I received notification from Vueling Airlines that the flight schedule for my LGW to Florence trip on June 15, [redacted], (Booking code: BEB1UZ, Prof Giovanni E. Mann) has been changed, which clashes with my prior business commitment. I endeavored to reach out to Vueling Customer Services on [redacted]1 without success on various occasions yesterday and today. My attempts led me to their website where I was guided through irrelevant options before being abruptly disconnected. I am formally urging Vueling Airlines to promptly address my request for a refund due to the unforeseen circumstances. Dear Vueling Customer Service, I wish to report an incident that occurred on my flight from Orly (Paris) to Billund (Denmark) on April 17. Unfortunately, none of the passengers, myself included, received our luggage upon arrival. Despite my ongoing communication with Billund Airport over the past 2 and a half weeks, my luggage, a black "Wenger" suitcase with distinct features, has not been located. Hello, My sister and I flew from Barcelona to Hamburg on April 25th. During check-in, an employee incorrectly sent our bags to Valencia. We were informed via email that the bags would be sent to Barcelona and then to Hamburg Airport by April 30th, with a promise of a call upon their arrival, which hasn't happened yet. Regrettably, we were unable to obtain a PIR number as there was no staff at the counter to assist when we realized our luggage was missing. After a two-hour wait, we were advised to contact Vuelling airline for further assistance. We are unsure about the current location of our bags and when we can expect to receive them. During my trip from NCE to SVQ, I had a layover at BCN airport on May 8. Unfortunately, upon arrival at SVQ, one of my two checked bags was missing. Despite a 45-minute delay at the luggage belt, the bag did not arrive. I filed a complaint and obtained a printout with a reference number. Today, May 9, I contacted Vueling's customer service, but there hasn't been any progress yet. I suggest that they confirm whether my bag made it from NCE to BCN initially to aid in the search process. I am unsure of the current status as the representative only mentioned that the bag has not been located. In the meantime, I had to purchase essential items without detailed receipts due to limited options in the late hours near Malaga, my destination from SVQ. Booking Reference CYCHXI Dear Vueling team, I tried to call the German hotline but unfortunately, only English is spoken there. I hope you can assist me. We booked through Iberia for a flight operated by Vueling. However, on your website, I am unable to input our passenger details. Our booking is for 2 adults and 1 child, correctly listed with Iberia. When trying to access the flight on your website, our daughter Charlotte, 8 years old, is not accepted as a child due to being categorized as an adult with the birth year not being recognized. This poses an issue for online check-in later. I kindly request your help as my English is not sufficient to address this over the phone. I couldn't find an email address to contact, and the chat consistently displays an error. Additionally, I am unable to select seats properly. There are still plenty of rows with 3 adjacent seats available. We have two aisle seats and one middle seat. It would be wonderful if our daughter could have a window seat. I booked a flight from Barcelona El Prat to Milan Malpensa on July 24th through Volagratis. Yesterday, I received an email stating that my 10 am flight was delayed to 10:25 pm. I agreed to change it to the 3:35 pm flight. Later last night, Volagratis emailed me saying the 3:35 pm flight was again delayed to 10:25 pm. However, on your website, it still shows as confirmed for 3:35 pm. I contacted Volagratis, as reaching you directly seems impossible, and they mentioned you confirmed the 10:25 pm time, suggesting the website may take up to 48 hours to update. Can you please confirm if the flight is indeed at 10:25 pm and if I am eligible for a refund? Vueling recently changed our Manchester to Vigo travel date, causing us to miss a walking tour with friends. Even though Vueling Airlines sent an email in March, it ended up in spam without any high importance notification. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law received a refund on Sunday, which was not an option for us as of today (Monday). Trying to contact Vueling Airlines by phone has been unsuccessful, and their website does not provide a last-minute solution for this issue. We attempted to resolve this through Booking.com, where the flight was booked, but they stated that it is a last-minute matter that must be addressed by another party.

Hello, I recently made a booking for a flight through My Trip from Madrid to Porto on June 13th at 7:25 am. Unfortunately, I received an email on May 10th informing me that my flight has been canceled with the booking code: QYV5UY. The email mentioned that I could request a refund within 7 days, but every time I try entering the booking code, it says it cannot be found. I have tried contacting customer service through the website, but I haven't received any response. I also called My Trip on Friday, May 13th, and they confirmed that the flight is indeed canceled, and I am eligible for a refund. However, today I received another email from My Trip stating that according to Vueling Airline, I can request a refund, but when I contacted My Trip again, they claimed the flight has not been canceled. Hello! I recently made a reservation on kiwi.com for a flight and was instructed to check in directly with the airline. While attempting to check in online, I encountered the message "you cannot check in as the flights on your booking have already operated." I successfully completed the check-in for the first leg of my journey with a different airline (from Helsinki to Stockholm) but encountered issues with Vueling. my booking reference is [redacted]87, and my carrier reservation number is XJD4RA. The specific flight in question is VY9791 scheduled for tomorrow, the 17th. Upon searching, I received a message stating "no results for the details entered." Good day! I truly appreciate Vueling's service. However, I believe more can be done regarding passengers' behavior and hygiene matters, not just about Covid. Maybe you can find a way to convey a message to people who arrive in a very disgusting attire. I recently sat next to an unkempt man who had a strong odor and was behaving inappropriately. His actions were very unhygienic and disturbing. It was really unpleasant to be next to him. I believe it's unfair to pay for a seat and end up next to someone like that. Dear Sir/Madam, I am Sanjana Das, writing regarding my recent travel experience with my husband, Rahul Shah. On May 21, [redacted], we were scheduled to fly from Malaga to Nice, with connecting flights from Malaga to Barcelona then Barcelona to Nice. Our initial flight, VY2120, was delayed due to late arrival of the cabin crew. Despite our request to disembark early for our connecting flight, we were unable to do so. Subsequently, our second flight, VY1517, was also delayed, resulting in a seat mix-up upon boarding. Arriving in Nice, our checked luggage did not arrive, leading us to file a report for lost or delayed luggage. I need help canceling a passenger from a booking with 5 passengers. I've attempted to contact Vueling, but the hold time is excessive considering the fees. We were bumped off our flight from Alicante to Cardiff and had to stay overnight in Palma before catching another flight. We spent 10 hours in the airport, requested food vouchers, but were told they were not available in Palma. We had to buy our food and were told we could claim later. After arriving in Cardiff 22 hours late, I contacted LongStay Parking to let them know about the delay. I have been trying to file a claim online but the flight code keeps getting rejected. When I called for assistance, they could not find my booking. I booked through British Airways, but I have been unable to reach them over the phone for help.

Hello, I encountered a baggage issue yesterday while traveling from Dubrovnik to Rome with Vueling Airlines and then from Rome to Warsaw with Wizz Air. Unfortunately, in Dubrovnik, I was not informed that I needed to pick up my bag in Rome. Upon arriving in Warsaw, my bag was missing. I visited the lost and found desk, where I was informed that I couldn't file a claim as my bag wasn't in their system since it should have been collected in Rome. During my journey, I flew with Vueling Airlines on flight VY [redacted] on May 29, [redacted], departing at 16:25. My name is D. Karachich, and my missing bag is a small purple OCHNIK branded bag measuring 40/30/20. The airport staff mentioned that my bag is most likely in Rome, but I need to track it down. I am writing to address an issue with my flight booking to Santiago de Compostela via Barcelona. Unfortunately, Vueling has canceled the Barcelona flight portion, causing a disruption in my travel plans. The booking number is ZLQ8SH. This revised schedule poses difficulties as I have onward travel plans on the same day from Santiago de Compostela. I have outlined three potential solutions: 1) Vueling reimburses the fare difference for an alternative flight to Santiago de Compostela (or La Coruna) with another airline if I were to cancel the current booking. 2) Accepting the new flight schedule, Vueling covers the cost of a hotel for the night of 8th October to allow for travel the next day. 3) With the new flight schedule, Vueling provides compensation for the inconvenience caused, considering the alteration to my original itinerary and the additional time and effort involved in reaching Santiago de Compostela. There was a technical error resulting in a mistake in the total amount displayed in the confirmation. While our fee is only 0.75 INR, Vueling charged 85.99 EUR for the airline ticket. The correct booking amount was reflected incorrectly as 1.80 INR in our system. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. I reserved a ticket from BCN to NTE (Paris) with Vueling Airlines. Upon arriving in NTE International Airport, I discovered that my luggage was not transferred to the changed flight due to Vueling changing the airplane for the schedule. Despite my repeated attempts to contact Vueling regarding my lost luggage, I have only received automated responses. The Chatbot mentioned that the responsibility for the luggage incident lies with the individual customer, but I strongly believe that Vueling is at fault in this situation. As a resident of the Republic of Korea, I expect Vueling to adhere to the liability rules set by Community legislation and the Montreal Convention. I am seeking immediate communication from the individual accountable for this matter and a resolution to locate and return my luggage promptly.

I encountered an issue on the Vueling booking website that led to my booking being duplicated. I provided all my information on the website and then proceeded to payment, resulting in two payment pages being open. When I completed my payment on one page, it mistakenly booked two tickets for me instead of one. I did not intend to book the second ticket. The confirmation number for the booking is ADJ52Z. Unfortunately, I have been unable to speak with a Vueling representative to address this issue and cancel the extra booking. I would appreciate any assistance. Thank you.
