Good evening, my name is Jessika de Sousa. I placed an online order on December 2nd with the identification number W[redacted]51. I received the shipment of 8 splashes, but I am still waiting for the seduction puree to be sent. They have already debited the full purchase amount of $56.71; however, on several occasions, they have tried to charge me an additional amount of $5.35. I would like to understand the reason for this charge, as I have already been charged for the total purchase, with only the mentioned shipment remaining pending. Hello, I am an Italian customer. I am having trouble with my orders from Victoria's Secret Italia as I did not receive confirmation emails for both orders and I cannot see them in my account. I ordered the same items twice due to an issue with logging in. I have only the order number for the second order from a screenshot I took. When I enter my email and order number, I can see the order but not in my account. I need help to confirm if both orders are placed, and if so, I would like to cancel one of them. I recently bought a robe for my daughter as a Christmas gift, but unfortunately, it did not fit her. I attempted to return it for a refund, but encountered difficulties.
Here are the details:
1. I made the purchase using my iPhone Apple Pay.
2. I received a new iPhone during the holiday season and transferred my Apple Pay to the new device.
3. The old phone is no longer compatible with Apple Pay.
4. Upon attempting to return the robe, the system could not process the refund due to different Apple Pay codes on the two phones.
5. The store informed me they couldn't offer a refund as the Apple Pay code must match for direct refunds to the phone and Apple Pay used.
6. I am able to provide my credit card statement confirming the payment.
How can I proceed to receive the refund?

I am reaching out regarding an incident at one of your stores in Chicago, USA. Despite assurances of a follow-up, I have not been contacted. On 19/01/23, while visiting the Victoria's Secret store in the Woodfield Shopping Mall during my vacation with my daughter, I tripped on wires covered in black tape on the ground due to lack of warning signs. The fall resulted in injuries to my knee and back. The manager, Alana, took a report but no one reached out as promised. This impacted the rest of my vacation; I had to see a doctor and was confined to my hotel due to difficulty walking. I am requesting compensation of £10,[redacted] for the lack of warnings, the injuries sustained, and the disrupted holiday. Furthermore, compensation is sought for the unresponsive customer service. I can provide medical evidence if needed. A response within 2 working days is expected; otherwise, legal action will be pursued.

I recently purchased a black zippered hoodie and I am having difficulty wearing it without it leaving lint balls on my other clothes. Despite washing it twice, the issue persists, and I expected better durability for the $45. The tag numbers are RN54867 CA23226, [redacted]-QJ4, ID[redacted]2, 08 22. On March 17th, I visited the store to order bras online, but received the wrong size. After returning them, I reordered and requested expedited shipping due to the store's error, but was informed it would cost extra. I believe I should have received complimentary overnight shipping under the circumstances. Despite reordering, I am frustrated by the additional week-long wait for the correct items.

I have made numerous purchases online and in your stores in the past year. Today, however, I experienced an incident that left me shocked and disappointed. While browsing for potential birthday gifts from your store, I was approached and accused of theft. This was a first-time experience for me. What surprised me the most was being informed about a 5-item limit in the dressing room, a policy I had never encountered despite being a frequent shopper. I complied with the search of my belongings, willingly showing my bag, which yielded nothing incriminating. The entire ordeal left me feeling humiliated, especially since I was closely monitored during my time in the store. Consequently, I feel deeply disheartened and vow never to return as a customer due to the unjust accusation made towards me by your staff.

I visited your store at Shops of Briargate in Colorado Springs today to redeem the coupon you recently sent me for a Free Panty with any purchase up to $14.50. However, when I tried to use the coupon, the sales representative informed me that the items I wanted to purchase were on clearance and couldn't be combined with the offer, despite there being no signage indicating clearance. I was disappointed by this inconsistency and felt misled by the advertising. As a long-time customer of over 15 years, this experience was frustrating and has deterred me from returning to your store. I left without making a purchase and decided to discard the coupon. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.

During a recent visit to Victoria's Secret at the Fashion Outlet Mall in Niagara Falls, New York, I encountered a male employee wearing makeup. He asked if I had been sized recently and proceeded to measure me with a rainbow-colored measuring tape. This made me feel uncomfortable, and I felt frozen. Although my husband was with me, he didn't say anything to avoid being labeled as homophobic. I received a suggestion from the male employee which turned out to be incorrect in both size and fit. While I appreciate inclusivity, I believe that male employees should not be providing advice on women's intimates without proper knowledge. If men are to be employed in such stores for inclusivity, they should be stationed behind the counter to prevent discomfort for female customers.

I wanted to update you that I have returned three items from order E[redacted]49. The package contains everything except for the "heart window thong." Unfortunately, I mistakenly disposed of the original bag and product description, so I had to use a new parcel and description. In place of the item description, I included the shipping confirmation email in the package.
I opted not to pay an additional 30€ for tracking the parcel, so I received a bill without a tracking number. Would it be possible for me to send a picture of the bill as proof of the return?

After Victoria’s Secret started advertising less appealing undergarments, my daughter stopped shopping there. I checked the online selection and assured her there are still cute and sexy items available. However, she finds the male models in women’s lingerie off-putting. We wanted to support the brand, but this is just too much. I understand that everyone has different preferences, but this is not appealing to us. My husband even turned down a job offer from Victoria’s Secret. Unfortunately, we will no longer be shopping there or purchasing gifts from the store. Thank you. - L.Z.

Although I have the receipt and the body mists have not been used, the store refused my request. I checked your return policy and it states that returns and exchanges are allowed, so I am confused by the store's refusal.

I wanted to share my experience with bras I purchased recently. I bought a few expensive bras, two were on sale, and one was not. Unfortunately, I have misplaced the gift card receipt and cannot locate it. I have only worn them once, with one of them never being worn at all. Due to extreme stress and anxiety from losing my father and subsequent weight loss, the bras no longer fit well as I now wear a 34DDD. I am hoping to exchange them for store credit to buy bras that fit me properly. I appreciate any assistance with this matter.

I recently ordered the 5 for $30.00 panties online and they arrived in a black plastic bag with the VS logo. There were only my 5 pairs of panties inside, each in clear plastic bags without paper price tags. Surprisingly, there was no paper invoice included. I removed the tags and tried them on, only to find they were too small. Three were navy blue and two were black. I have never had sizing issues before, and now I am unsure what to do next. After encountering issues with the agreed-upon cargo company providing poor quality service and failing to deliver my order, I reached out to Victoria’s Secret customer service in Turkey. Despite their assurances of investigating the matter, I was left without any resolution for two weeks. Eventually, I was informed that my product could not be reshipped, only refunded. I visited your store in Salem, Oregon with the intention of making a significant purchase, around $[redacted].80 to be precise. The staff, however, were extremely rude. I felt incredibly disrespected, to the point where I decided not to buy anything after having my items rung up. I believe another store will value my patronage more. As a professional boudoir photographer and model, I used to spend a substantial amount at your store. During my visit, an employee took my bag without my consent while I was trying on clothes, and instead of allowing me to swap items, she controlled the process and showed a lack of respect. Even though I was entitled to a free tote after spending $[redacted], an employee took it away from me stating they were by the register, later asking me to retrieve it myself. The overall treatment I received was unacceptable, from leaving my belongings unattended to disrespectful behavior from staff. I recommend hiring new employees and providing additional customer service training. It's disappointing to end a customer relationship where I used to spend $[redacted]-$[redacted] quarterly.
