I need assistance with a lost baggage issue for a colleague who traveled on United. We were on hold for a long time with customer service, then asked to wait longer with the mileage plus department, which seems unreasonable. My colleague is Pablo Martinez with Frequent Flyer Number: UA-NB346468. He departed on United [redacted] operated by MESA AIRLINES DBA UNITED EXPRESS from Washington Dulles Intl Airport (IAD) to Toronto Pearson Intl Airport (YYZ) with confirmation JVXPC7. Connecting to China Southern [redacted] from Toronto Pearson Intl Airport (YYZ) to Guangzhou Airport (CAN) with confirmation KR8NU3. The luggage did not arrive in Toronto, and China Southern advised us to contact United. However, United directed us to China Air. We need help locating the baggage and speaking to the right team for assistance. I am Pablo's administrative assistant; you can reach me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

I flew with United recently and had a great experience on my way to my destination. However, the return journey turned into a nightmare when my luggage was mistakenly sent to another location. Despite reassurances that it would be delivered to my house the next day, it didn't arrive. After multiple calls, I found out it was still in Nashville. The customer service's lack of communication and accountability has left me frustrated. I have special shoes in that luggage and I'm disappointed by the inconvenience. My baggage number is 3[redacted]80, and my Record Locator is ACG8W8. I'm eager to have my belongings returned, as some items were purchased in London and hold sentimental value.

My luggage with tracking number BTV33229M is still missing. The description provided is inaccurate. The suitcase is dark green with a brown leather handle and wheels on the bottom, made of canvas fabric with a small tear in one corner. It also has a white ribbon with colors tied to the handle. It was mistakenly sent from Chicago O'Hare to Columbus, Ohio, but the correct destination is Burlington VT International Airport.

My United Air flight UA 48 was canceled two days before my travel date. They advised me to book another flight and promised a full refund. This situation caused me a lot of stress because the tickets from Newark are expensive, and my visa was expiring soon. I had to buy a $[redacted] ticket to Bombay. After a week, United responded to my email saying they would refund only INR [redacted] instead of the full refund of [redacted]. I believe my compensation should also cover the cost of the additional ticket I had to purchase. I have not received any refund so far. I have copies of all my boarding passes, and I have the name and batch number of the United airline representative who assured me of the refund.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am Mr. Dolar Barot, sharing my disappointing experience with United Airlines. My Booking Reference No: L00D45. My flight from Newark (EWR) to Mumbai (BOM) on June 25th was initially rescheduled multiple times by the airline, causing inconvenience. Despite prior notice about my expiring visa, United Airlines demanded a $[redacted] fare difference to change my flight date. When informed of the flight cancellation on June 25th, I requested United Airlines to assist in finding an alternative flight but was denied by United Representative Ms. Bmelym. Instead, I was advised to purchase another airline ticket, with a promised refund which was only received on July 3rd for an incorrect amount of INR [redacted]. My humble request is for a full refund of 61,[redacted] INR and compensation for the $[redacted] spent on an Emirates flight due to United Airlines' cancellation. I kindly request a full refund and appropriate compensation. As a frequent flyer, I hope for a smooth resolution for this issue. Thank you, Dolar Barot

After making my reservation with the correct dates and times, I later discovered an error in the dates when sharing details with a friend about my Las Vegas trip. I promptly re-booked my flight with United for the correct dates at an additional cost of $[redacted]. The United agent advised me to request a refund for the incorrect ticket reservation. My new confirmation number is K1J99X. I am kindly asking for a refund since I have already re-booked with United due to an honest mistake. I have hotel and show reservations in Las Vegas, and my long-lost friend has already booked her flight. I would greatly appreciate your review and consideration for a refund in this situation.

I flew on UA4969 from DCA on June 18th with plans to arrive in POS at 5:00 am the next day. Due to a connecting flight to NJ being rescheduled to the following day to Houston, I had to pay for a midnight cab back to a friend's place and then return the next morning for an 8:30 flight to Houston, which was delayed by 2 hours. I reached POS at 11 pm, feeling exhausted, with swollen feet, tired, sick, and frustrated. Unfortunately, I missed an event planned for that day. I, Molly H., can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. I am seeking full compensation for the stress, pain, suffering, and disappointment I endured, not just a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

On Tuesday, June 25, [redacted], I had a scheduled flight UA [redacted] from MOB to IAH. Upon my arrival at 6:10 PM for check-in, I was informed by a UA representative that checking my bag would cost $30. Another representative mentioned that I missed the bag check time as the porters had already collected the bags and wouldn't return for mine, even though boarding hadn't started yet. I asked if I could pay the fee and check my bag at the plane, which was denied. I also inquired about sending the bag on another flight, to which I received a negative response, being told the only option was to ship it at a cost of $[redacted].20. I am seeking a refund of $[redacted].20 due to this unsatisfactory service provided by UA representatives.

United recently canceled my flight from Mumbai to Newark and rebooked my family on Air India for July 23rd. However, Air India claims they don't have a PNR number and cannot find our booking. It has been challenging to reach United by phone while I am in India, and it's costing me a lot of money in wasted calls. I even tried contacting United when I was in the US but was unable to get a PNR for Air India. Please assist in resolving this issue promptly so we can get back to the US on time for work and school commitments. Thank you, Pancreas Y. Email: [redacted]

Our family of six experienced multiple delays with our United flight, culminating in a cancellation. Despite booking first-class tickets, half of us were separated and placed in economy. We are now scheduled for a late evening flight at 8:50pm. We are hoping for earlier options, particularly for two members with crucial commitments tomorrow. Our confirmation numbers are DDBWKN, DDEPCS, and GXXE48. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Three passengers, D.K. Madhani, M.M. Shaparia, and R.M. Shaparia, were scheduled on United Airlines UA-48 from Newark to Mumbai on July 30, [redacted], with PNR C6HCR8 and E-ticket numbers [redacted][redacted]/3 and 4. Unfortunately, the flight has been canceled. We kindly ask for assistance in securing an alternative booking, preferably a one-stop flight for these senior citizens. An AirIndia flight would be preferable if available, and the travel date is flexible. Your help in resolving this matter is much appreciated.

I had my flight canceled and had to stay overnight at Denver airport. I was told I would receive a $[redacted] reimbursement. Trying to claim it online is frustrating as I keep going in circles. My flight was [redacted] from DEN to BOI on Friday, July 5th, [redacted]. My confirmation number is G49FPK. I am seeking advice on how to easily claim my reimbursement without enduring more hours of navigating a system that is not customer-friendly.

To the United Customer Service Team, I am writing to express gratitude for the vouchers my wife and I received from United Airlines due to an unfortunate circumstance. The PINs for the vouchers are 4U7t6X637U and 37UN3HU957. We would like to request an extension of the grace period until the end of this year, as that is typically when we purchase our tickets. Due to being on fixed incomes, we are unable to afford tickets any earlier. As loyal customers of United Airlines, we appreciate and enjoy flying with your airline. Thank you for considering our request. Warm regards, T. and T. Brownlie

During my flight from LAX to Houston on June 7, [redacted], I experienced an injury onboard. I accidentally hit my head on the low overhead compartment while returning from the restroom. A flight attendant was assisting nearby and directed me to the first row to maneuver her cart, leading to the unfortunate impact. Since then, I have been suffering from persistent headaches, especially upon waking up and during the night along with bouts of dizziness. Despite informing the staff onboard and at customer service in Houston, I was advised to contact United Airlines via email for further assistance. I seek guidance on the necessary steps to address this ongoing issue.

I typically choose Delta for my flights, but decided to book a non-stop with United from Cleveland. During the reservation process, I encountered an offer for a United Credit Card with benefits. When I clicked on it, I lost my reservation. I called because I have a special needs granddaughter. Noel mentioned I could use my Sapphire Card for the charge and then switch it to the United Card for the benefits. However, today when I tried to switch, I was informed it couldn't be done because it had been over 30 days. This policy was not communicated to me when I made the booking. I requested to speak to a supervisor, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I received a busy signal and no supervisor. I fly frequently and have had better experiences with Delta due to United's late and cancelled flights. Despite considering giving United another chance for the benefits, I now feel frustrated. If this matter is not resolved, I plan to return the credit card and stick with Delta after leaving a negative review. The deal from Cleveland is convenient for me, bypassing Chicago and with family in Denver. Disappointed with the service provided. Laurie D.

Customer Complaint: United Airlines Flight UA2028 To United Airlines Customer Relations, I am contacting you about flight UA2028. My booking reference for this flight was B1XSNM. The flight was supposed to leave Denver International Airport on July 8, [redacted], at 8:50 pm. However, it was delayed twice due to issues with our aircraft's arrival. The first delay pushed the departure time to 10:20 pm, and then to 11:40 pm. The flight was ultimately canceled because of severe thunderstorms in Houston. Despite other flights still operating, we were left without accommodations at the airport. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service at the Denver airport. Despite explaining our work commitments, it took several interactions to secure a new booking for the next day, flight UA740 at 11:00 am. However, technical problems led to more delays, causing us to miss our connection in New Orleans. We ended up spending the day at the airport, eventually flying standby on UA1975. I am requesting compensation for our expenses and the inconvenience caused by the flight delays. Our party included Anna Nelson and Steven Fletcher. Attached are receipts, and I also ask for consideration of future flight compensation. I anticipate your response within 7 days. Regards, Anna Nelson [redacted] [redacted]

Hi, I wanted to bring to your attention that there seems to be a delay with my upcoming flight to Austin due to United's late arrival with UA812 from Jackson Hole to Denver. Unfortunately, this delay will cause me to miss my connecting flight to Austin, UA281. I received a notification via SMS, and I am currently checked in for the flight from Jackson Hole to Denver. I kindly request immediate assistance in finding an alternative flight from Denver to Austin as soon as possible. I am open to upgrading seats for an earlier flight or even changing to a different airline to ensure I reach my destination on time. I hope United can address this issue promptly and provide a suitable solution. Please contact me at +47 [redacted]9 to discuss options further. I would greatly appreciate a quick resolution to this matter. You have my email address for reference, but reaching out via phone would be more efficient given the time sensitivity of this situation. Thank you for your cooperation and prompt attention to this matter. Best Regards, Ragnar

Hello, I encountered an issue while trying to purchase tickets for my wife and son's trip to Mongolia on Expedia. Despite multiple attempts, I couldn't get a final itinerary from the website. The following day, my wife used CheapTickets and the transaction went smoothly. She received the confirmation and itinerary promptly. In contrast, we never received any details from Expedia, causing uncertainty about the flight. After checking my credit card statement, I discovered duplicate charges from both Expedia and CheapTickets, including double insurance charges. United and Expedia have been unhelpful, directing me to contact my travel agent, despite my family successfully booking through CheapTickets. It's frustrating that United allowed two bookings on the same flight without acknowledging the issue.

We were scheduled to fly on Tuesday, July 23, on UA #31 from Munich to Newark. Unfortunately, the flight was first delayed and then canceled citing "weather" issues in Newark. Despite this, other airlines were still operating flights to Newark at the same time. United rebooked us on Flight [redacted], but upon arrival at the airport, we discovered that this flight did not exist. We faced a long wait at the United counter with only one representative available to help. With the assistance of a Lufthansa representative, we managed to book alternative flights to Newark but had to endure a lengthy wait in line again to receive boarding passes. After waiting for 2.5 hours, we were told we had missed our new flights. We were then rerouted on Lufthansa to Dusseldorf and then on to JFK in New York. Due to these unexpected changes, we incurred additional expenses and did not reach home until the early hours of July 24. We feel that as loyal United customers, we should be compensated for the inconvenience, misinformation, and extra costs we faced during this journey. Thank you.

The second leg of my son's trip that I booked was unexpectedly canceled, leaving passengers without any explanation. Despite my efforts to seek information and rebook through United, the staff seemed unhelpful and unwilling to provide clear answers. After waiting in a long customer service line, I had to persist with the telesales agent to secure a seat for Cassy on a later flight. This lack of proactive communication and accountability from the United staff has made me question choosing them in the future. The ordeal of being stranded without updates and struggling to find solutions reflects poorly on United's services. The incident regarding United Flight [redacted] from Denver to Missoula has left me disappointed in the circumstances and culture within the company.
