I turned on my console and launched Rainbow Six Siege, only to be greeted with a three-hour abandoned sanction. This is the first time I've played today, and I haven't left any games abruptly to warrant such a penalty. I linked my Xbox account to my PC account for Rainbow 6 Siege. Now, whenever I try to launch R6 through Steam, it prompts me with a message stating that it will bind the products to my email account linked with Xbox. After clicking continue, an error occurs, saying there was an issue authenticating the ownership. The game recognizes my Xbox account at level [redacted] with 95% of operators unlocked and purchased. I've accumulated a lot by playing for hundreds of hours and just want to merge it smoothly to my PC account without any repurchasing hassle.

I can still access the account on PlayStation, but not on my PC. I am able to log into ubisoft.com without any issues. I enjoy playing the online browser game Settlers by Ubisoft. However, I am unable to log into the game using the same credentials as my Ubisoft account. When I try to log in, I am prompted to register again. Despite having invested a significant amount of money in the game over the past seven years, I have been unable to access my account due to a previous illness. I have submitted six tickets to Ubisoft over the past two days, but unfortunately, I have not received a response or a contact number to reach out to for assistance. When I called a provided number, I was informed that the office in Weybridge does not have the necessary equipment to assist customers. My issue revolves around cross progression as I linked my PlayStation 4 account with my PC account and as a result, I have lost valuable in-game items. I have invested a significant amount of money and time into my 5-year-old account, which includes rare items such as Black Ice skins, elite skins, old esports bundles, and event rewards like those from the Outbreak event. I am extremely frustrated by the sudden and unjust suspension of my Ubisoft Connect account. As far as I know, I have not engaged in any illegal activities or actions that would justify my account being suspended. I simply want to regain access to my account so that I can enjoy the games I have purchased. The reason given for the suspension was "repeated login failures," which I believe is unjust as I always log in automatically when playing my games. I have been playing Ghost Recon Breakpoint daily since I bought it, and whenever I log out, I receive an "inactive" notification, which I cannot prevent as it appears automatically. As a loyal customer of Ubisoft and a fan of their games, I ask that my issue be resolved promptly.

I require assistance with fixing my copies of "Might and Magic 7" and "Might and Magic 7: Trial by Fire" on Steam. I made the purchase on December 28th, but due to my son logging into his account, the games got linked to his account. Even though Ubisoft has removed the games from his account, I am still unable to access and play them. I have reached out to Ubisoft multiple times for support, but unfortunately, I have not received any response yet. With the arrival of the new season of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege and the introduction of cross-platform progression, I have encountered an issue that is preventing me from playing on my account.
When I try to open the game from my current platform (PC), I receive a permanent ban for DDOS.
This may have occurred because my Ubisoft account with email [redacted] and username LooIsBack was linked to a PSN account with a permanent ban over two years ago.

I am appealing the permanent ban on my Rainbow Six Siege account. I was supposedly banned for "Toxicity", yet I do not recall any specific event that warranted such a severe punishment. I recognize the importance of adhering to the code of conduct, which I may have failed to do on one occasion. I have since reviewed the guidelines and sincerely apologize for my past behavior. I kindly request your reconsideration in lifting the ban as I have been an avid player since the game's inception and genuinely enjoy the experience. Despite being informed by Ubisoft customer support that nothing can be done, I am puzzled by the discrepancy between my suspension notice and the permanent ban status. I suspect I may have been wrongly accused by another player, as my only prior issue was due to a match disruption caused by an opponent's actions.

My Ubisoft account seems to be broken. I purchased R6 Siege on PC after playing on console for years. I have proof of my activity. When trying to relink my account, I receive an error saying that another account is already linked, which is not true. The last time I played R6 Siege on PS4, my Ubisoft account appeared to have been hacked via my WIFI's IP Address. When using different networks, my account worked normally.
In summary, I have bought the game for multiple platforms, year passes, in-game cosmetics, operators, etc. I would like to have everything restored. My PS4 account name is NxusPhantom, I was around level [redacted]-[redacted], owned all operators, recently bought the new year pass, and purchased multiple in-game cosmetics like elite skins. I have invested a lot of time and money into this game, and it's devastating to lose everything I had.
