I recently attempted to use a $10 off promotion code FOODLOVEASE that was valid until tomorrow, October 14th, when I placed a $43.72 order from a Chinese restaurant on UberEats around 7:50 pm. Unfortunately, the order was canceled right away due to the restaurant not accepting any more orders for the night. I paid for the order using a $50 UberEats gift card, which deducted $43.72, leaving a balance of $6.28.
Although the order was canceled immediately, the $43.72 has not been refunded to my gift card balance. Now, when I try to place another order for dinner, I am unable to use the same promotion code as it was already applied to the canceled order. Consequently, I'm left with a depleted gift card balance and no dinner order. It's disappointing that there is no phone support available in the evenings, and I hope UberEats can improve their online system to handle these situations better.

I placed my Costa delivery order at 12:46pm and was informed by the app that it would arrive at my location by 1:30pm at the latest (1:55pm at the very latest). However, it exceeded the 1:55pm mark, and there were still delays. I understand that delays can occur, which is why the app provides a "latest by" time to accommodate that possibility, but by the designated "latest deliver" time, my order hadn't even been prepared or assigned a driver. My order didn't show up until 2:20pm, a full 1 hour and 30 minutes after I placed it. The food and drinks arrived cold, almost frozen, and to make matters worse, the receipt I received displayed the incorrect address. Overall, I am dissatisfied with this service because the items I received were both late and cold, making them practically inedible and undrinkable. As a result, I am requesting a refund.

My name is Kara M. It's October 16th. I ordered from Uber Eats at Hooters on Highway 60 in Brandon, Florida yesterday. The order I received was completely cold. The chicken wings were inedible; they were tough like rubber. The sides I ordered were missing, and the sauce was supposed to be on the side but wasn't. I spoke to the restaurant manager, Dante, who stated it was an Uber issue. He mentioned that Uber Eats could contact him for details. The food was so tough; I couldn't cut the boneless wings with a knife and had to use a steak knife. I had to throw it all away. I don't feel I should be charged $40 for such poor quality. I placed an order on Uber Eats. The app indicated that the driver had arrived, but I couldn't locate him as he was shown to be parked elsewhere. I missed a call from the driver without my phone ringing. After trying to reach out through calls and voicemails, I couldn't find the delivery driver. Even after contacting Uber support, they claimed the driver attempted to deliver and I couldn't locate him, so they refuse to refund me. This seems unfair as I was expected to go out of my house to collect the order when I used a delivery service for convenience, not to pick it up myself like from a restaurant.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my recent order. The delivery rider never showed up at my location nor attempted to contact me. The order tracking indicated the rider was one minute away from my address but never arrived. Despite my family eagerly waiting for their dinner, it never came, leaving us all hungry and frustrated as we couldn't find any Uber around. I attempted to contact Uber and even called McDonald's at Old Kent Road, but no one answered. Later, I received an email stating the delivery was made to a different address than mine. I visited the other address provided, but they had not received any delivery. The Uber receipt confirms the food was delivered to a different location, not to mine. I placed an order yesterday with Pizza Amsterdam for a gluten-free avocado pizza. The estimated delivery time when I ordered was 30-50 minutes. Unfortunately, my order took well over 1 hour and 45 minutes to arrive. I called the restaurant to complain, only to find out that they weren't even open when I placed the order.

I ordered a Philly cheesesteak with peppers and no onions, but what I received was a Philly cheesesteak loaded with tomatoes and lettuce. I went to the Phylly Cheesesteak and Wings website, and there was no option for tomatoes and lettuce on a Philly cheesesteak. I have a severe tomato allergy, so I can't just remove them and eat the sandwich. Additionally, I received a text saying the order was delivered to 15 Starkel Road, but I live at 18 Starkel Road, so it seems like the order was mixed up with someone else's. Despite receiving the two-liter Dr. Pepper I ordered, I've called the phone number on the website four times to get this fixed, but they kept transferring me to Grub Hub customer support. They provided a number for the store that didn't work either by transfer or direct dial. I just want them to pick up the wrong order and deliver what I actually paid for, or refund my money.

I noticed a promotion on Uber Eats offering $20 off a $25 purchase at Martha’s Country Bakery in Forest Hills, expiring on October 18th.
