On June 11, [redacted], I signed up for a Vimeo Starter 7-day trial but canceled my subscription the same day. Despite receiving a message stating, "Your Account Has Been Deleted," I discovered that my account was still active when a payment of €[redacted].16 was set to be deducted from my bank account through PayPal. After several attempts, I successfully deleted the account on June 11 but faced challenges as the cancellation had to be done directly on the platform rather than through Apple or Google. This process was complex, and only on the second try did it work, after the trial period had expired. I am requesting the cancellation or refund of the subscription fee and have blocked further transactions through PayPal. Your understanding is appreciated. I was charged over $[redacted].00 by Vimeo during my trial membership. The trial wasn't even over, and there was no option provided to choose a monthly or yearly subscription. I believe they charged me for a year without my consent. I did not receive any notification from the company about the charge. I'd like to cancel any subscription they signed me up for. It seems highly unethical that there is no phone number to contact them. I demand a full refund on my debit card promptly.

I recently signed up for a trial subscription and did not recall entering my debit card information, but I have been charged approximately $[redacted] today, which I assume is for a one-year subscription. Our video "Brent Gets Wilder" was set to private due to a music copyright issue. We've contacted the management center per your instructions, clarifying that our production company has permission for the music used. Despite providing the correct song information ("All Right" by Anton Kowalski from beatsuite), the issue has not been resolved, and our video remains private.
Here is a snippet of the email we've sent:
"We received a notice regarding our video "leap-01_1.mp4 (1080p).mp4" on Vimeo, mentioning potential copyright infringement with the song "Thugamar Féin an Samhradh Linn" by John Spillane. We are unable to access the Rights Management Centre to address this matter and confirm that the music in question was licensed correctly as 'All Right' by Anton Kowalski from beatsuite."

I tried to renew our company subscription with a company credit card on Vimeo, but encountered an error during payment. Following the steps in the help FAQ, I attempted again and now have 15 charges processed for the full renewal amount. Despite this, they have not acknowledged the payment, causing our account to be restricted as if we haven't renewed. I have contacted customer service multiple times and reached out to our former representative, who has since left the company, but have not received any response after a week of trying.

I am requesting a refund for the yearly subscription fee that was charged on October 25th. I used the platform for a university assignment, but there was an error on Vimeo's end which affected my grade. Cancelling the service was difficult due to technical issues, and I was still charged $[redacted].00 despite the poor quality of service. I am unhappy with this transaction and would like a reimbursement. If the website performed better and didn't have so many errors, I wouldn't be in this situation.

My name is A. Romano, born on December 4, [redacted], and I have an Amex ...[redacted] credit card. I registered for free on your website on November 2, [redacted]. Despite not making any other purchases or accessing the site, I saw an unauthorized debit of €[redacted].40 through PayPal on November 9, [redacted], charged to my Amex card. I suspect someone gained unauthorized access to my account and made transaction AT[redacted][redacted]0. PayPal confirmed this issue. I have reached out to Vimeo multiple times regarding a recorded Zoom meeting I urgently need to access. Despite sending several messages across different platforms, I have not received any responses. I received an email from Vimeo in America but when I try to access it, it asks for a password that I do not have. I have attempted various passwords, all of which have failed.
