I ordered from Popeyes last night, but the delivery driver seemed to have difficulty finding my apartment. I received a notification stating that my food had been delivered, but it was not at my door when I checked. I had to order from another place due to this inconvenience. I am dissatisfied and would like a refund promptly. It would be helpful if drivers could contact customers if they are unsure about the delivery location to get better directions.

The driver for my recent order contacted me to explain that the restaurant declined to fulfill my order due to timing issues. He mentioned he would cancel the order but did not follow through. Consequently, my order was passed to several drivers over an hour until one driver requested the pin to cancel it from his side. I cooperated and provided the pin; however, I never received my order, yet I was still charged for it.

In October [redacted], our company's debit card was used to make a purchase on Uber Eats. After contacting them by phone, I was promised an email with the transaction details, but it never arrived. To my surprise, unauthorized charges have continued in November and December. The pattern repeats every month: $20.15 on October 12th, $46.14 on November 8th, and $44.04 on December 6th. As the company accountant, I can confirm that no one in our organization authorized these transactions. Despite checking with all staff, no one has knowledge of these charges. I urgently request a refund for these unauthorized charges and ask for immediate action to prevent further occurrences. I placed an order at BIBIBOP on 12.07.[redacted] for lunch, but it was completely incorrect. My bowl had carrots, which I didn't ask for and could be an issue if I was allergic. I requested extra steak, but I didn't receive it, yet was still charged $2.79. Furthermore, the Berry Omija Tea drink I ordered was missing entirely. I am requesting a full refund of $25.22 to the card ending in [redacted] that I used for payment. The entire order was incorrect, and I am very disappointed with this experience. I am currently waiting on the "help line," and it has been nearly 2 hours. I am struggling to access my accounts and have not received any assistance. Despite several emails, I have not received any replies. Although the estimated wait time was 12 minutes, the actual wait time has been much longer. It is crucial that I modify prices due to vendors' price increases, but I have misplaced my PIN numbers. Additionally, I have been trying to reach Kate Thompson regarding our restaurant's percentage rate, but she has stopped responding. I ordered a meal today and provided clear instructions about my address and the color of the car parked outside. However, the driver called and repeatedly interrupted me, asking about house A or B as he couldn't spot the blue car. When I went outside to help, he wasn't there. He claimed he left the food by a green door, but my house has a red door. I searched the neighboring house at the same address (which has a large wooden door, not green) and the order wasn't there. I'm unsure where he delivered the food, but it wasn't to my place. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Dreika Dawes. I ordered food from Malakor Thai Cafe recently. I waited over 2 hours for my order and when I checked my Uber Eats app, my order was no longer showing. However, $32.21 was charged to my card at 6:15. I left work to follow up on my order and the charge, but I still haven't received any food. I kindly request a refund of $32.21. Thank you.

We received an incorrect order from Uber Eats with the name Jesse on the receipt. Despite not ordering from Uber Eats but from KFC through DoorDash, we encountered a mix-up. After contacting DoorDash, a new order was placed and we eventually got our correct order.

I have noticed a recurring issue with the mapping system on your site. My correct location is consistently misplaced, causing confusion for the drivers trying to find me. This leads to my food arriving cold. It would be greatly appreciated if this error could be rectified promptly, as this has been a problem on three separate occasions now. Previously, I had to walk up the street to meet the drivers due to the inaccurate location. Fortunately, the latest driver was able to reach out and clarify the correct address over the phone.

I placed an order through Uber Eats at Chick-fil-A [redacted] Long Point Rd in Mount Pleasant, SC for pick-up at 11:30 a.m. The notification I received indicated my order was going to be delivered to [redacted] Seacoast Parkway but then disappeared from my phone. I called the restaurant, and they informed me that my order was picked up by an Uber driver. An hour later, I'm left hungry at work without my lunch, even though I've already paid. I am extremely disappointed and will not be using Uber Eats again. I urgently request a refund. A prompt response would be greatly appreciated as I would like to resolve this issue. I did not receive my food order from Arby's and encountered unhelpful service when trying to resolve the issue. After tracking the delivery, it showed as delivered, but my elderly Aunt did not receive anything. The driver redirected me to customer service, but the phone system was not able to assist. I am urgently requesting to speak with a manager! Tonight, my pregnant daughter, who is bedridden, placed an order at Buffalo Wild Wings in Hawaii. After transferring money into her account for the food, they have been waiting for over an hour with no delivery. It appears the delivery driver, Tiara, took the food for herself, totaling $95.48. The order included 10 boneless honey BBQ wings, 10 boneless hot and sweet BBQ wings, fried pickles, extra BBQ sauce, onion rings, macaroni and cheese, and cheesecake. The delivery address is [redacted] Peterson Ct. Unit [redacted], Wahiawa, HI [redacted]. The payment was made by Sierra Jackson, with the last 4 digits of the card being [redacted]. I urge immediate correction of this order. Otherwise, I will have to leave a negative review on Yelp and share my experience on various social media platforms. I recently ordered from Grill'd through Uber Eats, which is a short distance from my house. Despite minimal traffic and no restaurant rush, the Uber driver delayed at the pickup location handling multiple orders. The delivery that typically takes 6-8 minutes, extended to over 18 minutes due to additional stops. Consequently, my burger arrived cold, and I am disappointed with this outcome. I would appreciate a refund for the burger portion of my order as the chips remained warm enough. Such incidents raise concerns about the efficiency of Uber Eats deliveries. I recently discovered unauthorized transactions on my bank account to Uber Eats on 7/12/[redacted], totaling £[redacted].10. These transactions do not appear in my Uber Eats account but only on my online banking. I am facing challenges reaching Uber Eats customer service through the app as the contact option is missing in the help menu. The only contact number I found is for driver support, and attempts through Twitter have been unclear and challenging. I placed an order for food at 4 am only to experience a long delay and receive a call from the restaurant over an hour later informing me that they did not have one of the items I ordered. My children and I finally received our food after two and a half hours, and it was cold. Additionally, an item was missing from our order, leading to a further 30-minute delay while contacting the delivery driver to retrieve it from his car. It was a frustrating and disrespectful experience, compounded by the confusion of the store's operating status on different websites that led to such a long wait and disappointment. I believe a reimbursement is warranted for the exceptionally long wait, poor communication, and incorrect order received. The attached photo captures the time we were still waiting for our food, and I have video evidence of the actual food delivery time if needed.

Last night, I placed an order at Jack in the Box, but unfortunately, they forgot one of the burgers I had ordered. As a result, I had to place another order, which ended up costing me more because I couldn't use my UberOne Free Delivery promotion unless I ordered $15 or more. It was frustrating to deal with this mix-up, especially when I couldn't have one of my friends go without their burger. This whole situation not only wasted my time but also affected what could have been a pleasant meal experience.

I am a resident of rural Maine with zip code [redacted], and unfortunately, we do not have access to Uber Eats in our area. On October 25, [redacted], I noticed a charge of $21.60 on my bank statement, which I was unaware of as I was away from home at that time. I have never used Uber or Uber Eats, and I do not have an account with either service, nor have I ever downloaded their apps. I am the only one with access to my bank account. I am a Hulu subscriber trying to redeem the offer for a free 6-month Uber Eats pass through Hulu. Despite receiving an email with instructions, following them led me to the Uber Eats sign-up without any mention of the Hulu deal. After contacting Hulu's customer service multiple times to no avail and being unable to reach Uber Eats by phone, I attempted to find help within the Uber Eats app without success. I am frustrated after spending 2 hours on this and am currently on hold with Hulu once more while they seek assistance from their supervisor. This process shouldn't be this difficult.
