On June 20th, [redacted], I traveled from Bilbao to London Gatwick with reservation number AF6SXG. Upon booking the flight, I paid for a 20KG suitcase. On the day of my flight, I needed a heavier suitcase. I tried to upgrade to a 30KG suitcase, but the website only allowed me to purchase an additional suitcase instead of changing the existing one. Consequently, I had to pay 55 euros for a larger 30KG suitcase, meaning I paid for 50KG of luggage when I only required 30KG. Ultimately, my suitcase weighed 29KG. Due to the unclear explanation of the 10KG free hold bag provided by Vueling, which can be deducted from the total luggage weight instead of being restricted to individual bags, I was charged for 19KG of luggage. Therefore, my purchase of an extra 30KG bag was unnecessary. The check-in attendant in Bilbao mentioned that she had recorded my combined luggage weight and that I could receive a refund for the unused portion. Hence, I am reaching out for assistance. Hello, I made flight reservations for the route MAN-BCN on 21st May and BCN-MAN on 30th May with the booking code BI5GHK. Vueling altered both flight times, prompting me to request a cash refund. Despite multiple attempts to contact Vueling, I have not received any update on my refund. I am unable to reach a representative over the phone as the call gets disconnected. The refund does not reflect in my account, and I am seeking clarity on the status. They insist on a special reference number that they will only share via email, which I have not received despite providing two different email addresses. I have already emailed about my issue and am waiting for a response. I am attempting to check in online, but the seats I purchased and paid for are not showing up. While I had no problems checking in for my return flights, the seats are missing for the departure despite having a receipt. I will copy and paste the receipt for clarification. Dear Vueling, I originally had a flight booked for July 16th from Lisbon to Bilbao with booking code RBL43C. I was notified by email that the flight has been rescheduled to a different time, conflicting with an important event in my schedule. Regrettably, I cannot make it to the rescheduled flight. I kindly request to be rebooked on the flight from Lisbon to Santander on July 23rd with a layover in Barcelona, departing at 09:05 and arriving at 17:40. My partner, Pim Baken, also received a rescheduling notification for his flight with booking code UEJY9J. Due to his tight schedule, he cannot make the new proposed flight and would like to be rebooked on the same Lisbon to Santander flight on July 23rd. We faced an issue when trying to modify the booking online due to the late departure time from Holland not suiting our plans. We are looking to adjust our holiday to October. However, we could only change the outbound flight online, as it was not possible to modify the return flight on your website. My flight to Alicante was rescheduled by over 5 hours, and I accepted a refund offer. After completing the online refund process, I received a partial refund that did not cover the initial £[redacted].22 due to my expired card. I provided my IBAN and BIC for the bank transfer refund on 30/06/21, with a promise to receive it within 7 days. As of 16/7/21, when checking the refund link, it still shows as processing with a 7-day wait period. Attempts to contact customer service through phone options resulted in redirection back to the website, with no way to speak to a representative. Email inquiries have not been addressed. Hoping to receive the refund promptly for my children's summer holiday expenses.

The return flight from Munich to Palma VY [redacted] on July 10, [redacted] with departure from MUC at 21:30 and arrival at PMI at 23:45, with a checked bag of 23 kg, did not arrive in PMI. Dear Team, I'm reaching out for assistance as I have been unable to get any help online or by calling customer service. Here are the details: - I booked a flight with Iberia on July 28, [redacted], and received confirmation at 15:56 (Booking reference: KR71M) - Original flight details: September 1, from BCN at 16:20 to Sevilla at 18:00 - Within 10 minutes, at 16:04 the same day, I received an email stating the flight time had been changed - The "new" flight details: September 1, from BCN at 14:55 to Sevilla at 16:35 This new flight time does not work for me and was changed by Vueling without consulting me. I have tried various ways to contact Vueling without success - Iberia's website redirects to Vueling, but managing bookings, sending messages, FAQs, and calling customer care have all not helped in changing the flight or getting a refund. I would like a refund within the 24-hour booking window or to change the flight to another time on the same day. Subject: Unsatisfactory Experience with Vueling at Barcelona Airport To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received from Vueling at Barcelona airport today. Despite checking online two days ago and confirming that an antigens test within 48 hours was sufficient, I was unexpectedly denied boarding because the requirement had changed to 24 hours for flights to France. This led to additional expenses for a new flight and test, as well as hours of waiting at the airport, which was physically straining for me due to my autoimmune disease, rheumatoid arthritis. The lack of assistance and long wait times at the customer service counter only added to my distress. As a high-risk individual, this situation not only caused me inconvenience but also increased my vulnerability to COVID-19 exposure. I urge Vueling to refund the lost ticket, cover the cost of the antigens test, and provide a food voucher for the unexpected expenses while at the airport. This experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and I hope Vueling can address these issues promptly to ensure a more compassionate and professional service for all passengers. Good morning, I'm Iñigo RODRIGUEZ ARIAS, and on August 1st, I completed a "Property Irregularity Report" with WISAG because two pieces of luggage were left in Barcelona, even though I am currently in Berlin. I flew from Dakar, Senegal, to Barcelona, Spain, with Vueling (VY7889) and then from Barcelona to Berlin with Ryanair (FR133). Despite being assured by the Vueling staff in Barcelona that my luggage could be sent to Berlin, I later discovered upon arriving in Berlin that this was not the case. The codes for the missing luggage are: - 5[redacted]85 GY22HWX - 5[redacted]84 GY22KHW I have already submitted a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with WISAG, and they informed me that Ryanair might send the luggage to Berlin, potentially with an associated cost, which is not an issue for me. Vueling mentioned they need the PIR code, but since there wasn't one provided by WISAG, I am uncertain how to proceed. Is it feasible to submit the PIR again online? Thank you for your assistance. Good afternoon, I recently noticed that my flight time was changed to several hours earlier, and I was informed that I could get a free flight change within 60 days before or after the original date or receive a refund. However, when I checked "my booking," I couldn't find the options for a flight change or refund. I attached the flight details for reference. How can I proceed with getting a refund? I had also selected the additional "flex" option when booking. Every time I reach out to customer service via email, I am directed back to the homepage to manage it in "my booking." Hello, On July 31st, I traveled from Cancun to Barcelona with the intention of catching a Vueling flight to Manchester on August 1st, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I fell ill and couldn't complete the last part of the trip. I eventually flew from Barcelona to Manchester on August 6th, [redacted], and confirmed with Iberia in Barcelona that my luggage was in Manchester. We have made a flight reservation on iberia.com for a trip from Nuernberg (NUE) to Barcelona (BCN) departing on 15.08.[redacted] and returning on 29.08.[redacted]. The booking code is WVUXME/JLYGD, and we have reservations for two adults and one 15-year-old son. Although we booked as three adults due to Iberia's policy regarding children over 12, the flight will actually be operated by Vueling. While attempting to check in on vueling.com using booking code GJWWSH, we encountered an error message stating that the adult passenger must be over 16 years old at the time of the flight. I purchased a Vueling flight (VY [redacted]) from Copenhagen to Las Palmas, Gran Canaria, for two people departing at 15:55 on November 10th with a return flight (VY [redacted]) from Las Palmas at 9:00 on December 1st. The booking number is PKV59E. I bought the tickets through "MyTrip" and included a "Cancellation Guarantee." Upon contacting "MyTrip," I was advised to request the cancellation through Vueling first. I planned to reschedule my flights to depart on November 17th and return on December 8th without using the cancellation guarantee. However, Vueling informed me it would cost an additional 2,[redacted] Dkr to change the dates, even though the original tickets cost 2x772 Dkr = 1,[redacted] Dkr. What should I do in this situation?

I took a flight from Ibiza to Barcelona on flight VY3351 on 14.08.[redacted]. Upon arrival in Barcelona, my luggage was lost, likely due to the frequent flights every 30 minutes. Despite waiting for several flights and notifying the lost & found, my luggage did not arrive until I was already departing for Wroclaw the next day. The luggage was initially tracked to be sent to Wroclaw via London and Warsaw. After multiple phone calls and changes in delivery address, my luggage has yet to arrive for over a week, leaving me without essential items for work and travel. The lack of concern from agents and unhelpful customer service hotlines have been frustrating, and the prolonged delay and inconvenience have been unacceptable. I urgently require information on the whereabouts of my luggage and expect prompt resolution to this issue.

I have come across one with measurements of 45 x 28x28 cm. It claims to be airline approved. Could you please confirm if this size meets your requirements?
