I recently discovered that my Google account has been hacked, and as a result, I've lost access to my Epic, EA, and Riot accounts. The Rainbow Six Siege account was a gift from a friend, and it's incredibly important to me. I've already contacted the account recovery team two days ago but have not received a response yet. I can provide evidence of ownership. This situation is especially urgent because I just unlocked ranked play, and my vacation is ending soon. Currently, I can still play standard and quick matches in Siege, but I'm unable to enable 2FA since I no longer have access to my email. I take responsibility for not enabling 2FA sooner and appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello, I believe my Ubisoft account may have been stolen. The account was originally registered under [redacted] I suspect the email may have been changed during the theft, as I have tried to reset the password but have not received any emails or links from Ubisoft. I have created a new Ubisoft account with the email [redacted] I tested the password reset process on this new account and received the emails correctly. Please assist me in recovering my Ubisoft account that was registered with the email [redacted] Kindly communicate with me via [redacted], as I won't be able to see any responses sent to [redacted] Thank you.

I've been experiencing issues connecting to the Rainbow Six Siege servers for the past week. To try and resolve this, I unlinked my PlayStation account from my Ubisoft Connect account, but unfortunately, it did not fix the problem. Now, I'm unable to log back into my Ubisoft Connect account to link my PlayStation account again because I forgot my password. Additionally, I am unable to access the email linked to the account. Can anyone advise on how to resolve this situation?

In an attempt to troubleshoot, I unlinked my PlayStation account from my Ubisoft Connect account, but unfortunately, it did not resolve the problem. Now, I am unable to log back into my Ubisoft Connect account to relink my PlayStation account because I have forgotten the password. Moreover, I am also locked out of the email associated with the Ubisoft Connect account. I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
