I am dissatisfied with the $5 credit offer as compensation for my order. The delivery was extremely late, the food packaging was open, and the driver seemingly passed our house multiple times. The overall experience was unsafe, and I am requesting a full refund for the poor service and compromised food quality. Thank you.

Hello, I placed an order at Popeyes fast food in the Lawrence and Keele area past 7 p.m. today. While tracking my order, it showed it would be delivered around 8:15-8:30 p.m. Suddenly, the app stopped and indicated my order was delivered, even though no Uber Eats driver arrived. I went to the store to inquire, and they explained the driver didn't pick up the order. They kindly provided me with the food, and I paid directly at the store. My concern is the Uber Eats charge for a service I didn't receive. Can you please address this and refund my money? This was a first-time experience for me. I have the receipt for your reference. I placed an order on Uber Eats, but I never received it. After reaching out to their help messenger, they initially assured me of a full refund. However, despite the order being falsely marked as delivered to a nearby location, I have yet to receive the refund promised. I am now unsure of the next steps to take as they have suddenly changed their stance, claiming no refund or compensation will be provided due to their policies. My consumer rights entitle me to a full refund since I did not receive my order. Unfortunately, there is no direct customer support available, only automated responses. I find this situation frustrating as I was initially told I would receive a refund, only to be informed otherwise later on. I have all the transaction details and banking records to support my claim, but I am still left without a resolution. What should I do next?

Hello, we recently welcomed a new addition to our family and received a $25 gift card to enjoy a meal. After selecting our meal on the app, entering the promo code successfully, and applying the credit to the payment, we noticed that the full amount was charged to our credit card. We would appreciate being refunded the $25 credit that was not applied to the purchase. Could you please assist with this matter? Additionally, for future reference, we would like to know if there are other steps required to use a gift card correctly, or if this was simply a technical issue. Thank you for your help!

I placed an order for food an hour ago, but I have yet to receive it. After speaking with the restaurant, I found out that my order needed to be remade because it was left there too long. I was told to pick it up myself, and despite not receiving the service, I am still being charged $31. I'm frustrated and hungry. The app seems unreliable, and the restaurant claims they communicated with Uber on the issue, but I never received any calls. I demand a full refund as I feel dissatisfied with Uber and Uber Eats. I won't be using your services in the future until this issue is resolved.

Hello, I stayed at my brother's place on [redacted] Berkeley Ave in Bloomfield. Unfortunately, I made a mistake when placing my order, and it was delivered to his address instead of my own at [redacted] Bloomfield Ave. I tried contacting Murphy, but only reached their voicemail. Despite sending multiple messages and explaining the situation, they still refused to deliver my order to the correct location.

I placed an order for food at 7:25 p.m. The estimated delivery time was 7:50 p.m. However, by 8:00 p.m., I received a notification that my driver had changed, and the new estimated time was 8:30 p.m. As of now, it is 8:41 p.m., and I am still waiting for my order. By the time I receive it, my McDonald's meal will be over an hour old and unappetizing. Although they were out of the item I ordered, the bill wasn't adjusted, and I paid for food that was not delivered. My frappe was stale and unappealing, both in appearance and taste. The items I did receive should have been remade to ensure they were fresh and presentable. This is not the first time this has happened to me. I am highly disappointed with the service quality. While I understand that mistakes can occur, this recurring issue needs to be addressed promptly.

I was charged for a cancelled order and find this unacceptable. I placed an order on September 21st with Ali Baba in Phillip for $35.50. Shortly after, I cancelled this order using the "Cancel" button upon realizing I had a $5 coupon code. I then placed the same order, now including the discount, with the same store. The first problem was that my order arrived half an hour late which resulted in some food items needing to be reheated. Despite the delay, I understand the circumstances. The main issue is that 9 days have passed since I canceled the initial order and I have not received a refund from UberEats. UberEats states they can't guarantee a full refund once preparation starts, but I canceled promptly via the website. Even if preparation had begun, the short time between placing and canceling should not warrant a double charge. I believe it's unfair for UberEats to keep the full value as a cancellation fee. If UberEats does not provide a refund or communicate with me, I will proceed with a Visa chargeback.

I've had an ongoing issue with Uber Eats since I started ordering from them in May. Initially, my first order in May went smoothly, but then my second order was completely incorrect. Despite contacting Uber Eats via email and not hearing back, I moved on and continued ordering. However, subsequent orders have been consistently wrong, causing inconvenience due to missing or incorrect items. The most recent order, which was significant, arrived with items unsuitable for my daughter due to allergies. Despite only receiving a refund of £5.98, I estimate they owe me closer to £40-50. I believe a gesture of goodwill is in order, along with an apology for the inconvenience caused.

I ordered a brownie with hot chocolate fudge from Kool Hut at Aditya Celebrity Home for [redacted] rupees on October 1st, [redacted]. I selected the Paytm method for payment. The delivery was supposed to be made by Bhupendra. Unfortunately, he did not call me or confirm the address which was clearly provided. The order was not delivered after a long wait and was canceled. Although the amount was initially refunded, it was deducted again. I have provided proof of the transaction but have not received any action from the help support team.

Yesterday, I tried ordering food for the first time from your restaurant. Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked, the food arrived cold, and the soup had spilled in the containers. It seems like the driver was aware of the issue but did not take care of it. I reached out to your customer service team yesterday and received an email this morning offering me a $5 credit towards a $[redacted] meal. My husband and I were unable to eat the meal, so this offer is disappointing since we spent $[redacted] and waited an hour for food that was completely unacceptable.

As a professional photographer, I returned home at 1:15 a.m feeling hungry, not wanting to disturb my pregnant wife, I ordered food from Uber Eats around 1:30-1:40 a.m within my budget of Rs. [redacted]. The estimated delivery time of 2:15 was acceptable. I paid using Paytm and eagerly awaited my food. At 2:17 a.m, Uber called to notify me that my order was cancelled, which was disappointing. I requested them to check with the delivery partner but never received a callback by 2:50 a.m. Had it been cash on delivery, I believe my order would have been on time. I am frustrated as I am both hungry and unable to order from another app due to lack of funds. Considering my current situation, I feel compelled to consider taking legal action against Uber Eats for this inconvenience.

When attempting to redeem my gift code, a message indicated it was already used on a different account, which seems unlikely as this gift card was intended for sole use within my family on Uber Eats. The e-gift card was shared with me for use, and although I had briefly checked Uber Eats availability, I had not redeemed the code at that time. Months later, upon trying to apply the code on the app, I encountered the message stating it had been used on another account. Is there a way to identify which account the e-gift card is linked to or to ascertain if I inadvertently created a duplicate account? The gift card code in question is LJJNF060802.

I recently reviewed my MasterCard statement and noticed that Uber Eats charged me twice for two orders I placed. When I reached out to Uber Support, they failed to address my concerns adequately. While I can overlook small errors, being overcharged nearly $25 is unacceptable. Canceling an order doesn't warrant such excessive charges, especially considering the delivery issue. It seems the driver faced difficulty locating my address, despite having GPS. I'm curious about Uber's policy on these unexpected charges. I ordered a McDonald's foldover spicy meal and a Smarties McFlurry yesterday as they were both part of a promotion for buy one, get one free; however, I never received my order. I placed the order around 9:35 PM, and the estimated delivery time was between 10:20 PM and 10:55 PM. Despite the time passing, the UberEATS driver named Mahamad never showed up with my food. It is now October 2nd, and I am still waiting. I demand a refund for the undelivered order.

I placed an order at a nearby restaurant at 1:15pm. The delivery person, Saka, with vehicle number AP37BV2538, picked up my order but did not confirm it in the app. Instead, he went to another restaurant to pick up a second order to save on petrol and blame the delay on the restaurant, causing me to wait until now, 2:20pm. I can track him on the map and I'm still waiting hungrily. I'm very disappointed with this irresponsible behavior and would like to be compensated for this inconvenience. I'm hesitant to use Uber again after this experience.

I ordered a tub of ice cream, but I received 2 small cups instead (incorrect order). The delivery person marked the order as delivered even before I received it. When I contacted customer support immediately to explain the issue, I was told to accept the order and would not receive a refund. The customer support representative was rude, ended the call abruptly, and had poor English skills and no customer service etiquette. I need guidance on how to proceed with this situation.

I used a coupon to order food, but it didn't work. I tried to cancel my order within a minute of placing it, but it said the driver was already on the way. I contacted the restaurant to cancel, and they advised me to reach out to Uber. I have the chat transcript, but I haven't received any help yet. I need a refund as the food wasn't delivered, and the order wasn't cancelled. I would like a full refund, please.

I am frustrated with my recent experience with Ubereats. I mistakenly ordered a McDonald's breakfast and immediately tried to cancel the order to no avail. Despite my efforts, the order was accepted, and the delivery driver brought it to my house while I was at work. I attempted to reach customer support without success. I am displeased that I was charged for food I did not receive and was unable to cancel.
