I hope you are having a great week. Recently, I have been attempting to purchase some new skins using my Visa card. Initially, the transaction went through, but subsequently, I encountered an issue on the website where my Visa kept getting declined. Despite reaching out to support, the provided solutions such as clearing cookies/cache, changing browsers, waiting for 48 hours, using incognito mode, visiting the Ubisoft website, waiting for the site to load, and turning off VPN did not resolve the problem. In an attempt to bypass this issue, I purchased a 30 euros gift card, yet encountered the same payment processing error. I am not seeking a refund but rather requesting assistance to purchase the items I desire as the funds are already in my Ubisoft account. The two items I wish to acquire are "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege [redacted] R6-Credits Priced at 19.99 Euros" and "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege [redacted] R6-Credits Priced at 4.99 Euros." I would appreciate your urgent attention to this matter as it has been causing me distress for the past two days, hindering my enjoyment of the game. I am facing a significant issue with my Ubisoft account. The email linked to it is inaccessible, so I decided to change my Ubisoft account and linked it to a new email that I can access. Upon doing this, I discovered that when I logged into Rainbow, everything besides my PlayStation Network (PSN) pack purchases was missing. I researched and found out that all the crucial data is stored in my old Ubisoft account, to which I have no access because I don't know the password and cannot access the associated email.

A couple of days ago, I logged into my account and discovered that my level was suddenly at 0, all my black ice and operators were gone. It's like starting over with a brand new account. I am extremely upset because I have invested real money into this game. Ubisoft acknowledged the issue during a chat, but I have not received a response on how to resolve it. They mentioned they could fix my account, yet they have not replied to my email. All I am asking for is to have my account restored since this game is the only one I play.

I recently served a 24-hour suspension for leaving a match prematurely. I understand the importance of staying until the end now. However, today after finishing a match on Coastline in ranked mode, I exited the game. Later, upon loading back in, I was hit with a 2-day ban even though I had not attempted to queue for a new match. I kindly request the removal of this unexpected sanction.

I need to add my phone number for verification to play ranked in Rainbow Six Siege. I already have two-step verification, but when I try to add my phone number, it says it's suspicious, which is not the case. I only want to play ranked. Please help me, as I had similar issues with Blizzard, but they resolved it. My phone number is pre-paid; I'm unsure if that's why it's not being accepted.

Someone stole my email address and accessed all my accounts. I managed to recover most of them, except for Ubisoft. I can't send a message to customer support because it says the tickets are disabled. When I try to reset my password, I don't receive any emails, not even in the spam folder. I stream a lot of Ubisoft games and I'm currently stuck without access. I'm asking for your help on this as I play Rainbow Six and Ghost Recon a lot. Thank you.

I recently purchased a game on Steam and mistakenly used the wrong email for my Ubisoft account. This issue arose when I tried to link my Ubisoft account to Xbox, but it was already connected to the account "AsleepKitty8636," which I was unaware of. Hello Ubisoft,
I would like to play ranked on R6, but I cannot because I need to verify my account through email. I tried to change it in Ubisoft settings but am unable to as it requires logging in with my old email, which I have an issue with as I forgot the password.
My previous email ends with ".be" while the new one ends with ".com". The old email was "[redacted]" and the new one is "[redacted]".
Could you please assist me with this matter?

I am having trouble accessing Ubisoft+ games on my Xbox despite signing up for a free trial. I can install games remotely through the web browser on Xbox and the Xbox app on my Android phone. I am having trouble getting Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege to open despite trying various troubleshooting methods. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times on both Steam and Ubisoft Connect. After that, I also uninstalled and reinstalled Ubisoft Connect, but the issue persisted. In a final attempt to resolve the problem, I performed a factory reset on my PC, as a friend had successfully fixed a similar issue with one of his games using this method. Unfortunately, even after the factory reset, the game still won't open. I am now seeking assistance and hoping to find a solution to this issue.
