I have reached out to Ubisoft's account recovery support via email for assistance, but unfortunately, I have not received any helpful resolution to my issue. I am unable to access my email linked to the account and do not remember the password. I have confirmed my ownership using the phone number associated with the account and received an email requesting my preferred new email address for the account. Despite providing the requested information, I did not receive any follow-up. As a result, I initiated a new case to inquire about the status, but it appears that I received a response from an automated bot. I am dissatisfied with the level of service provided in addressing my concern.

I am having issues launching Assassin's Creed Valhalla on my computer. When I click the desktop icon, it starts synchronizing with achievements and then shows the Assassin's Creed symbol before going back to synchronizing, as if I exited the game. My system is up to date, and my computer meets all the necessary requirements to run the game. However, I am unable to actually start playing the game. I had played it before without any problems, and now I just want to enjoy it again, but it won't launch.

Hello, I was banned while planting my sorcerer seed. It has been 3 weeks, and I still have not been unbanned. The Growtopia mods have not responded to me on Discord. I got banned on July 20th while planting my sorcerer seed, and I believe it was for no reason since I follow Growtopia's rules. Please assist in unbanning my account. My GrowID is IzunasGT. This is an old ban from around [redacted] regarding a "casino" issue. I've made multiple attempts to have it reviewed as I don't recall owning a casino. Despite providing evidence that I was wrongly banned due to a scam in-game, support has ignored and delayed my case. Even after an in-game moderator tried to remove the ban citing insufficient evidence, my pleas fell on deaf ears. Ubisoft has now started using the time passed (over 4 years) as an excuse not to resolve the issue. I feel unfairly treated and have even sent a letter to headquarters without knowing if it was received. I seek help in contacting Ubisoft to prove my innocence and have this false ban lifted. The lack of evidence or explanation for the ban adds to my frustration, especially since I was an active member of the community. Your assistance in resolving this would be greatly appreciated.

I've been having trouble accessing my Ubisoft account as I haven't used it in a while. My password isn't working, and attempts to reset it by email haven't been successful. It seems like either my email address or password has been altered. Resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. I've faced similar problems in the past with my Ubisoft account.

I've been unable to log into my account for just over a week now. I found it strange that I could create a new account using the same email as before, but now I don't have access to my games. I've reached out via email and social media but have not received any responses. I would like my games restored and an explanation for this issue.

I am appealing my Rainbow Six ban under my Ubisoft ID [Fantasy.FF]. I am a dedicated player of the game and have invested time and money into it, particularly enjoying the Hot weapon. Rainbow Six helped me move on from a difficult past, and I have purchased season passes and hero packs. Recently, my account was banned without prior warnings despite having a clean record without any violations. This ban has affected me deeply as I've invested over [redacted] hours into the game. I request a chance to appeal and assure you that I will continue to abide by the game rules and maintain a positive gaming environment.

I am experiencing issues with Rainbow Six Siege specifically related to staying connected in ranked standard mode. Repeatedly encountering 2x, 3x, and 4x error codes has resulted in me being kicked out midway and facing difficulties in reconnecting. The continuous dropping of ranks and receiving lengthy abandon sanctions has been frustrating, leading me to two days of being unable to enjoy the game properly. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps, none have been successful in resolving the problem. This situation is beginning to demotivate me from playing altogether. Any guidance on resolving this persistent connectivity issue would be greatly appreciated.

When playing Rainbow Six Siege, my computer always resets after about 6 minutes of gameplay, but this only happens in matches, not while in the menu or doing T-hunts. Other games like GTA, Tarkov, Rust, War Thunder, Valorant, CSGO, MW [redacted], and Cold War run without any problems. I've tried updating Windows, drivers, validating files, and reinstalling the game to no avail. My hardware including a [redacted] Ti, Ryzen 9 5900X, and sufficient RAM seem fine with no damage. I regularly clear my cache. Hopefully, the developers can resolve this issue since I've encountered problems with the game before, like visual bugs with ranks and server outages despite the game being out for 8 years. I just want to enjoy playing this game without interruptions.

I initially started the new season just like everyone else, but about two weeks later, I had to stop playing due to work commitments. I received an email stating that I was permanently banned for cheating. I believe this happened because I was placed in a lower rank where performing well is viewed as cheating. What can I do in this situation? Should I purposely underperform to avoid being reported and not progress to a higher rank? Initially, my friends had suspicions, but I was focusing on improving my skills through aim training and upgrading my PC to enhance my gaming experience. I was looking forward to playing during my work break when I discovered the ban. I am extremely frustrated by this and am eager to cooperate to resolve this issue and be able to enjoy playing the game again.

I am experiencing an issue with my Ubisoft account. The account is linked to Steam, where I primarily play Rainbow Six Siege under the username D_ReBeL. The associated email address is [redacted] Unfortunately, for the past two days, I have been unable to access my Ubisoft account as I did not receive any password reset emails. I ended up creating a new account with the same email. If you check the R6 tab, you will see that the D_ReBeL account is still active, but I am unable to access it. I have tried unsuccessfully to report this problem on the Ubisoft website.

While we played together previously, he engaged in cheating once I was offline, resulting in a demotion from Emerald 4 to Gold 1. Despite his poor gameplay performance, his cheating activities impacted my account negatively. This situation has led me to reconsider my involvement in Rainbow Six Siege. I seek assistance in restoring my lost rank progress, as I believe it is unfair to be penalized for someone else's actions. I received a one-day ban from playing ranked, which doesn't seem to be my fault. I experienced a disconnect (not intentionally) during the last round of the game. Due to this disconnection, the game registered it as me leaving, which was not my intention. Now, I am facing a one-day ban on the only day when I can fully enjoy the game. I am eager to play today, and receiving a full day ban for an issue beyond my control feels unjust. This situation makes me hesitant to continue playing the game, as I fear being banned due to unreliable connections, whether on my end or due to server issues.

Hi there, I have been struggling with a problem in AC Odyssey for a while now. In short, when I enter the story creator mode in the community, to add stories to my log, it tells me they have been successfully uploaded in the game, but in reality, nothing is added, except for the ones recommended by the game. I have tried everything, resetting, changing difficulty, and checking for any limits in parental control, but no luck. Please, help me...

My mother bought 4,[redacted] Riders Republic coins for me to start a new career. She purchased it today from the Ubisoft store. However, when I checked, the coins were not in my account. I haven't used them, and it seems she accidentally bought them for the PC platform instead of PlayStation 4. I purchased Ubisoft + to play the new Assassin's Creed Mirage. I successfully downloaded the deluxe version after paying for the monthly subscription. However, upon trying to start the game, it wouldn't launch. I attempted to repurchase the monthly subscription but was informed that I had already paid. I reviewed my bank statement, which confirmed the charge, yet I am unable to access the game as it prompts me to renew my subscription. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I've been experiencing freezing issues with Rainbow Six: Siege today. The game freezes after playing a round or even before the match starts. This hasn't happened to me before in the month since I downloaded the game! I tried fixing it all morning, managed to play for a bit in the afternoon, but it froze again when I returned in the evening right before my first competitive game. Unfortunately, my teammates did not want to cancel the game, even though my game froze. It's frustrating that I might get banned for something I couldn't control. I hope this gets resolved soon. I am currently experiencing an issue when trying to link my Xbox account to my Ubisoft account. The system is indicating that another Ubisoft account is already linked to my Xbox account. I do not recall linking another account and am unsure of its details. Ubisoft's solution suggests logging into the other account to unlink it. Unfortunately, I lack the necessary information to access this undisclosed account. I am unable to obtain information about the link from my Xbox account. It's worth noting that the Ubisoft account I am accessing has been active for 15 years but has never been linked to my Xbox account.
