During our trip to Barcelona on December 4th, [redacted], my wife and I experienced luggage mishandling, resulting in my baggage being lost. I was provided with a PIR Code: BCNVY35431, but unfortunately, my luggage has yet to be located. In the meantime, I have received a case ID: [redacted]9. I have submitted all necessary documentation, including flight information and receipts to Vueling but have not received a response. Despite multiple calls to Vueling's call center, most recently on January 18th, [redacted], I have not had any resolution. An agent named Isabel mentioned I would receive an email within two days with a link to input my account details for a refund, but like previous promises, this has not materialized. It has now been 47 days without any progress, and I am growing increasingly frustrated. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will seek legal assistance to pursue my claim.

Good evening, I am seeking a partial refund for our Vueling flights, as we were issued a flight credit of [redacted].98 euros for the return tickets but nothing for the outbound ones. Our issue arose when the airport names were mistakenly reversed on our tickets due to an error on their website, preventing us from being able to travel. Despite numerous attempts, confirmations, and cancellations - the latter done by the airline offering flight changes or a flight credit, with a non-functioning button - we ended up with two unusable tickets simply because we were supposed to depart from Genova, where we live, to Barcelona on May 2, [redacted], and not the other way around. Initially, the reservation for Mr. LUIGI BARBIERI TAGLIAFICO and Ms. FOURNIER MARIE-PIERRE was for departure from Genova to Barcelona on September 6, [redacted], and return from Barcelona to Genova on October 4, [redacted]. However, due to the software error, the flights were incorrectly rearranged. We request the refund of [redacted].98 euros for the outbound flight that we have not yet received, and that the [redacted].98 euro flight credit be transferred to Ms. Caramia's card (my sister) as she made the payment. Last month, I made a reservation with Qatar Airways for a flight from Malaga to Nairobi, with layovers in Barcelona and Doha. My booking reference is TJY5WV. The leg from Malaga to Barcelona was operated by Vueling. Qatar's booking included two free checked bags, but I only checked in one bag, a bicycle within the allowance. However, at Malaga airport, I was charged an additional €60 by a Vueling employee. I have contacted Qatar for a refund, but as the request was handled by Vueling, I am seeking assistance from you. I attempted to resolve this through Vueling's website, but the booking reference TJY5WV was not valid as it is a Qatar booking. It has been a challenge to reach Vueling, but I am hopeful that I can request a reimbursement of the €60 overcharge through this platform. The time and effort spent on rectifying this issue have exceeded the monetary value involved, but I believe a refund would be a reasonable gesture to maintain the positive relationship I have had with Vueling. Booking Reference: PEJJVM Email: [redacted] I had originally booked a flight from Glasgow to Paris (Orly) on 16/12/[redacted] and returning on 26 December for Teresa Cochrane and Ian Watt. However, due to changes in travel restrictions, I had to cancel and rebook for the same route, departing on 23/12/[redacted] and returning to Glasgow on 26/12/[redacted]. I am requesting a refund for the cancelled booking PEJJVM. I have not received any communication regarding this and have faced difficulty trying to reapply for the refund. Dear Vueling Airlines Services, I wanted to inform you that there was a change made to my flight from Barcelona to Marrakech. The departure date was rescheduled to be a day earlier than originally planned, rendering the reservation unusable for my travel needs. Upon attempting to cancel the trip and secure a refund through your website, I encountered difficulty. The cancellation and refund only applied to the departing flight, and a partial refund was processed. When I tried to cancel the return flight, I was only offered flight credit, which is not convenient for me as a resident of the United States with limited prospects of using it in the future. I initially paid $[redacted].87 (USD) and received only $[redacted].97 (USD) as a refund. I kindly request a refund of the outstanding $[redacted].90 (USD) to be processed at your earliest convenience. Please reference booking number L87YQB for further details. However, the flight was rescheduled by your airline without providing a substitute flight on the same day. This change has led to extra costs for us, including an additional overnight stay and transportation adjustments to the airport. I am requesting two options to settle for these additional expenses: full compensation for the extra overnight stay or a refund in accordance with European Regulation (EC) no. [redacted]/[redacted]. I agreed to Vueling changing the flight date and time, but now they've made another change to the outbound flight without informing me. Besides my booking for my granddaughter and myself, three other family members booked separate flights on 4 February. While I accepted a change on 4 January for my October booking, I can't accept this new change as it would separate us during travel. My granddaughter, who is non-verbal, requires her mother's presence for support during the journey.

I have a reservation with Vueling and need to change my flight date. Unfortunately, I am experiencing technical difficulties on the Vueling app and website. I have been unable to reach the Italian and Spanish call centers for assistance. My attempts to email [redacted] have also been unsuccessful. My reservation number is IY3ZSY, and I am looking to change my flight from Milan Malpensa to Alicante on March 7th to March 14th.

I booked a flight on Veuling with the Booking code LGJLNT and my email is [redacted] The original booking was from May 15th to May 25th. I went online to Veuling and tried to change the return flight from May 25th to June 14th but the change applied to both passengers and not just Mrs. Joan Freedman. Can someone help me reverse Cynthia's return ticket back to the 25th and keep Mrs. Freedman's return for June 14th? Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Susan.

My mother and her friend had a booking for a cruise from Barcelona. Her friend Cynthia made the arrangements. The original dates were from May 15th to May 25th. I tried to change the return flight on Veuling airlines from May 25th to June 14th, but the change applied to both passengers instead of just my mother (Mrs. Freedman). I am inquiring about our upcoming flight from Stuttgart to Barcelona on 24.03.[redacted] at 17:50 under flight number VY1867, booked with the reference code HMCTQB. I tried to book a trip on Vueling's website yesterday but failed due to technical issues. I then booked the trip on Esky.se instead. Later, I found out that despite the technical problems, Vueling had also managed to book and charge for the same trip I purchased on esky.se. Therefore, I would like Vueling to cancel my booking and refund the payment to my account. The trip in question has the booking code UL46PX and the flight N9QLML from Lpa to Arn on 10/5/[redacted]. Hello, I have a booking with the reference MJ26RN on Edreams. When I tried to check in online, I noticed a message saying I can only bring one under-seat bag. My ticket mentions "2 bags," but I'm unsure about the luggage allowance. Can I bring two bags onboard, one weighing 10kg and the other 20kg, or should the total weight of both bags be 20kg? Hello, I have requested a refund for a canceled flight. I received an email confirming that I would receive the refund, but I have not received it yet. The flight booking was for FBGFPS, and the associated email is [redacted] I am having trouble contacting customer support, as the phone number provided only leads to an automated service and the refund portal does not recognize the flight anymore. I have tried reaching out through Instagram, Twitter, and even replied to the refund confirmation email, but I have not received a response. I made a flight booking with code EHHUUQ from AMS to AGP and later canceled it, receiving flight credit. When trying to use the credit to book a flight from London to AGP on Vueling's website, I was unable to find the route. I discovered Iberia offered the flight and proceeded to book flight N9B9B through them, paying with my AMEX card. Hello GetHuman community, I recently made a flight reservation with Vueling for 2 adults and my 16-year-old daughter. However, there was an error, and the booking shows 3 adults. This mistake is preventing me from completing online check-in due to age restrictions. I have tried contacting Vueling via phone and email but have not been able to speak with a representative. Good Morning, I am Ivan Pires. Yesterday, my daughter Ianna Ferreira and I were scheduled to travel from London Gatwick to Malaga, Spain on Vueling flight VY [redacted] at 09:50. Despite having our boarding passes (JEYNYM - boarding code), we were not allowed to fly due to an issue with my daughter's name not being on the system. The gate employee was rude, which upset my 5-year-old daughter. When we contacted Vueling, they claimed we didn't show up, which is untrue. Love Holidays mistakenly listed my daughter's name as Ianna Pires instead of Ianna Ferreira. I corrected this with both Love Holidays and Vueling, but there seemed to be a problem. We are seeking a refund under the Package Travel Directive as Love Holidays arranged the package. However, they are directing us to deal only with Vueling. Last night, I received a distressing call from a hospital in Amsterdam regarding my daughter in intensive care. In a rush, I booked flights from Malaga to Amsterdam for myself, John Roberts, and my wife, Jean Heaton, on flight number VY8365 departing at 11:50 the following morning. I used my Barclaycard for the transaction, which was successfully processed and allowed me to download our boarding passes with booking reference ODGMXC. However, upon arriving at the airport, we were unexpectedly denied boarding due to a payment issue. Moments later, I received an email at 11:03 stating the booking was canceled for payment reasons. I have verified with Barclays that the payment went through, and they have not received a refund. I find it disheartening that despite having paid, we were left stranded. I urgently seek an explanation and request to speak to a senior representative, possibly from the legal department. It is distressing that in a time of crisis, such as mine, your company provided no assistance despite having received payment.

Good Morning, I have a flight booked from Malpensa, Italy to Barcelona on Thursday, 21.04.[redacted], departing at 13:00, and returning from Barcelona to Malpensa on Saturday, 23.04.[redacted] at 19:35. While trying to check in online on Saturday, I realized that my passport expired on 03.04.22, which prevented me from entering the expiry date. I promptly contacted the embassy in Bern, as I am a German citizen living in Switzerland. Since it was the weekend, I plan to call first thing tomorrow to request an urgent renewal, possibly express. If my passport isn't renewed in time, can I still travel? What documents will I need from the embassy? I learned from your website that German citizens (with an ID card expired no more than 1 year) do not require additional documents when traveling within the Schengen Area in Europe. I filed a claim with PIR number ALCVY41051 at Iberia Airlines in Alicante Airport on April 17, [redacted], and according to Vueling, the status changed to "Delivery Process Started" on April 19, [redacted]. 3. Initially, I provided the address of Hotel Jardines La Tejera for delivery until Thursday, April 21, [redacted]. 4. However, I will be moving to Hotel Parador in Mojacar on April 21, [redacted], around 11:00 AM due to a work assignment. 5. On April 22, [redacted], I will be at Hotel Nh Alicante. 6. My departure to South Africa from Alicante is scheduled for April 23, [redacted]. I urgently need to know the delivery status and location of my luggage to decide whether it should be redirected to my home country if it won't arrive while I am still in Spain.
