not. The check-in agent in Hamburg mistakenly tagged my baggage with insufficient details, which was only discovered after my suitcase went missing. It has been a month, and my suitcase has yet to be located and returned. I have been unable to complete the required documentation on Vueling.com as I keep getting directed to a chat option instead. I have detailed descriptions and images of the silver STRATIC suitcase, the dark blue paper bag, and a dark blue uniform inside, which are distinct. I am seeking information on the whereabouts of my suitcase or a minimum compensation of €[redacted] for the inconvenience and valuable items inside. Please advise on the next steps.

To whom it may concern, I recently booked a return flight with Kiwi from Athens to Alicante for June 14th to 19th. My itinerary included flights on Wizz Air, British Airways, Vueling, and ITA Airways. Despite having paid for a return ticket with one personal item and one cabin bag, I encountered an issue on June 19th at Alicante airport during check-in for Vueling flight no VY1368 to Rome. I want to express my disappointment with the service I received from a lady at Vueling check-in counter 92. Her rude behavior and refusal to assist me were unacceptable. I appreciate the professionalism displayed by the staff at the Iberia info kiosk and Vueling check-in counter 90 in explaining the procedure for seeking a refund due to the discrepancy in baggage allowance. I filed a complaint with the staff at the Iberia counter regarding the behavior of the lady at counter 92. I request that my complaint be escalated to the supervisor and addressed by Vueling customer services. It is crucial for airlines to uphold a high standard of customer service to avoid tarnishing their reputation. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Ourania K. Greece

Good afternoon, After a flight that we were unable to take due to overbooking, we are entitled to compensation of €[redacted] per person. The case is already open and Vueling has sent me the Case Number: [redacted]5. I have received an email stating that there are a few final details missing for the compensation to be transferred to my bank. When I click on the link, it always says that this Case Number no longer exists, which cannot be true since I received it 20 minutes before my first attempt. Now I don't know what to do. It seems to be a system error that is not allowing me to proceed to enter the missing details. Please advise me on what I can do to get the system to accept the Case Number. I have called customer service several times but have never been able to speak to an actual employee, and the automated system couldn't help me. You can always reach me by phone or email: Blanche Komenda +49 [redacted]2 [redacted] [redacted] Thank you for your efforts Regards, Blanche Komenda

Hello, I had a reservation (flight number VY9434, on June 22, [redacted]). After boarding, the flight was ultimately canceled without any alternative offered. The only exchange option on the website was a Paris/Florence flight, which was not relevant to my situation. Consequently, I had to book another flight with the same airline for the same date, departing from and arriving at the same destinations on June 23. I have read on the website: "In all cases of cancellation, you can choose one of the following options: • Refund within seven days, by the means provided for in Article 7, paragraph 3 (of Regulation [redacted]), of the total cost of the ticket at the price at which it was purchased, for the journey(s) not made, and for the journey(s) already made if the flight no longer corresponds to the passenger's original travel plan, as well as, if applicable, a return flight to the first point of departure as soon as possible. • Rerouting under comparable transport conditions to your final destination, as soon as possible. • Rerouting under comparable transport conditions to your final destination on a later date suitable for the passenger, subject to availability." Therefore, in accordance with your policy, I am requesting a refund for: • The outbound and return trips on the Orly bus on June 22 • The price of the second ticket I had to purchase due to the cancellation of the first flight I have emailed [redacted] with no response. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I wish you a great day. Regards.

My original plan was to fly from Granada to Barcelona on 16th June at 18:35 with an Iberia flight operated by Vueling, stay for 2 nights, and then fly to London on the 18th. However, the Granada to Barcelona flight got cancelled after 11 pm due to flat tires, leading to a series of inconveniences. We were taken to a hotel near Marbella in the wee hours of the morning with no rest or food. The alternative flight provided for the next day was not viable for me, as it meant reaching Barcelona at 1 am on the 18th and leaving the same day. Unable to get assistance from Vueling or Iberia, I eventually took matters into my own hands, flying from Malaga to Bristol with Ryanair to reach home in Plymouth. Despite trying to cancel with Iberia later, I faced challenges as they redirected me elsewhere. The lack of support and guidance from the airlines was frustrating, and I am seeking a refund for incurred expenses totaling [redacted] EUR, along with compensation for this ordeal.

Reference number: [redacted]7 I have reached out multiple times via email regarding the reference number mentioned above, but have not yet received a response. Could you please provide assistance? Below is a snippet from my most recent email sent earlier today: "I am following up once again as I have not received any communication from your end. Last night, I made flight reservations for a group of 5 individuals. The intended flight from Barcelona was scheduled for 12:20 on October 7, [redacted], the time I had selected. However, there was an error, and the departure time was mistakenly changed to 7:20 a.m. Upon realizing this mistake upon receiving the confirmation, I promptly modified the flight time using the provided booking link. An additional fee was charged for the amendment. Regrettably, I did not receive an updated confirmation. I am now uncertain if the tickets are accurate. Can you please offer your support? Our cruise ship departs at 8:15 a.m." Thank you for your help. Sincerely, M. Moore

After experiencing a nearly 2-hour delay boarding the already late Vueling flight at London Gatwick airport, we finally landed in Florence. However, frustration set in when we waited 45 minutes at the carousel only to realize our luggage was not loaded onto the plane! Despite a 2-hour delay on the ground due to luggage issues, we found no resolution. The situation worsened when Florence airport's Lost and Found department was unhelpful and only gave us a paper to email for further assistance. With our belongings missing, we now face a trip to Sienna with no essentials. The lack of communication and care from both Florence airport Lost and Found and Vueling airlines has left us feeling stranded without any indication of when we will be reunited with our belongings.

My daughter is currently at Rome airport awaiting Vueling Flight VY6722 to Croatia scheduled for 18:10. Her luggage is checked, but she's being informed of a possible flight cancellation without any further assistance. I am concerned about her well-being and need advice on how she can retrieve her belongings, obtain food vouchers, and secure accommodation if necessary. This situation is distressing as she has meticulously planned this trip for months. Prompt clarification on the flight status and support for alternative arrangements would be greatly appreciated.

I have been attempting to lodge a complaint with Vueling for almost four weeks now, but my efforts have been futile. Multiple phone calls were disconnected after I explained the purpose of my call, and I have been unable to locate an official email address for complaints. Essentially, our original flight was canceled without notice, and my family arrived at the airport only to discover there was no flight scheduled. We were left with no choice but to incur a £[redacted] taxi expense to and from the airport, all while dealing with a disappointed 8-year-old who had been eagerly anticipating our holiday. As a low-income family, we had saved and worked extra to afford this trip, only to face this situation. To secure alternate flights with another airline and extend our hotel stay, I had to borrow £1,[redacted] from a relative. This experience has caused immense stress, and despite my persistent efforts to resolve the issue with Vueling, I have not made any progress. I believe we are entitled to a full refund for our disrupted flights and compensation for the additional expenses incurred due to Vueling's mistake. I hope for a prompt response to this message, as I am left with no option but to escalate this matter legally if necessary. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of customer support and the difficulty in seeking resolution. Thank you.

Hello, I am deeply sorry and extremely upset about your service. Our return flight from Orly to Milan was canceled after being trapped inside the plane for over 2 hours with my very sick and disabled child, causing us significant expenses. Due to this, I missed an urgent medical appointment for my disabled son (scheduled for 23/06/[redacted] at 8:00) which is challenging to reschedule. Therefore, I am requesting compensation for this situation and the worsening condition of my son! Not to mention the costs of the taxi, hotel, the stress, and the mental state with 2 children (including 1 disabled)! Please take the necessary steps regarding my situation. I have a return flight from Gatwick to Barcelona at 12:55 on Flight KF7YYZ in the South Terminal, at seat 10D in the aisle. However, I cannot find any information about this flight on your website. When searching, your site claims the flight does not exist. My flight on June 28th at 10:50 has the same flight number, so I believe there might be confusion due to the time difference between Spain and the UK. I have already paid for my return journey and hope Vueling can contact me to resolve this issue. Thank you.

Upon departing from Barcelona to Vienna, Austria, I encountered an issue with one of my checked bags that was not loaded onto the flight. I submitted a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) for two bags, but only one has been returned so far. Despite my attempts through the Vueling website's chat services using the PIR code, it indicates that the missing bag was found, yet it has not been located. The missing bag is a London Fog large suitcase with four wheels. It is light tan with a checkered hound's-tooth pattern. To resolve this matter, I am seeking assistance in locating and having the bag delivered to the address originally specified on the PIR form. The PIR code for the missing bag is VIEVY10342, and the booking code is AYQL2S.

On July 13, [redacted], we had a flight from Orvy Airport (Paris) to London Gatwick at 7:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the airport's mismanagement led to severe delays as only two staff members were available to check in thousands of passengers that day. Consequently, we missed our flight. Despite being instructed to claim our luggage from the missed flight, my luggage did not arrive after waiting for over 3 hours with no assistance provided. After a strenuous 5-hour ordeal running between terminals, we acquired a P.I.R. code (ORYVY42209). Despite continuous calls and emails to various numbers, including follow-ups with London Gatwick airport, there has been no response regarding the whereabouts of my missing luggage. Veuling Airlines is responsible for this distressing situation and must promptly update me on the status of my lost luggage.

Hello Vueling Team, I have been trying unsuccessfully to reach you through phone and the customer service option on your website, only reaching automated systems. I hope to receive a human response via email. My name is Stephanie Rouhana and on June 27, Vueling lost my baggage on flight HF2RUZ from Athens to Barcelona. I was provided with the PIR code BCNVY44986 at the airport. I was informed that after 21 days, if my baggage is not found, it will be considered lost. It has now been 21 days and although the status on the website has changed, my bag has not been returned. I would like advice on the situation and if I can provide an alternate delivery address outside of Spain, as I have left Barcelona. I would like it sent to either Cyprus or Lebanon. Due to the luggage mishap, I had to purchase new clothes, a bag, towels, and toiletries. I have kept the receipts from Spain and Berlin, my next destination where I remained without my bag. Please advise on this matter. Thank you.
