I placed an order at KFC Braamfontein on January 12, [redacted], totaling R107.75. However, I paid the driver R110.00. Unfortunately, my order hasn't been marked as paid, and now UberEats is requesting payment again. This issue also occurred on January 1, [redacted]. I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. I kindly request assistance in connecting me with the driver who delivered my order so I can understand what happened to the overpayment. This experience has made it difficult for me to use the UberEats app due to the poor service encountered.

My order #6DAD6 was completely messed up when it was delivered to me. I had to go to Burger King to have them remake it! You can follow up with them to confirm this. According to them, it's mostly an issue with your delivery drivers who mix up orders when there are multiple deliveries (they even got into an argument). In any case, this is not the first time I've been delivered much later than the expected time (and I was lucky this time, as it took Burger King to remake my order, they had 4 cancellations of my order by your services), which forced me to put my mother (who is severely disabled and I care for full-time) to bed much later than her usual hours... Also, your contact system is definitely intentionally unclear, as I had to resort to Google to find a way to email you... your website, even though I set all my preferences to French, still appears in English to me... Consider this my last time using your services. I will also make sure to spread the word about your poor services... Not at all cordially... A. JALON

My son and his girlfriend ordered from MacDonald's in Milton Keynes via your app, paying £32. They received the wrong order and immediately notified you through the app. However, you stated that you could not refund them, which is unacceptable. They had to reorder for £23.06, and both payments were deducted from their account. The order number was 8A7F0, but they got order ACB06. They are requesting a refund of £32 since they had to pay twice due to your error. It is your responsibility as the delivery provider to ensure customers receive the correct orders. Please address this promptly, refund the £32, and consider offering a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience caused to his pregnant girlfriend and myself. I placed an order on Uber Eats for $46.25 that didn't arrive correctly. I ordered a double mushroom caramelized steak combo (including fries, a hamburger, and a cookies and cream milkshake), a 3-piece tender meal with fries and a chocolate milkshake, a chocolate milk, and a triple steak burger meal with fries. Unfortunately, I only received a single kid-size hamburger (which I didn't order) with a cookies and cream milkshake and a chocolate shake. Even though I reported the issue and tried to contact the driver without success, I only received an $8.00 refund, which is not fair given the situation. The total amount refunded was $37.71, which seems excessive for the incomplete order. I've had ongoing issues with my Uber Eats orders, and this experience was particularly disappointing. Please address this matter and consider reversing the charge. The customer service representative, Sheira, only mentioned a refund of $8.54, which doesn't match the amount I spent or the missing items from my order. It's frustrating to receive inadequate responses to my concerns when I rely on delivery services due to my current circumstances. The handling of this situation has been unsatisfactory, especially considering my loyalty as a frequent Uber Eats customer.

I have been trying to place a delivery order for the past hour with a gift card. However, I have encountered multiple issues preventing me from completing the order. Despite providing all the necessary information, the order is not going through due to a promotion code that was automatically added titled "You're saving with a $0 Delivery Fee until Feb 22," which ironically saves me only $0.49. I am unable to deselect the promo code as I never added it myself. Please remove it so I can proceed with my order. If you are unable to assist, please refund my gift card as it is currently unusable.

Hello, Yesterday evening, I used the UberEats app to order food from SMASH dat Burger for a total of £25.80. My order took an exceptionally long time, and despite my attempts to cancel it through the app, it remained active. I tried calling the restaurant for about 40 minutes, encountering issues with the telephone number being invalid, busy, and sometimes not reachable at all. Although I waited past the estimated delivery time, the food still hadn't arrived even after 30 additional minutes. The UberEats app continued to state the order was "preparing your order" 40 minutes post-placement. Feeling uncertain about the food's status, I proceeded to cancel the order, explaining the reasons for my decision. When the food eventually arrived, I declined it since I had already requested cancellation due to the significant delay. At this point, I am requesting a refund as the overall experience caused me stress and disappointment, putting a damper on my evening.

I encountered an issue with my delivery driver today when he claimed to be outside for my order, but he was not at the correct location. Despite explaining that he was at the wrong place and needing to go outside multiple times, the driver continued to insist I come out immediately, citing a language barrier. After numerous phone calls and confusion, he threatened to leave my food outside and proceeded to yell and curse at me. It wasn't until the eighth phone call that he realized he was in the wrong location all along. By the time my food arrived, it was cold, and I had waited over an hour. I am requesting a refund for the service and would like to have my tip returned due to the unprofessional and disrespectful behavior displayed by the driver.

Hello, I placed an order today, and upon delivery, the bag was wet with grease, causing it to break and spill all the contents on the floor. This is the second time this issue has occurred with this restaurant. I am holding the restaurant fully responsible for this unacceptable situation. I have frequently ordered food from Uber Eats without any issues in the past. Unfortunately, I encountered a problem today. Somehow, a different delivery address was entered into my order instead of my usual address stored in my account. When the driver called, they were at this random address, causing confusion as I had not provided this location. I directed them to my correct address, but they declined to deliver as it was too far. On the 27th of January, I placed an order with Nanny Edna's Dudley. Despite the tracking app indicating that the delivery was made, I did not receive it.
