I want to sincerely apologize for the delayed communication. Recently, I fell ill and ended up in the ER due to a tropical ailment I acquired while working in Bangladesh refugee camps. I also have an upcoming international trip, which has kept me very busy.
I am contacting you now regarding Order #T[redacted]71 that I placed several weeks ago. Unfortunately, part of the order, including two "Carson Multi-Use Shelves," Style No. [redacted]5, with Tracking #1ZW[redacted][redacted], did not arrive, even though the tracking information suggests otherwise.
This situation has made me quite anxious, especially because I am about to embark on another major international trip. I had hoped to have these shelves for additional storage in my apartment for guests. I have checked with my neighbors and searched around the building, but the package is nowhere to be found.
Could you please advise me on how to proceed? While the value is around $80, this presents a significant financial setback for me, as I have recently launched an NGO that is yet to be funded. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I had a disappointing experience with your company regarding an order I placed for my daughter in December. The item was charged but not available, and I feel there should be a system in place to notify customers about back orders before processing payments. As a frequent online shopper and business owner, I have never encountered a situation where an item I paid for was unavailable until March. The company attempted multiple charges to my bank account and gave conflicting information about the status of my order. The supervisor I spoke with, Delmesha, was unprofessional, raising her voice and not addressing my concerns adequately. This treatment is unacceptable, and I believe in the power of word-of-mouth and social media to share my frustration. My hope is that this situation is not repeated with other customers in the future.

Hello, I am a first-time online buyer with your company, and unfortunately, I am having a disappointing experience. I made my purchase on November 29, and the payment was deducted from my account. However, on December 3, I received an email requesting me to contact your customer service line with an approval number from my bank. I promptly obtained the number from my bank, proceeded to call your customer service lines, and made a total of three calls. Unfortunately, I was on hold for almost an hour each time, with no luck connecting with a representative. The order number in question is TN[redacted]1.

I made a purchase on November 29, [redacted], and on December 2, I received an email stating there was a problem with my order, asking for a bank verification number. After contacting my bank, they confirmed there was no issue and no such number to provide. Urban Outfitters threatened to cancel my order, which I got at a great discount during Black Friday. I visited the bank on Wednesday and emailed the verification code to Urban Outfitters, but now they claim I never responded and canceled my order unfairly.

I am writing to address my recent experience with Urban Outfitters. In early November, I ordered a pair of boots that were on backorder. Despite being aware of this, the boots were put on backorder again without any notification. After numerous attempts to contact customer service, I finally spoke to a representative who informed me that there was uncertainty about whether the boots would ever be shipped. This lack of communication and unclear status of my order has been very frustrating. I paid $[redacted] for an item that may not even be fulfilled. While I prefer not to cancel the order as it is a gift, I am disappointed by the service I have received and would like a resolution.

I recently had a frustrating experience with Urban Outfitters. After 8 days of processing, my order was marked as shipped. However, the carrier had not received it 3 days later. When I tried to contact customer service by phone on a Tuesday at 9:00 am (US time), I waited for 2 hours without a response. Upon chatting with a representative online, they mentioned that it's common for orders to not be received for half a month, which seemed strange to me. When I requested to cancel my order due to travel plans, the representative declined. It felt like they were indifferent to my concerns, implying that once they have the money, the shipping status is their prerogative. This experience has deterred me from making any future purchases on their website. 🤮

I received one of the three items from my order TP[redacted]8. The other two items are missing, even though the website shows them as delivered. LaserShip hasn't received the two missing items as the label was created on 12/6. I opened a case with them, but they mentioned they can only ship the items once UO sends them. The situation is frustrating and if not resolved, I will escalate the matter further.

Good Afternoon, I recently contacted Urban Outfitters regarding my order TP[redacted]6 for the Marte Storage Cabinet in White, which I wanted in brown. Despite being told the original order was canceled, I received both the White and Brown cabinets with double charges on my credit card. Unfortunately, the Brown cabinet arrived damaged. Despite attempts to resolve this, I encountered difficulties getting clear instructions. I await an email confirmation on the return process, but so far, nothing has been received. This experience has been frustrating, particularly given the size of the items involved. I am hoping to escalate this issue beyond the regular customer service representatives for a more satisfactory resolution.
