I am writing to inform you that our flight with booking number [redacted] from Paris to London on Sunday, September 19, at 7 AM has been cancelled by Vueling (Flight number VY8770). Regrettably, there are no alternative flights landing in London that morning to meet our connection to Canada at 1 PM from Gatwick Airport. Consequently, our only recourse is to take flight VY8023 from Paris to Barcelona on the evening of September 18 at 9:55 PM, followed by flight VY7822 at 7:35 AM on September 19 from Barcelona to London. This adjustment will entail an 8-hour layover in Barcelona and an additional flight on our itinerary. In light of this unexpected cancellation and the challenges posed by this alteration, I humbly request the provision of accommodation options at or near the Barcelona airport to accommodate the extended waiting period before our morning flight to London on September 19.

Today, I attempted to book a flight using my flight credit A8GVUL and supplemented the payment using my credit card. However, I have not received a confirmation email with a booking code, leaving me uncertain about the booking status. When checking my vueling account, I did not find any record of the flight. I reached out to the UK vueling site by phone, but they were unable to assist without a booking code. The flight in question is from Cardiff to Malaga on 02-12-21 at 8:55 am. I used flight credit A8GVUL under the names Judith S. and Frederick S. to make the booking. I kindly request confirmation of the booking status via email. If the flight has not been booked, I would like my flight credit to be restored and a refund for the credit card payment to be processed.

I am currently in Texas, USA. I made a booking with Vueling air for a flight from BCN to VCE on September 10. Due to the cancellation of my cruise, I will no longer be traveling to Venice or Italy. According to the Vueling website, tickets purchased before April 21, [redacted], are eligible for cancellation with flight credit. However, I have been unable to find the "Cancel" option on the website or phone app despite searching multiple times. I also tried calling +34 [redacted]58 without any success. I would appreciate assistance in either cancelling the tickets for my wife and me or changing the flights to depart from Lisbon to Madrid at a later date. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm located in Texas, USA. I had a flight booked with Vueling Airlines on September ** from Barcelona (BCN) to Venice (VCE). Due to the cancellation of my cruise, my travel plans to Venice and Italy have changed. The Vueling website mentions that tickets purchased before April **, **** can be canceled to receive flight credit. We had initially booked a direct flight from Bilbao to London for October 14th, but it has since been changed to include a stop in Barcelona. My parents cannot travel with this new arrangement, and the airline's proposed solutions are not feasible for them. Additionally, I had chosen a flight with free cancellation, but the Vueling website is not allowing me to cancel or request a refund. Contacting customer service has also been unfruitful, leaving us stuck with no suitable options. It's frustrating to navigate their website, as it only offers limited alternatives that do not meet our needs. We are disappointed as we specifically chose a direct flight for the convenience of my elderly parents.

I made a flight reservation for two people from Berlin to Barcelona for the 20th of August [redacted] at 15:05 on the 24th of May [redacted]. The total cost was [redacted].98 € including baggage fees. However, my flight time was changed to 21:00 and then eventually canceled. I was rebooked for the next day which was not convenient, so I opted to cancel my flight and requested a full refund. I was assured that the refund was successful, but I have not received the money back on my credit card from Vueling.
I have been unsuccessful in accessing my booking using my original email address. Additionally, my attempts to reach customer service over the phone were futile as the system was entirely automated without an option to speak to a representative.
The booking reference numbers provided are Booking code RF914G and Payment details Booking code: ECBFTP. I am unsure about the status of my refund and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

After my flights were cancelled due to the coronavirus, I received two flight credits. One expires on 30/03/[redacted], and the other on 08/10/[redacted], which is in nine days. I want to extend the expiration date of the second flight credit, as I haven't planned my trip yet and I'm unsure when I will be able to use them. Being in the US, planning a trip to Europe requires time and careful planning. I know I can use the soon-to-expire credit to book a flight I don't intend to take, granting me some extra time to decide on my actual travel date as it allows for one flight date change. However, since I'm uncertain about my travel plans, I'm hesitant to waste this complimentary change.

I made a reservation on September 19, [redacted], for three individuals: Selim Levent-Mari Levent and Karen Levent Arditi. The reservation is for return flights from Barcelona to Porto and then Porto back to Barcelona, scheduled for May 3-6, [redacted].
I paid for the flights using a €[redacted].07 credit from Vueling with the flight code HFYDPG and an additional €40 with my credit card, which my bank converted to [redacted].87 Turkish Lira. The transaction on my bank statement reads: VUELING AQCHFFC VUELING COM ESP.
I have yet to receive a confirmation or PNR number, only the flight numbers VY8478 and VY8479 upon registration. When I log into my Vueling account with my email [redacted], there are no bookings showing. I kindly request a prompt follow-up on this matter.

I arrived at the airport at the time indicated on my boarding pass: the counter opened at 15.50. There was a large crowd of people waiting as only three attendants were handling all Vueling flights. Despite having separate last-minute check-in counters with two attendants, they seemed overwhelmed. I observed them serving Prime customers intermittently, causing delays for the rest of us. The attendants also had to manage additional tasks like checking vaccination certificates and PCR tests, leading to further delays. After waiting for 1.5 hours, we were fourth in line for a normal check-in when our flight was called for last-minute check-in, creating even more confusion. Despite the disorganization, the flight itself was fine. In the future, I plan to arrive at the airport just an hour before departure and opt for the last-minute check-in to avoid unnecessary waiting. Vueling needs to improve its customer service to prevent frustrating experiences like this one.

I arrived at the airport in The Gambia 2 hours before my scheduled flight at 15:40 for my return journey to the UK with a transit in Spain for 8.5 hours. I provided my COVID-19 medical exception and corresponding documents, which were accepted by airport officials. The Gambian passport service reviewed my medical exception and sought approval from the Spanish authorities, causing a delay until 5pm. Unfortunately, this resulted in me missing my flight with no opportunity to reschedule. Now stranded in The Gambia, I lack the funds to buy a new ticket or cover the cost of a flight change.

On August 30, [redacted], I made a booking for a return flight from Birmingham to Barcelona for my wife and myself through Vueling. The outbound flight was scheduled for October 31, [redacted], and the return on November 7, [redacted]. I received an email confirmation with booking code IBYEXF. Recently, I received another email about changes to the booking, including a different outbound flight time on October 31, [redacted], which I accepted. To my surprise, when I checked the app today, the order of the flights had been switched, and it now shows Barcelona-Birmingham return flights on the same date, October 31, [redacted], even though we reside in Birmingham. This seems like a mix-up, and I believe it might be a technical error that needs to be rectified quickly by Vueling. I have been unable to reach their customer service for assistance.

We are frustrated by the difficulties we faced in contacting your organization directly. Despite our attempts to submit a claim through your website upon our return, we encountered limitations in the claim entry process. We provided our contact number as requested for personal communication but never received any follow-up via phone or email.
Our concern stems from a booked return flight for two adults from Amsterdam (Schiphol) to Florence on June 6, [redacted]. The total amount paid was €[redacted].96 for a flight scheduled for September 22nd, with the return on September 26th. Unfortunately, my outbound flight got canceled, and I was given two alternative options. The first alternative involved an 8-hour layover in Barcelona, resulting in a delay of 2 days on my trip, which I declined. The second alternative was for November 18 at 15:10, but the offer was made on October 18, making it impossible to accept. I am planning to travel to Portugal through Spain and would like to book a flight on your airline from Barcelona to Lisbon on November 21, [redacted]. I purchased a ticket with a 25 KG luggage allowance for shopping purposes in Spain. Unfortunately, my travel agent did not mention the lack of trains from Lisbon to Faro, my final destination in Portugal, after 7 PM. Hence, I had to pay an additional $79 to reschedule my flight from Barcelona to Lisbon to accommodate this change. The new flight I booked is VY8466. On October 22nd, I received a notification from "Rumbo" informing me that my flight to Lanzarote on the 21st had been canceled. I followed the instructions and managed to rebook my ticket with a slight schedule change. To secure the flight, I decided to pay for the boarding pass with priority boarding. After making the payment, I received a notice that they were improving the website, and the transaction was not registered. Once I was able to complete the process, I made another payment. Now I have the boarding passes, but I have paid twice, €22 for the first transaction that wasn't registered but was charged and €46 for the second one. Would it be possible to refund me the €22 from the first unregistered transaction?
I definitely don't want to lose my boarding pass now.

On October 31, [redacted], at 6:20 PM, I submitted a refund request that has not been processed yet. It has been 22 days since I requested it, although it was supposed to be refunded within 7 days from the statement. I received an email from Vueling Airlines regarding my refund request for the ORN - BCN flight with the booking code KIHTXN. They are offering a Flight Credit for the entire amount paid plus a 10% bonus, which is transferable and valid for future bookings. It can be easily accessed through their website or app and has multiple uses for the next 36 months. The Flight Credit is redeemable instantly.
