Hello, I am having difficulties logging into my Ubisoft account on my PC to join my friends in playing. Despite spending hours on it, I am unable to access my account due to two-factor authentication. I have even re-downloaded the app and reconfigured it, but the codes are not working, and my Ubisoft account may not be linked correctly. While I can sign in on my phone, I am struggling to do so on my computer. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can offer. Thank you in advance for your help.

I received a permanent ban due to a hacker who stole my account and got it banned before. When I discovered my account was compromised, I immediately changed my password to prevent the hacker from accessing it. I accept that I should have received a 7-day ban for my recent actions, but it feels unjust to be permanently banned for something the hacker did years ago. This is my first offense, and I am willing to accept a fair punishment. As an avid Rainbow Six player, I sincerely hope to have my account reinstated with the assurance that I will not repeat any wrongdoing. I want you to understand that the initial ban was not my fault but the result of an unknown hacker gaining unauthorized access. Unfortunately, due to exams, I was unaware of the breach for a month, which delayed my ability to report the issue promptly.

I have been temporarily banned before because a hacker stole my account and got it banned. I don't know how the hacker managed to get my account banned, but as soon as I realized my account was stolen, I changed my password. The hacker hasn't logged in since. While I understand that I deserve a 7-day ban this time, I feel it's unfair to have received a permanent ban due to the hacker's actions from a few years ago. This is my first time engaging in this behavior since then, and I hope you can review my case and provide a fair punishment. As a dedicated Rainbow Six player, I genuinely wish to have my account reinstated, assuring you that I will not repeat this mistake. When attempting to update the email associated with my Ubisoft account, I encountered errors. Now, I am unable to access my Ubisoft account and reconnect it to my Xbox account. Hello dear Ubisoft team, I had a small complaint regarding a game error (I think) that occurred as follows: it was 4/4, the last round, and the defuser was planted by the opposing team. My teammate and I were in a 2vs2 situation (which we managed to handle). Right after my clutch against the opponent team, I was kicked out of the round almost instantly. My teammate completed the defuse, and our team won the round. However, I not only did not receive the win but also got a ban. I am experiencing difficulties with my recovery account. Unfortunately, I may have lost access to my old email, which is [redacted] Strangely, my Ubisoft account that is linked to Rainbow Six automatically logged me out. While I can still log in, attempting to sign in prompts me for a code from my iCloud email. I tried accessing it via my Apple account on Chrome, but I couldn't as the code was linked to my old phone number that I no longer have access to. I cannot recall the old phone number. I wish to update the contact email on my account to [redacted] Kindly reach out to me via this email instead of iCloud to assist me in recovering my account without the iCloud verification requirement.

I was playing a ranked game when the issue occurred. After the pick phase, the game froze for me while selecting my opponent. Consequently, other players started leaving, and when I attempted to reconnect, I encountered an error code which led to a 2-day ban. I have video evidence that shows it wasn't due to rage quitting. This is the second occurrence of this issue; previously, my friends and I received a one-day ban. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly as I genuinely don't want to face a ban without any valid reason. Please address this matter urgently.

I recently encountered a team that launched a DDOS attack on my team during a game. This caused me to be kicked out of the game and prevented from rejoining, resulting in a temporary ban. I am extremely dissatisfied with this occurrence. As a dedicated customer who has invested both time and money into your game, experiencing this issue is disappointing. I am experiencing issues with "For Honor" title since the 12th. I can't group up or matchmake with friends. I can only play arcade mode and the story. When accessing the group menu, it displays a message saying group functions are temporarily disabled. Trying to start a match results in a matchmaking error code ([redacted]29 v27 .[redacted]), likely due to connectivity problems caused by the group menu issue. I have attempted troubleshooting steps without success. My Xbox Ubisoft account is under my father's email, while the email I am using for this correspondence is linked to my PC account. While my friend and I were in the queue for a ranked match, he canceled it due to the long wait. After that, a reconnect to ranked prompt appeared. We both clicked to reconnect and waited for over a minute, with no success. After restarting the game and attempting to reconnect again, waiting for another 2 minutes yielded no results. Trying different tactics, I switched accounts and signed back in, waiting 5 minutes without success. We both feel that we should be compensated with the lost RP due to the unsuccessful attempts to rejoin the game despite our efforts. My account is CrazyLakey, and my friend's account is packapunch05. We were eager to play the ranked match, but unfortunately, the game did not allow us to rejoin. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly.

While playing a mission, I've encountered a frustrating issue where the screen refreshes, sending me back to a travel point. This has occurred multiple times on my Xbox One S. I then have to clear the location of enemies once more, which is bothersome. I suspect it may be due to server drops and reconnects. It would be greatly appreciated if Ubisoft could address and resolve these server issues promptly.

I was trying to join my friend's lobby on Rainbow 6 Siege as we aimed to reach platinum in ranked matches. He plays on a PS5 while I use a PS4. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant loading delay, ultimately resulting in a [redacted] ping issue and being unable to connect while my friend did. After restarting my game, I found out we were penalized for missing a teammate, leading to a 24-hour ban for lagging out. While solo queuing in Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege, I encountered an issue where I was suddenly kicked from the game, leading to a frozen screen. After waiting for around 5 minutes and seeing no improvement, I had to restart my slow computer. Approximately 10 minutes later, I managed to access the main menu to reconnect to my ranked match. However, despite trying multiple times, I kept receiving a message stating "You have been removed from this lobby." This resulted in an unwarranted 24-hour ban, even though my team secured a win in my absence. I believe it is unjust to receive a ban due to circumstances beyond my control and I am hopeful that the ban can be lifted.

My account has been mistakenly banned. The account number is [redacted] and the Name is Mieppsith. I am a Rainbow Six Siege player. This incident occurred on August 18, [redacted]. What is hard to accept is that I didn't do anything wrong, yet your team and BE banned me without any response. Let me explain what happened. Recently, my computer has not been performing well, causing low FPS while playing. Additionally, my wifi signal was weak, leading to this erroneous ban. One afternoon, I couldn't start the game properly due to network issues. Later that night, after fixing the computer connection, I started playing Rainbow Six Siege, assuming the BE system wasn't active. I enjoy the game, and my gameplay statistics show I am not engaged in cheating. I have even submitted multiple support tickets. I have created a new account now, but it's disheartening to see my innocent account banned. I hope the Ubisoft and BE teams reconsider this issue.
