I recently placed an order through UBER EATS for food from KFC in Harrow Rd, London. The order total was £24.75 on 13/7/21 after 5 pm. I received a confirmation email at ([redacted]). Later, I noticed I was charged twice by UBER EATS, each £24.74. I contacted my bank, they suggested reaching out to UBER EATS customer service. I attempted to contact them with no success, until I discovered this website in hopes of finding a solution for the double charge issue. I have already informed my bank about the problem and I am hoping for a prompt response.

On the 26th of June, I placed an order on UberEats for over £54 and applied a 50% discount code, reducing the bill to just over £39. Due to insufficient funds on my cash card, the transaction did not go through. I promptly added the required funds on my card provider app. Upon returning to the UberEats app to complete the order, I had to click "place order." Unfortunately, I was charged the original price without the discount, over £54. Despite contacting UberEats and being assured the order was canceled and I wouldn't be charged, I was still billed. I have not received any further assistance from UberEats since then.

I placed an order for food at 5:27, expecting delivery in 55 minutes. Two hours later, the food had not arrived, and I was informed of an additional 30-minute delay. I have a child who needed to go to bed after eating, so this delay was quite inconvenient. Despite my attempts to cancel, the process was futile as I struggled to speak with a representative. Fortunately, the delivery driver was helpful once the food arrived. It's frustrating that my friend ordered from the same restaurant through Just Eat at 6:45 and received her food within 30 minutes. This poor service is unacceptable, and I have decided not to use your services in the future. While quarantined at my hotel, I placed an order for food delivery from Subway Fortress Hill in Hong Kong. The hotel only accepts paid deliveries and cannot facilitate cash payments. However, when I tried to change the payment method from cash on delivery to an online option, I was unable to do so. Due to this mistake, the courier could not deliver the food to my hotel and recommended an instant bank transfer. I followed the suggestion and transferred the money to the courier's Chugoku Bank Limited [redacted] account in Hong Kong, but he claimed he did not receive the payment and left without leaving the delivery. The order was eventually canceled, and I was left without the food and out of pocket. The courier's name is Hiu Hing, and the account number I transferred the money to is: [redacted][redacted].

I recently placed an order at Burger King and was disappointed to find that two items were missing from my delivery. This has happened to me before, and unfortunately, it seems to occur frequently. The food that did arrive was cold and took over an hour to be prepared. I used the app to report the missing items and was refunded $13 for a $33+ order. However, I believe this amount is inadequate considering the missing items and the overall poor quality of the food I did receive. Given the recurring nature of this issue, I am requesting a full refund for my order. As a loyal Uber Eats Pass holder who frequently uses your service, I expect better service and quality. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I may have to end my relationship with your company. I cannot continue to pay for a service that consistently falls short of my expectations.

I ordered $21.00 worth of food from McDonald's through a food delivery service. The delivery was supposed to be quick as the restaurant is just a mile away. However, I waited for almost two hours and the order never arrived. It seems like the delivery driver took off with my food. This isn't the first time this has happened to me with this service. I am frustrated and hungry, feeling ripped off by this overpriced app. I demand a refund for this unacceptable situation. It's like being robbed, and it's outrageous. I wanted to share my recent experience with an order I placed. Unfortunately, there were some issues that arose. The delivery took much longer than expected, causing me to go to the restaurant to inquire about the status. To my surprise, the staff informed me that my order had been cancelled. Even though my app showed otherwise, they insisted it was cancelled on their end. I ended up purchasing a new order at the restaurant.
Strangely, I later received a notification that my original order was being picked up. The confusion persisted as my original order was eventually delivered after I had already bought a new one.
The restaurant staff mentioned they would reach out to you for a refund, but I have not received any update on that. Can you please look into this matter and process the refund? This happened at Castlemilk McDonalds in Glasgow yesterday. I appreciate your assistance with this unusual situation.

I recently came across a concerning post in a Facebook group regarding an attempted abduction in Federal Way, where a man matching the description of my recent Uber Eats delivery driver was involved. The post included photos of the individual, the car, and the license plate. On July 8, [redacted], my food delivery experience aligns with this description. Despite the no-contact delivery option, the driver lingered at my location, prompting me to involve a friend and contact the authorities. I spoke with the police, but without a case number or recent incident, they couldn't take immediate action. The driver, identified as Anthony in the Uber Eats app, had the license plate BBY6772. My friend, child, and I all recognize him from the Facebook post. I am unsure if there have been other complaints, but I believe it's crucial to report this behavior, especially if he is using food delivery services for malicious intent.

I am reaching out regarding an issue with an order I made on 7/15/[redacted]. The order for two items was mistakenly charged for both items instead of receiving the buy one, get one free promotion. Subsequently, I cancelled the order, replaced the items in my cart, and reordered the food from Luigi's Italian Restaurant. The initial charge was placed on my visa ending in [redacted], while the second charge was on my visa ending in [redacted]. Interestingly, I was also separately charged for the tip, although I am unsure why. I am seeking a refund for the cancelled order amounting to $80.81, which should have been returned to my card immediately. As I am currently unwell with a virus and unable to seek medical attention due to being on disability, this situation has put a strain on my finances with rent due soon. I placed order 0197C in London, UK, but the food never arrived. Despite providing clear hotel and room details, attempts to communicate with the courier via messaging were unsuccessful. The order was marked as completed, claiming the courier tried calling, but as I lack a local number and can only access wifi, I couldn't receive calls. I'm frustrated with the lack of response and the company's refusal to provide a refund. I questioned why the courier couldn't message instead of calling and why my instructions weren't followed, but received no satisfactory answers. I wonder why the courier couldn't drop off the delivery at my door as instructed. I ordered from Sammy's Chicken, but the driver couldn't find the restaurant at the address given; it turned out to be an apartment complex. Despite using two different maps, the place was nowhere to be found. I couldn't locate the restaurant's phone number to clarify, so the driver contacted support. Leroy, the driver, reported the issue, and I'm still without my order. It seems there's no record of Sammy's Chicken at that address. I simply want a refund for the non-existent delivery.

I want to file a complaint about my recent Uber Eats order. I placed the order around 6 pm when there were couriers nearby. However, despite the estimated arrival time being 6.55 pm with the latest by 7.20 pm, the time kept changing, and we ended up receiving our food just after 8 pm. This wait of over 2 hours was unacceptable, especially considering I have children who needed to go to bed. When the food finally arrived, it wasn't as warm as it should have been, some of it was dry, making it less enjoyable. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service I received. I placed my McDonald's order at 10:25 am, but the receipt indicated it was ready at 10:40. Krystal, the driver, arrived around 12:00, almost 2 hours late. By then, my food was cold, the ice had melted, and the drink was flat. Krystal was incredibly rude, even when I tried to provide her with directions after seeing her drive around for 10 minutes. She was dismissive and asked me to stop texting her. This whole experience was extremely disappointing, especially considering I used to drive for Postmates and UberEats. I ordered a children's meal for £4, which should have included a pizza, chicken nuggets, popcorn chicken, mini kebab, drink, and chips. However, I only received the pizza, chips, and drink. When I complained, they initially offered a £1.40 refund, but I only received 40p, which I found unacceptable. After disputing this with UberEats, they claimed the issue was resolved, but I don't agree since more than half of the meal was missing for the second time in a week. In addition, there was no option to choose between the missing items. I feel misled and am considering legal action due to feeling deceived.

On June 27, [redacted], I placed an order for food, but it was canceled, and I was charged $37.23 despite not receiving the items. I expected a refund automatically, but it didn't happen. Upon checking my bank statement, I realized the amount wasn't returned. Coincidentally, on the same day, I discovered that my Uber ride payment of $41.46 wasn't processed either. To resolve this issue easily, I propose deducting the $37.23 from the Uber charge, leaving a balance of $4.23, which I am willing to pay promptly.

I purchased two fresh lemonades and a sausage bap from Costa Coffee. After the money was deducted from my account, Costa informed me that they were out of cold drinks and offered a hot beverage instead. Declining the offer and requesting a cancellation, I was advised to do so through the UberEats app. Unfortunately, the app directed me to contact the restaurant directly to cancel processed orders. Costa advised me to reach out to UberEats customer service, but I encountered difficulties accessing it solely through the app without a cancellation option. Struggling with this back-and-forth, I am concerned about the loss of funds and would like a full refund for the order.

My order was made at 4:30 p.m. on July 22, [redacted]. The driver took an hour to arrive at El Mazatlan in Mankato, Minnesota. When they got here, they mentioned a missing menu item, which we should have been told about earlier. The food arrived at 6:11 p.m., cold, wrong, and soggy. The nachos queso we ordered were a disaster, and everything else had to be warmed up to be edible.
Moreover, the driver wasn't on time and didn't assist in replacing the missing item. I am requesting a refund for the unprofessionalism displayed and the cold food we received.

I had an unpleasant experience waiting for my food order from Tip Top Food in Tipton. I waited nearly half an hour with hungry kids. The driver, with the name "Ioan," was very disappointing. When I got a call from the driver, it rang for a second, and when I tried to call back, it kept cutting off. The order was ultimately canceled, and I was informed I wouldn't receive a refund. Despite this, the owner of Tip Top Food mentioned they couldn't do much to help. They explained that the individual who picked up my food was different from the one showing on the app. The owner kindly made a new order for me, free of charge, understanding the situation. My son, who is three years old, had to go to bed hungry as we waited an additional 35 minutes for the food. I request an immediate refund for this inconvenience.
