Our account was flagged due to a high amount of feedback and refund requests based on your system. Some recent examples include missing items from a Panera order on June 14, resulting in a $2.36 refund, chicken in vegetarian dishes from a Qdoba order on July 4, resulting in an $11.80 refund, and undercooked food in a recent order. We acknowledge these issues are valid, and we suggest that the algorithms detecting these problems could be improved by considering why a concern was raised and the seriousness of the issue initially.

Yesterday, I ordered 15 pieces of KFC but forgot to switch payment to my credit card. When I contacted the driver to see if he could bring the card machine, he said he would check. After multiple calls, he abruptly hung up but then said he was returning to KFC, advising me to reorder. The payment for the second order went through, but my food never arrived. Despite waiting, I didn't receive a refund. This experience disappoints me, especially since a previous order of 10 pieces yielded only 8. I simply seek a reimbursement as this situation is unacceptable to me. Thank you.

Yesterday, I placed an order for 15 pieces at KFC but forgot to switch my payment method to my credit card. I contacted the driver to inquire if he could bring the card machine but did not receive a response. Upon contacting him again, he mentioned he was returning to KFC with my initial order, so I had to reorder. After making payment, my order was not delivered. I expected a refund but did not receive one. Furthermore, in a previous order for 10 pieces of chicken, I only received 8 without any explanation. On September 23rd (statement date), I placed my first Chatime order. After realizing I entered the wrong address, I immediately cancelled the order and re-submitted it. I'm questioning why I was charged twice. Initially, I updated my payment information with a different credit card for the first order, but both charges appear on my Capital One card. Following the cancellation, I received a message about a cancellation fee. I swiftly rectified the address error and re-ordered within minutes. Subsequently, I was notified of the cancellation charge just a couple of hours later, which seems unjust. This experience, being my second time ordering from UberEats in a year, has left me feeling apprehensive about potential consumer scams. Please address and rectify this discrepancy promptly. Regarding order number #[redacted] placed today, September 26th, [redacted], at 14:28, I initially selected delivery but was surprised to see it switched to a pickup option. The website's language also changed from English to Dutch, causing confusion as I am not familiar with Dutch. Despite my attempts to cancel directly with the restaurant, they directed me to Uber for assistance. This experience led to a loss of 30 euros and valuable time. The sudden language change and inability to cancel the order promptly due to the restaurant's acceptance were frustrating aspects of this ordeal.

Hello, I have been in touch with your support team since my order arrived last night. Upon receipt, I noticed the seal was torn open on the bag, which was unusual for me. While enjoying my food, I found a long blonde hair stuck to one of the ribs, which was quite unpleasant and led me to discard the rest of my dinner. This situation is especially concerning as I am cautious due to my peanut allergy and the potential health risks associated with finding foreign objects in my food. Despite my attempts to address this issue with your support team, I was informed that no refund or credit would be given. I value honesty and professionalism in customer service and it is disappointing to feel ignored in this matter. I have attempted to reach out repeatedly this week without any response, which is disheartening.

I placed an order on Uber Eats tonight using a $20.00 coupon mentioned in the email I received. Despite that, my credit was not applied to my $61.90 order at Shoguns Legends. To add to this issue, I got an email stating someone logged into my account and prompted me to change my password. I updated my password and discovered that the restaurant isn't affiliated with Uber Eats and has no record of my order. I urgently need a phone call on my mobile at [redacted] and a refund back to my credit card. Before I contact Chase with a fraud alert, I wish to speak to a person, not exchange emails. I accidentally canceled my order while trying to check the status using the app. The app had an issue, but it was something easily fixable. Unfortunately, the customer service was almost non-existent, and I didn't even want a refund, just my meal. Now I'm being charged the full price for a meal that was mistakenly canceled through the app, even though it was already on its way with the driver. I wish customer service could have assisted me better, as now I'm left without food and out of money to feed my family. I hope UberEATS can rectify this situation.

Today, on September 28th, I ordered food. Upon receiving my meal, I was shocked to find numerous hairs in it. Initially, I overlooked a few thinking it was an accident, but then I found a hair in my mouth while eating. This was utterly disgusting. No establishment should serve food with hairs in it. Furthermore, my second dish, the orange chicken, appeared undercooked as it was a pasty yellow and tasted awful. Despite understanding that mistakes happen, when I contacted the restaurant, they denied any responsibility and were rude about it. I believe I am entitled to a refund as I could not eat any of the food I received due to the issues mentioned above.

I would like to report a restaurant on UberEats in Montreal. Poke Griffintown is currently offering a "Buy One, Get One Free" deal on multiple items, but they have significantly increased their prices, nearly doubling them. This seems like price manipulation and false advertising. For instance, the Veggie Poke Bowl was originally $13.95 and is now priced at $21.95. I have receipts that clearly indicate the previous cost, and I suspect they will lower the prices again once the promotion ends. While I'm unsure of the legality, I hope UberEats has policies in place to address this issue. Additionally, Shushu Poke + Sushi appears to be engaging in similar practices.

I received a very unpleasant meal that was completely different from my order and dangerously hot. The supposed king prawns were actually shriveled up random pieces that tasted like tuna. The delivery driver was impolite, and the food was spilling out of the bag upon arrival. Despite canceling the order multiple times, it was still prepared and delivered earlier than expected. When contacting the restaurant, they kept avoiding my complaint by saying their colleague was out for a delivery. The lack of assistance has left me unsure how to obtain a refund for this disappointing experience. I attempted to cancel via the app urgently to avoid being charged for this misrepresented and distasteful meal.

I was charged for an order from Popeyes that was cancelled after waiting two hours. When the Uber Eats driver arrived, there was no food, the store was closed, and my order was missing. I tried to place many orders but faced delays. Uber Eats charged me $50.60 for an order that would take another two hours. I ended up ordering from Taco Bell, and the food arrived cold. The drinks were not secured, two spilled, and the driver did not provide a bag for the food. I am disappointed by the lack of communication and the three driver changes. I am extremely disappointed with the recent incident that occurred when I placed an order for McDonald's delivery. I placed an order on Uber Eats at 2:20 pm from Dennys in Minneapolis, MN for a burger, mozzarella sticks, and a shake. I expected the delivery by 3:05 (3:20 at the latest) as I opted for priority service. Once Christopher picked up my order, the delivery time kept increasing, with no movement shown on the tracker. I attempted to contact him via text at 3:28 and then called at 3:44. When I asked about my order, he abruptly hung up. It is now 3:48, and he still has not moved. Instead of being 5 minutes away, the tracker shows he is now 40 minutes away. Unfortunately, it seems like my food won't arrive, leading me to request a refund for the order.

As a Hulu subscriber, I received an email offering a 63-month Uber Eats pass. After successfully claiming the promotion on the Uber site, my account did not reflect it. Despite contacting Support multiple times, I received unhelpful responses. One response acknowledged the issue but subsequent replies contradicted it. I feel frustrated with the lack of attention to my concerns. I have been a loyal Uber customer for a long time. If this issue is not resolved promptly and with care, I may consider deleting my account.

I placed an order using the app (#9E54D) last night for food, but I have been struggling to find a customer support number to resolve the issue. The food I received was completely cold, stale, and inedible upon arrival. The receipt indicated that the food was ready at 20:10, yet it was not delivered until 20:50, 40 minutes past the stated time. One of the delivery riders canceled the drop-off, leading to significant delays in receiving the order, resulting in having to cook dinner for my family last night. It was disappointing to face such poor service, especially considering the restaurant was less than a mile away. I would appreciate a refund for this unsatisfactory experience. I received someone else's order. I only got a box of nuggets, a large Coke, and fries. I was missing two complete meals and my son's Happy Meal. I paid a total of $36.63. I called McDonald's, but they were unprofessional and didn't try to solve my issue. I also reached out to Uber Eats, but I still haven't received a response. Additionally, the delivery driver was not very professional, and when I informed him that my order was incorrect, he just left on his scooter. I would like a refund since they didn't try to resolve my problem, and I had to order from somewhere else for my son to have a meal.

I recently attempted to place an "order and pay" at Googly's in Corpus Christi through Uber, but encountered issues when my Uber card was declined due to discrepancies between the menu on the app and in the restaurant. On the app, there is only one option for wings, labeled as jumbo wings for seven dollars without specifying quantity or flavor. However, the restaurant menu offers five, ten, fifteen, twenty-five, and fifty wing options, with the smallest order of five wings priced over eight dollars. Despite customer's request for two orders of twelve wings when I contacted them, the confusion led to cancellation of the order, resulting in unpaid time spent waiting. It would be beneficial to update the app with the accurate menu and prices to prevent further inconvenience for both delivery drivers and customers. Thank you.
